I had a terrible experience at this Noah's Bagels. I have been to other locations before without an issue. I waited over thirty minutes for my order and was only told my order had been ready when I asked for a refund for the third time. So, my order had just been sitting there despite the fact that I asked if my order was ready multiple times. The manager refused my request for a refund again and I left with my old/cold bagel sandwiches only to discover once I got to the car that it had been prepared incorrectly. This store has a major management problem. I was spoken to so rudely by the manager that I left the store in tears. Her employees were apologetic, but this manager was awful. The kicker? When my husband went in, he was able to get a refund. Why didn't I deserve that courtesy? The whole experience took 45 minutes and we still never got to eat our bagel sandwiches. Poor Attitude! Came in for a sandwich this morning, and it was semi busy so it wasn't too crazy crowded as it usually is. Anyways, as i waited. One of the younger females making the sandwiches calls out the sandwich, which I can tell she was in a bad mood. I didn't hear her too god so I asked what kind , she said the same thing and just threw the bag on the counter and walked away with an attitude. Wow. The bagels are so yummy here! I remember when Noah's first opened when I was a kid and they are still here because people understand what good bagels are! I got a breakfast bagel sandwich and my husband had his bagel toasted and we both agreed that paying a little more for a good bagel is totally worth it (no grocery store bagels for us!). There must be a national shortage of cream cheese. They put so little cream cheese on their bagels that they must be running out. It certainly doesn't look anything like the pictures they use in their marketing. When I complained, the manager stated that what I got was the prescribed amount of cream cheese. This isn't a one time thing...been going on for quite awhile. She offered to provide more, but she was never going to admit that this was substandard. After my library visit, I galloped over to Noah's thinking my visit would be inexpensive and worthy but it was nothing but. The coupon I possessed was for free cream cheese bagel bites with a beverage purchase. Seeing that I hate coffee, orange mango juice was my choice. Venturing onto the Pro and Con landscape like so many of my fellow Yelpers... Pros: None. Seriously. Cons: The prices are expensive. I made a quick study of the menu and came away with disgust. Bagels are 99 cents. A chicken wrap with a drink and a pickle are an astounding $7.29. My eats were $2. Without the coupons both the bagel bites and juice would've been $5. Damn steep in this recession and its a reason why there are DMV like lines at Subway during lunchtime. To succeed in this economic environment, businesses must differentiate or die. Noah's "New York" bagels my ass. I had someone pick me up some bagels from New York from a recent trip and we did a blind taste test. We included Noahs from this location in the test for fun to see how it would compare. Both of us blindly voted for this bagel as the worst, and thought it had a distinctly bad flavor. This place is my local bagel shop and I feel pretty disappointed. They always mess up my order, never toasting it how I ask them to, and the bagels just aren't good. Its only edible if you don't pay attention to what you're eating. Disappointing. They can do better than this. I think I'll just stop eating bagels until they either improve or if there's a better option. I used to like their seasonal pumpkin cream cheese but I didn't see it last Autumn, so the one thing I liked is now gone. Sad. read more

One of my favorite place to get breakfast in the morning on the hill, if I have a coupon. It can get a bit crowded around 7-8am, but usually it's fast. Generally I go for a lox classic on an everything bagel with fresh squeezed OJ. It'll run me over $10 (without coupon) but the lox at Noah's is pretty solid, and they give you a good amount of schmear if you ask for extras. They also have other sandwiches, and I'm a fan of all their bagel selections. Don't get the bagel thins.... just doesn't feel like a proper breakfast eating a bagel thin sandwich :P You can also place your orders for a big sized orders a few days in advance. From inefficiency, extreme wait times, and the constant (I'm mean CONSTANT) inaccuracies, mistakes made in my orders makes it very difficult for me to continue my support of this business! My husband usually loves this place. It's our go to breakfast place whenever we are visiting the parents. But these last few trips have been such a disappointment, with the latest one prompting me to write this review. I ordered a bacon, avocado and tomato egg sandwich, but substituting the bacon with sausage. First of all, they forgot the sausage. And when we asked for it, it came back literally a second later, with the sausage slapped on top of the bagel. Someone literally took the sausage, ripped it with their hands and just put it on the bagel. No effort whatsoever. And everything including the egg and tomatoes were all falling out. C'mon. The manager charged me twice, I showed her proof on my phone, but she didn't believe me. So I called my credit card company and over the phone my credit card company confirmed and explained to her that she charged me twice. The words came out of the credit card company representative mouth that he sees the two charges on the system. She didn't own up to what happen or apologize for the inconvenience. I had to asked my credit card company to remove the 2nd charge. Will never come back to this location again. read more
