Very clean organized location. The staff were super friendly and warm upon arrival. It was slightly busy but they were very attentive to all customers. I got the nova lox bagel this time and the twice-baked hash brown on the side. While both were so delicious my only slight issue was with the nova lox bagel. This is a bagel that's supposed to have thinly sliced ingredients. I'm not normally picky with that sort of thing it's just everything was sliced so big/uneven making it difficult to eat and with barely any cream cheese. Other than that issue my bagel was great. My suggestion would be to spend a little bit more time chopping down the ingredients more for a specific bagel like this. read more

We also ordered the Big Breakfast Burrito but my husband ate it so fast that I didn't have time. We like going here for a Saturday breakfast date and get their fresh bagels. I love their Cheddar jalapeño and everything bagel! You can definitely taste the garlic in the Everything bagel and we just get this as an avocado toast or plain with cream cheese. A good selection of cream cheeses, too. Super strong onion and garlic go a long way so I only spread a thin layer. Service is good and always willing to customize my order. I have no problem paying the additional fee, however, when I opened my bagel and took a bite I was very sad to see a normal level of smear on my bagel. I always had some love in my heart for Noah's Bagels. It was my breakfast/lunch food when I didn't had much money as a struggling student/adult. It was always there for me. I always get the same 2 things here: the bacon & cheddar with 1 egg, or the farmhouse on a jalapeno cheese bagel. Service here is okay and they can get pretty slammed so the wait could be long. I ordered three bagels online around 12:20, with an estimated ready time of 12:50--but didn't receive my order until just after 1:00. By then, the everything bagels I originally wanted were sold out, and even some of the included items (like cookies) were gone, so substitutions had to be made. The food itself was good--I'd give it 4 stars. The staff also seemed to be working hard, and there were quite a few people there. However, most of them appeared to be in the kitchen rather than helping at the counter. The person preparing my order seemed relatively new and was at one point the only one handling front orders, which probably contributed to the delay. It felt like he could've used more support during the rush. Overall, it seems like more coordination and training could really help improve efficiency at this location. I've been to smaller, mom-and-pop bagel shops that run much faster, even when busy. I heard good things about Noah's Bagel. Their bagels tend to be fresh and soft. They also serve specialty bagels making it as a bagel restaurant as well as other types of bagels. They don't have indoor dining, but you can simply dine outside of the restaurant. The place is rather small, but I wish that the place is medium sized in my opinion. Based on what I ate so far, the food is kinda mediocre, but at the same time good. They smeared the Jalapeño bagel too much with cream cheese. The Santa Fe bagel actually tastes good. Wonder if that's chipotle sauce. Also, the service is good. The lady was very nice when taking our orders especially when she gave me a Vanilla Cream Cold Brew. Noah's Bagels is in my neighborhood. So easy to drop in for a bagel. The bagels are always fresh. The customer service is great!

We came in about 30 minutes before closing and were still greeted with genuine enthusiasm. Even though the bagel my sandwich usually comes with was sold out, the associate offered great recommendations that made the experience really positive. I ordered the Noah's Texas Brisket Bagel and treated myself to a Noah's Maple House Bagel for later. The store was very clean, organized, and smelled amazing! The Sandwich itself was fair--nothing mind-blowing, but fresh and satisfying. I still left happy and even grabbed a few extra bagels for the next day. They're never out of bagels (which I'm sure they do run out at some point but some Noah's bagels I've been to would always be out of certain bagels by 11am - which for some of us is still breakfast time). Great place to get breakfast! I have lived in Fremont for years and never came in here until recently. Man was I shocked! I regretted not coming sooner. The place inside is very small. There isn't room to eat inside. You go there to pick-up or to order and leave. They have an app too where you can earn points for every purchase and free stuff. Their bagel selection is huge and they have breakfast bagel sandwiches you can order. The jalapeno and everything bagel are soooo good! Very fresh and good! There's no indoor seating but there is some outdoor seating. The parking lot is large so you won't have trouble finding parking. This place is next to a Starbucks. The people working are friendly and fast. I haven't had a bad experience here ever. I've only came a few imes but it always looks busy. There's always a line. We came to get bagels for Saturday brunch. Their everything bagels and onion bagels were sold out by 10:30. There was a long line, but the service was pretty fast. The bagel themselves were fluffy with a shiny crust. The crust was not bad but a bagel should not be fluffy. Not sure if this is much better than a Costco bagel, but I expect something that has a little chew from a dedicated bagel place. We also got the Onion & Chive cream cheese which was pretty good. I guess you have to use whipped cream cheese or you would completely collapse the bagel when you spread it on. I might be a bit of a germaphobe, but I saw the cashier touch their hair with gloves on right before handling a customer's bagels. read more

The bagels and shmears are awesome. I also really enjoy the Bagel Dog, but unfortunately they never have the pickle that is supposed to come with the meal. Recently I tried the Chorizo Avocado Sunrise sandwich, which was fabulous. There have been many times that I went to this location and the bagels of my choice were sold out (Cinnamon Raisin and Poppyseed). This is probably because they bake only so many since the store closes early. The products that they do have on-hand are delicious and of great quality. On this last visit I ordered the Big Breakfast Burrito from the app. Once I got to the location, they informed me that they didn't have this item. Maybe next time I'll get to try this burrito. Please note that this location closes at 2pm, which is also disappointing. Here's What I Think... If you want to play an order through their app, I would suggest you give them a call first. I normally go to a Mom and Pop bagel shop because I prefer support small businesses and they're so quick, but I had a free egg sandwich birthday offer with purchase. I ordered the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich (with egg whites and plain bagel). It was very filling! I appreciated that the egg whites were freshly cooked! The people were nice. The wait was very long (only two people assembling and I waited 30 minutes to get my bagel even though I ordered ahead). I get it though--it takes time for the bagels to get toasted, to heat up/cook ingredients, to assemble, with limited staff. They seem to sell out fast! I went to pick up around 9am and 3/4 of their bagel display was sold out! I didn't see any chairs for sitting inside or outside. App suggestions: (1) I wish there were more customization options/option to leave note for mobile order because I think I would have removed cheese and/or Chipotle Mayo--this combo was a little too salty for me. This store has difficulty getting orders correct. About half my to go orders they have not given me what I paid for. We absolutely love the power egg white with everything bagel. Sometimes they forget the Turkey sausage. Other times they forget the egg white. They have also forgotten to give the hash browns we ordered. If you pick up the food yourself, make sure to double check EVERYTHING. Luckily when we order through door dash we get refunded. I have been coming her for about a year now. I have always been greeted and helped in the most professional manner. The store is always clean and smells soooo good. Jalapeño bagels and Bagel dogs are my go to. The four cheese and plan bagels have made it in my bag as well. They have many options besides bagels. They offer curb side pick up. Possibly 8-10 types of spread. (Jalapeño Salsa is good and spicy.) It can get crowded but most of the time the line moves fast. The location sucks. It took forever for me to get a veggie bagel. In the meantime, while I waited, a Middle Eastern man decided to come up to me and rub up on my arm to start a conversation. He didn't get it after my fixed glare and the fact that I had mace in my hand connected to my key's literally out in the open. After lying about having a boyfriend, he went on to give me relationship advice. My bagel took 25 minutes and was the last bagel to be made. The bagel wasn't good and my experience was already ruined by the Middle Eastern man. I came here in 2010 and sat outside with a friend outside the Starbucks to drink some coffee and catch up. Three South Asian/Middle Eastern men decided to sit right by us and stare at us the whole time. We told them it was making us uncomfortable but they said "What? We can sit here if we want." They continued to stare. Misogyny at its finest. Clearly, it's gotten worse through the years. I'm glad I moved out of Fremont.
