The ambiance is warm and cozy, making it a great spot to slow down and actually enjoy your breakfast. This place has been a favorite of mine for over 10 years. I first discovered it back in high school when I'd stop by after being in the area, and it's been in my regular rotation ever since. My go-to bagels are the cheddar jalapeño and the asiago, both are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. If you visit between 6-8 a.m., expect a bit of a wait (usually 5-15 minutes), which is pretty typical for the morning rush. They also offer the convenience of ordering online through DoorDash for in-store pickup if you're short on time. The staff is consistently nice and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. There are plenty of tables if you want to eat there, and parking is easy to find nearby, making it an accessible and comfortable stop whether you're dining in or grabbing something to go.

I also specifically asked for the bagels to be cut in half, and the staff said they would do it. But when I got home, none of them were cut. It's a small request, but when it's acknowledged and then ignored, it's frustrating. The bagels themselves were fine, but the lack of attention to basic packaging and order accuracy really took away from the experience. For the price and reputation, I expected better execution.

DONUTS 5 STARS I've…read morebeen coming to this donut spot along with a lot of my coworkers for awhile now & it's my family's go to spot! Love love love their crumb donuts, Vietnamese coffee, cronut holes, and custard filled long bars. THE 1 STAR IS STRICTLY FOR ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, ONE OF THE SISTERS: One of the sisters is super sweet & nice, I love when she is working! The other one on the other hand... she is NASTY & responds very rude to customers. I've encountered it several times now trying to let it slide but it's out of hand & hence this long awaited review.... CUSTOMER SERVICE DEFINITELY CAN RUIN A BUSINESS. I'd suggest the business owners have a talk to her about her personality and mood. One time she talked about my elderly father & made him feel bad - he didn't want to come back and said she's mean. Another time I asked her a simple question about a donut and felt like I was being scolded by my mom about frickin donuts! Talk about kill joy... who gets riled up about donuts?! She just is miserable and her negative energy & facial expression exudes - "I hate being here" Contemplating after today's instance of her taking the knife to open the donut box and rudely show me about my donut selection instead of just validating my order, that this is the last time dealing with her nasty attitude. It'll be disappointing if this is my last time supporting this business despite how good their donuts are, but customers shouldn't start their mornings or afternoons with a RUDE & MISERABLE EMPLOYEE, PERIOD. Sending her warmth because she definitely could use some

A great spot for classic brunch and diner comfort food…read more I'm always in the mood for breakfast (even at dinner, so I usually order the corned beef hash with homefries. It also comes with your choice of crepe, pancakes, or toast. The pancakes are seriously so delicious and the crepe is also a nice change of pace. My mom swears they have the best pancakes and I agree... Super fluffy and always fresh. On my most recent visit, the corned beef hash and potatoes were the best I've ever had. Everything was perfectly crispy and tasted homemade. My parents like to come for dinner too and enjoy the carbonara pasta and chicken parmigiana. It's not the fanciest or the most authentic but, delicious, homey, and satisfying! If you're craving comfort food, this is definitely worth checking out. The service is fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. Huge bonus that they offer dog-friendly outdoor seating!

My pork chop dinner included soup or salad, slice of toasted and buttered sourdough, potatoes or rice, vegetables and choice of dessert. All for just under $30 before tip. The meal was as expected for a '60s coffee shop. Salt is the dominant seasoning. The turkey and rice soup was a smart way to use leftover ingredients. The boiled red potatoes were good. The two thin pork chops were supposedly marinated, but I couldn't tell from tasting them. They were over cooked--dry, tough and needed some herbs. DH had the cheeseburger with potato salad and praised the meal. He also devoured my dessert--ice cream with chocolate sauce. Service was friendly and efficient, making me want to return. Next time I'll have something like a sandwich or burger.
