So, we ordered our food on the Noah's app at 11:10. The email stated the order would be ready by 11:31. We got to Noah's at about 11:20ish. We walked in and saw the huge huddle by the phone order pick up area. We decided to go next door and get our drink order. We waited next door for about 3-5 minutes and then went back to Noah's to grab our phone / app order. We saw a line still for the phone order/ delivery order pick up. We patiently waited for 10 minutes and did not hear any orders being called out. I walked over to the rack that had three items that were still sitting since we originally walked in. I was trying to see the name on the bag. I was promptly scolded by the lady that was supposed to be calling out names and packaging the orders. She said " don't touch those, that's why there is a rope." I started: in the 10 minutes that we had been standing there waiting she had not called out the names for those items and I was checking to see how if they might be ours. She was rude about it. She waited a bit more and then called out those items names. There was now a few more items that were sitting on the counter rack that still had not been called out. But we waited. It was 1152 and I walked up to the counter and said our order should have been done close to 30 minutes ago. And the phone order lady was rude, and not really calling out orders so people could know if theirs was ready. The nice lady that was taking regular orders let me know that they only had 6 egg cookers. And they were doing the best they could. (Understandable) however the phone order lady could be calling out orders more often so if someone that walked in would know if theirs was ready and sitting there. Overall the food was still good but owner / manager/ corporate needs to address the lack of egg cookers and have some type of board that states what orders are ready so customers are not standing there for 30 minutes wondering where there order is. read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience every single time at Noah's Bagels. What was once a great place to go to in Lincoln Center has honestly turned into complete trash over the past few years. The line is constantly out the door and wrapped around the inside of the store, yet there seems to be zero urgency from the staff. One employee literally sat on a stool at the checkout moving slower than ever while the younger employees just stood around yapping with each other instead of helping customers or making their orders. To make matters worse, I placed an online order and paid EXTRA for cream cheese ($1.99), only to get little to NO cream cheese on my bagel. When I brought it up, I was told, "They've been getting on us about the portion sizes we use." I'm sorry, but if customers are paying extra, they should actually receive the product they paid for - not a dry bagel with barely anything on it. The cleanliness of this location is also horrible. The entire place feels unorganized, dirty, and poorly managed. Between the long waits, lack of customer service, poor food quality, and cleanliness issues, this location seriously needs major improvements. read more

I've also purchased a box of bagels for friends and everyone loves them. Inside is somewhat roomy and there's never really a long wait when I go but I prefer to order online whenever possible. It's hard to pass up a good bagel.. I first encountered Noah's bagels through my job -- they never hesitated to order Noah's bagels for our events. Then again here at the Stockton location. Noah's bagels are really good and for the most part offer variety. I loved the farmhouse, as well as their plain bagel with cream cheese. Aside from that I do wish the Stockton location offered seating, not sure if this is how they are nationwide. I also wish this location was a little bit more clean. First and foremost the food that I get from Noah's bagels is amazing- I give that 5 stars. I have had many large catering orders with them over the last few years but today I kind of got a tad of a lecture. "if I'm going to put an order in for a coffee box that I should call it in the day before" I put the order in online at about 7 PM and was told that the order was not received till this morning. I think the issue is not my ordering the night before but a communication issue from the online service to the storefront to ensure it's on time. Again, I order catering orders from other restaurants and establishments, and I do realize that there is a 24 hour prior requirement for some of them, but this was not the case for this Noah's. So, in future if you're planning on ordering a coffee box, you should put it in with the restaurant directly the day before. read more

I haven't been here in years because of how repulsive that old, morbidly obese Mexican woman is but decided to go this morning, (In hopes that she'd have died by now to heart disease or diabetes.) Well she's still alive and more miserable than ever. As I was walking up she sees me behind her and pulls the door shut behind her and I kid you not, she waddles for 2 whole minutes from the front door to the register and by the time she gets there she's out of breath and plops her humongous a** onto a chair. She literally looks like she's about to pass out or have a stroke. She starts coughing and doesn't even cover her mouth and has the same attitude as always and still making the entire store uncomfortable. I don't understand how with over 100 reviews about her same behavior the store keeps her. There was trash on the floor when she walked in but I don't think she could physically bend down to pick it up. It's so unfortunate that they keep this thing employed. The food here is great as always. The bagels are fresh, soft, and have that perfect chew. They've got a nice variety with different spreads to choose from, which I always appreciate. I'm still bummed they got rid of the salmon spread -- that one was my go-to -- but it is what it is. This time I tried one of their specialty sandwiches, the brisket one, and it was delicious. The meat was super tender and soft, full of flavor, and the egg was cooked just right -- slightly runny yolk, which I personally love. Everything came together perfectly with the bagel. Honestly, I'd definitely recommend trying that sandwich if you haven't already. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the customer service during this visit. There was an older lady working the counter who seemed like she was having a rough morning. When I ordered half a dozen bagels, she was tossing them into the bag pretty quickly and came off short when I asked about spreads and bagel types. Maybe it was just an off day, but it wasn't the most pleasant interaction. I'll still be back though -- I love Noah's Bagels and visit different locations often. THIS ONE STAR IS ONLY FOR THE MANAGER ON DUTY. On 07/04/2026 at 9:50am I witnessed the manager speak VERY rudely to the cashier right in front of me and other customers. That is a complete shame and that manager should work on treating her employees with respect if she wants to earn respect from others. I love coming here, the cashier is always nice and the food is great. I was in Stockton and I saw New York bagels and since I just got back from NYC I wanted to compare. First the cute strip mall has parking and lots of little shops. Noah's is right next to a Starbucks so you could get your fix. Inside there was a line with 1 cashier (eventually another cashier came in and that sped up the line). Watching the level of service reminded me of NYC without the finese. What i mean is the service behind the counter is wanting. OK the bagels-good for the west coast but not NY level. They were chewy and better than Panera but they are too slick not the more rustic NY version. Don't get me wrong the bagels are good I was happy to have stopped. Loved the smear (flavored cream cheese). The service I received was great. Prices are highish $12.99 for 6 bagels and 1 smear. read more

They have changed how they do business and it's a 'take out only' bagel place now. The service and product are still adequate but if you're looking for a spot to sit for a while to enjoy your coffee and eat and chat with your friend you might want to choose a different place because you can't do that here. There is outdoor seating, however, that's only good when weather permits. read more

Walking in might be a little scary because of the long line, but they are pretty good at moving it efficiently. Customer service is amazing, these employees are attentive and nice! I ordered a Power Egg White Sandwich and Maple House Sandwich with no cheese. They are both delicious. They did informed me that one of my sandwiches had cream cheese (which is my mistake), but they were still kind to remake it for me. I love to stop by here to eat on my days off, even though they do not have seating inside, it's cool enough to sit outside and eat. Really popular, which explains the long line. I write this review with a heavy heart, for over 20 years Noah's bagels in stockton has been a staple for our family. I wouldn't be completely honest if I didn't say this place has gone to complete and total shit. As of the last few years the dramatic decline is unfathomable. Our emotional attachment for this place has been obvious in our continued attempts to seek redemption in their food and service. As of today I have officially given up. I just spent $61 on an order that was not only lacking any substance, but was also completely wrong. Not to mention a bagel that is cut 90% to 10%. It seems the store has never recovered from closing their dining room. More over, nothing feels like they even want to. Leadership of this establishment continues to prove that they have no desire to make their customers feel welcome or that they're appreciated.
