Started with 3 employees back turned for a solid 4 minutes. Go to order with cashier barely acknowledging me and not seemed to not have enough energy to even say hello. So with the eye contact showing me it was ok to speak I asked for the bagel box with 2 shmear. Unapologetically she mumbles we have no shmear. I give order in which she rights down with a yellow highlighter. The part that bugged me the most is she pushed her tip money down with glove a bit and didn't change glove. This is my go to place for bagels in the area. The customer service is great and I never have to really wait too long for my order. You can't beat the everything bagel. Awful. Simply awful. I don't even know where to start. The store was dirty. There were used diapers on the floor in the bathroom - which they keep locked. I guess they don't want people using it. The employees were not friendly. They did not smile. My order was wrong. When I pointed out that my order was wrong, I was told it wasn't wrong - even though it was missing cream cheese and the receipt said "low fat cream cheese." If you enjoy bagels for breakfast, my comment might not be helpful for you. You might still get a delightful experience as their products are pretty decent and that's what the two stars are for. However, if you take bagels for lunch and not prepared to grab them in the morning, don't go unless you only want plain ones. Have been to this place three times with curbside pick up. ALL THREE had at least half of my requested items missing. The second time I went they don't have ONE single bagel left and had to refund me. For the first two times I blamed myself partially for getting there late in the day. But my third visit was around 12:30 on a weekend day. It's seriously the peak hour for lunch and I ended up getting no sesame ones. I ended up getting like one onion bagel for comfort and all the rest were replaced with plain. I also ordered two cheese bagels, ended up receiving one. I understand it's a tough time for a lot of shops with COVID. But if you just left with no options please update your app and be honest with your customer. Don't let them drive with an empty belly and only get to be disappointed by receiving a bag of random stuff I didn't order. Will never come again and find another bagel shop in the area. read more

Horrible service!!! DO NOT GO THERE I walked in and stood in the long line until it was my turn. I ordered 13 bagels and i asked the girl to slice them up, she refused saying unless I want to wait for 15 minutes to have them sliced! Given that they have slicer machine that she could have used to slice all bagels in one minute. I had the salmon bagel. Which was really good and was a lot of food to eat. I feel like they needed a little bit more organization with how they took orders. I had ordered the caramel cold brew, which took a good ten minutes to come out after my food was already out. My friends bagel sandwich wasn't that appetizing to him. Bagels here are pretty good! Customer service is friendly (and funny) with us when we asked for recommendation. Got the Half Dozen box for 7ish, sorta pricey, but it was great! It came with a spread too. We got different variety of bagels and they all smelled so good. My friends and I ate about 3 bagels at the beach and left the other 3 folded in the Noah's paper bag to go play in the water. When we came back, the bag was missing and we saw a whole flock of birds tearing the bag open and fighting for the bagels. Yes, it's THAT good to make birds fight for their lives for it. YUMMM Noah's Bagels! I love eating here, I usually get the garlic or onion bagels with butter and my lover and I share a cup of orange juice. He loves the asiago bagel with onion and chive shmear. During the summer when I'm not in school we come here pretty often and the employees always remember us! A few of them call out our name instead of just what we ordered which I love. The wait actually isn't that long! Even when there's almost 10 people in line, they try really hard to get everyone's order. This is a great location too, it's right next door to Starbucks so during breakfast it's definitely beneficial. Also, it's the only Noah's in Milpitas so I'm thankful for it =) read more

We went there at 10:00 in the morning and they literally had 18 bagels left. I asked the lady if they were making more that I would wait. and she snapped at me NO! I have been there three times after this and it was the same thing. They were out of bagels each time. The bagels have always been very good there but the service has never been any good. Then the cashier decides to take a break as I was about to order and walk away, without a "someone will be right with you," it took another 40 seconds for someone to step up and be the cashier. Ordered a toasted bagel with lox, 7 minutes later, it was a cool toasted bagel. The lox and cream cheese ratio was pretty good, could have used a lemon slice but the cool TOASTED bagel is a let down. Oh how I LOVE their bagels!!! This is where I'm at when I'm to lazy to cook breakfast in the morning. I get their Asiago bagel with Onion and Chive shmear. It's so delicious when it's toasted because the bagel is hot and soft. Also, I get their fresh squeeze orange juice which is good for mah body. Their service has been good everytime that I am there. When taking your order, it use to be that they write it down on a piece of paper but now they have upgraded to taking your order with a computer screen which makes the service a little faster. They employees here every friendly and nice and most of them are kids. They always try to get to everyone as fast as they can which I think is great. Fast service and polite and professional staff. Great breakfast on the go spot. My boyfriend and I went here at 10 A.M. and there were a lot of bagels to choose from. There were quite a few people in there, yet very little wait. The kitchen was on it! We ordered Egg Mit Sandwiches, one bacon and cheese and the other with spinach, mushroom and Swiss, toasted on bagels of our choice. You get an option of salt, pepper, chives, and or butter. We turned one order into a combo and got a fruit cup. The coffee was freshly brewed and hot and we added two cups to our order ($15). The location was a nice setup. It had a warm feel and there were a lot of people dining in at the tables, eating, sipping, or clicking away at their laptops. We got our food to go, but I wouldn't have minded eating there. Tried this place for the first time last weekend. I heard great reviews! Being a weekend I wasn't surprised that the place was packed & the line was nearly out the door. I have nothing bad to say about this place.. it seemed clean. The staff was friendly. It was just a little pricey for what I'm used to for a bagel. But then again this place seems like it's chain based in comparison to the one I go to back home. I ordered the Veggie Melt.. it had what seemed like tomato-basil spread, tomato, onions, put under a broiler or maybe a toaster oven & a side of pickle. Paid nearly $10 since it was a meal.. it comes with your choice of side & drink. I got water & potato salad for my son. Not a big fan! But overall I had a pleasant experience. The only issue we experienced was that my little cousin asked for a new bagel because the first was burnt and where was some sarcasm from one of the front counter women because she didn't think it was burnt. I decided to try a new place for breakfast and visited this Noah's Bagels location this weekend. It is located in a small corner row of stores between a Starbucks coffee and a Panda Express near the Milpitas Town Center. First impressions walking in the store, the bagel counter was clean and organized, the cold case was full and the staff was attentive. The line awkwardly wrapped around the inside of the store and snaked between the tables at 9am, so there was lots of confusion about where the end of the line was and we were all crowding tables as people tried to eat. There was also no parking nearby, so save the headache and park on the other side of the bank or near the grocery store. It took about ten minutes to reach the front of the line, but the employee taking orders was extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to explain a few of the bagels and make suggestions. The cashier was also very nice, and the bagels were ready within a few minutes. The bagels I ordered tasted great and had plenty of cream cheese. There was some black charred pieces on the bagel after they toasted it which was unpleasant, so they may need to pay more attention to cleaning the toaster when it gets busy. While waiting for my bagels, I noticed the rest of the store was a mess. It seems like they have a difficult time keeping up with customer messes, but most of the store looks like its been cluttered for weeks or more. The side counter with coffee condiments was heavily littered, the garbage can underneath was overfilled, and the counter was so cluttered that it was hard to find anything including napkins. There is an abundance of counter space but it is not available since it is stacked several feet over customer's heads with boxes of straws and napkins that look like they have been there for months, along with boxes for microwaves and other nonsense. On a side note, there was a kid about sixteen with a bandana and hood on behind the counter who did not appear to work there. He was sitting on the counter using his cell phone, jumped off the counter and started grabbing any food/drinks that he wanted, then sat up on the counter again. Regardless of age, customers don't want anyone sitting where their food is being prepared - that is unpleasant and unsanitary. It seems like the employees here work hard and do a great job, but I would assume the franchise owners are careless. I've never seen another Noah's operate with such lack of attention to detail and organization. Overall, the bagels taste great and the staff is excellent so it is worth checking out if you want some breakfast or need bagels for an event. However, plan on waiting in line and I wouldn't suggest eating inside unless you enjoy awkward crowded spaces. Hopefully the owners will take more responsibility and address the issues with stores un-welcoming layout, cluttered organizational habits, and assist the excellent staff so their jobs are more efficient. 4/5 Bagels 4/5 Staff 1/5 Store read more

Huh. Can't believe I haven't reviewed Noah's yet. Well, I have to say I'm quite disappointed in this location. I've visited a couple times simply because it's fairly close to my house, and my experience has been less than stellar. I don't generally enjoy going to Noah's, since I think their prices are way too high for the quality and quantity of food -- I'm sorry, but $7.55ish for a "Nova Lox and cream cheese" bagel? That's insane. My most recent trip was today when I got there at 9 am to pick up a dozen bagels for a gathering I'm hosting this weekend. When I arrived, the bagel case was almost empty. And, no, there were no more in the back. I'm sorry, but a BAGEL store ran out of BAGELS by 9 am? One of the employees asked me if I wanted to place an order for my dozen and then pick them up later today at 1. I hesitated because I didn't really want to return later, but I figured I could fit in the extra trip. So I gave them my name and the breakdown of the bagels I wanted. Fast forward to 1 pm when I arrived and stood in the shop for several minutes before anyone asked if I needed anything. I said that I was there to pick up my order for a dozen bagels, etc. The guy who took my order earlier wasn't there, and apparently he never put in my order since everyone looked at me like I was nuts and there was no bag with my bagel order. They all asked each other if they knew anything about my order, and nobody did. A glance at the bagel case revealed that there was still a meager selection of bagels that didn't include at least 3 of the 4 varieties I wanted. The "manager" -- who told me that it's not his store and that it was a nightmare working there today said that he would give me the dozen free of charge and I could substitute the flavors they did have for the ones I actually wanted. No dice. If I had wanted the other flavors, I would have purchased them in the first place. Doesn't matter if he would give them to me for free. He also said I could return again in 30 min., and I couldn't make a 3rd trip. He asked what he could do to fix the situation. There was really nothing he could do, as I wanted certain flavors, and they were out. Next time, Noah's, make enough bagels to get you through the day -- or at least until 9:05 am. After all, the word BAGELS is in your name! Not that I enjoyed visiting in the first place, but I will certainly seek bagels elsewhere from now on. read more

I'd say this store is a mixed bag of service and quality. For the most part, everyone is super friendly and looks to be working hard. At times though, they seem to screw up basic orders and I need to ask them to redo it, or I go home w/ the wrong order. Quality is typically good, but I will say the store has the appearance of being dirty and not well kept at times. Granted, it's during the busier times, so I need to give a pass. Despite the concerns, I continue to go, more because of convenience (it's close to home), but I'd say management could tighten up the ship in some areas. read more

There's a Panera really close to my house but I don't really like their bagels. They don't compare to Noah's Bagels. Only bad thing is that This location, you have to come early though. A sesame seed bagel slathered with cream cheese is a morning treat that I allow myself once every so often. It's close to my office, so when I have a break, taking a walk allows me to stretch out my legs and burn off a few calories before indulging. The parking lot here is small and cramped. Located next to a Starbucks, patrons vie for that cherished parking spot close to the entrance and occasionally bump into each other. The staff at this particular Noah's always seems to be slow moving - especially in the morning. Not good when people want to get in and out with their breakfast in hand - so be prepared for a little bit of a wait while getting your coffee and bagel to go. If you have time, there's a dining area to sit and read the paper as you munch on your bagel and sip your coffee. Lunch is available too with good sandwich and salad specials listed on the board. Unfortunately, if you have a bagel craving later in the afternoon - you're out of luck as they close at 4pm. read more

My favorite place to grab some breakfast! I love bagels and they have a big selection so your bound to find something you like! I LOVE their jalapeno bagel (it gets sold out fast so go early!) with cream cheese! They really hook you up with cream cheese (this is great if your a cream cheese lover!), so i always ask for light spread. Workers here are so nice, one worker actually saved me one until i got off work, awesome customer service! :D (i called in advance to see if they still had any left). Some of my other favorites--whole wheat and Asiago cheese. One of the main reasons i love Noah's is their huge selection of their shmears! Honey almond (FAVORITE), tomato basil and veggie cream cheese are my top picks! I go to Noah's every friday for work and this is the worst one I have ever been to. They have over 5 workers in the back, 1 register person, and one person making the order. The line is always out the door. The register person is spacey and keeps staring into space and repeats herself to the workers.
