Ordered bagels from DoorDash for everyone here at my work. Delivery was fast. That's the only reason I gave them two stars. They did not follow my orders. I asked for sliced bagels because there is no knife here at work. They did not cut the bagels in half as requested on my order. They also did not give me the proper cream cheese. I attempted to get help from the manager to fix the problem ( no manager available) I was offered the regional manger's information, Alex, to help in the meantime. He has been aware of the issue this entire time and still no credit back to my account. Again this is just bagels. Your order's ready and following covid protocol? LOL! Watch as five staff members watch you park, wait 15 min, call the store and get out on hold, then you frustratingly come in the store and wait in another line, and receive your food way late and soggy. If you make a mistake in your order you're screwed. I called immediately (within seconds) after ordering online to the wrong location with about 30 minutes until pickup. The nice girl who picked up the phone assured me twice that there is no mechanism for her to cancel the order. Out $20 bucks for nothing. I also would say that bacon was added to my sandwich even though I didn't ask for it which was extremely salty bacon. In these times, there are definitely bigger problems we all face. But if you're going to offer customers ways around standing in line and possibly infecting others or getting infected by others, you really should follow through. Right now this location is offering curbside pick up, they should pay attention when someone drives up. But this tutorial might help you: Per the app, it says park in spot marked for curbside...check...turn on hazard lights...check.....and......waiiiiittt...for about twenty minutes. (Haha, the jokes on you..DON'T sit there for twenty minutes!) Once you're frustrated enough, get out and walk into the store...only to notice there's a sign that CAN'T BE SEEN FROM INSIDE YOUR CAR. This sign says if you waited more than 3 minutes to call a number...that, again, you won't see from inside your car because its lower than the front of your car. So, go in and see there are about three other customers in the store. Tell them your name and wait some more. Once they hand you your bagels, show them that the app offers you a "first timers" award for an extra bagel and spread. Then you'll be told you need to get in line for that. Which defeats the ENTIRE purpose of sitting outside in your car waiting for twenty minutes at curbside. Have fun! (Or just go to another location, since this place lacks customer service. This place is extremely disappointing. As a PV local and love of Noah's bagels, I am sad to say that this place is a let down. I ordered through the app for curbside pickup and waited in my car for 30 minutes. I checked in on the app where it said "I'm here" and still waited. There's even a sign that says they have curbside pickup. I have my puppy in the car along with my baby niece and I really could not leave my car. After getting tired of waiting, I went inside to see if my order was ready and surely enough it's been ready this whole time. When I asked about curbside pickup the girl at the front just said "oh next time you have to call and we don't come outside to your car". Um what??? I've always loved Noah's growing up, but recent experiences have been quite disappointing. Today ordered half a dozen bagels with schmear and two sandwiches- one bacon, egg and cheese on a cheese bagel, and a lox one on cheddar jalapeño. Instead of the correct second sandwich, I got charged for a second bacon, egg and cheese on a cheddar jalapeño, and got a lox on a plain bagel. I asked for NO smoked salmon and just extra tomatoes instead. However, that was not possible, so instead, I got charged for extra tomatoes. So a tomato, cucumber, onion with cream cheese on a plain bagel was 8.99 + extra for extra tomatoes + tax. Very very disappointing.
