They also need to update the menu because they don't say that you get charged a little more if you want cream cheese on a gourmet bagel. Once lightly toasted and loaded with your favorite cream cheese flavor (they have quite a few to choose from: original, lox spread, garlic, walnut, strawberry, etc.) or sandwich/egg topping, each bite is sublime! The crispy exterior of the bagel and the fluffy interior packed with different flavor and texture profiles will have you craving for more. Get a dozen or half dozen to bring home and pick up a tub of their cream cheese while you're at it! If you get there early, you may also be able to buy their day old bagels for a reduced price. Aside from bagels, they have deliciously looking Dutch crunch rolls that can be served with the sandwiches they make or bought separately. They also serve other warmed (you can opt out of warming it up if you'd prefer to bring home for later) goodies like bagel rolls (hot dog wrapped in bagel dough). There are also plenty of seats available (most patrons don't stick around) and due to its location in the Fremont Hub mall, there are also an abundance of parking spots here. They do have a bathroom available, however it seemed to be out of order when we there. We did see patrons go in and out of it though so not sure if that sign was just obsolete. Horrible service decent food. I brought my 77-year-old father to Posh Bakery in Fremont for our first visit, and unfortunately it will be our last. The cashier spoke very quickly, and when my father said he couldn't understand, she raised her voice instead of slowing down. Our sandwiches were also delayed while customers who ordered after us were served first. I ordered a blueberry muffin that contained only a single blueberry. When I politely brought this up, the cashier responded in a dismissive and rude manner, even telling me that if I wanted blueberries on my muffin, I could "make it myself." When I asked for the manager, she claimed to be the manager and then gave different names when I asked her to identify herself. Ann or May were the names given. Throughout the entire interaction I remained calm and respectful, but the customer service we received was unprofessional and discourteous. My elderly father and I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, as a simple apology and willingness to resolve the problem would have gone a long way. read more

This is a small family-owned(?) bagel shop in the Fremont Hub plaza with plenty of free parking in the lot. We came around 1pm on a Saturday and were surprised that there were still a lot of bagel options available (Noah's across the street only had a few left)! We ordered the Posh Deli Sandwich with Pastrami (on Asiago) and an Eggwich with Ham (on Jalapeño Cheddar). Both bagel sandwiches came out nicely toasted and warm. The Pastrami Sandwich had a LOT of veggie fillings and tasted very fresh! The Eggwich was also really good and I loved how fluffy the egg was. The only part that was disappointing was the very thin layer of ham :( We've tried several of their other sandwiches and this place continues to be one of the bagel shops that we come back to! read more
