Noble Ace is a winning hand all around! Highly recommend for ambiance, service, cocktails and food. The setting is gorgeous with a subtle, sultry vibe. The servers were all very well informed, attentive and helpful. The cocktail list was really inventive and fun. And, the Chef is exceptional. We went with a big group so able to try most of the menu and I'm still having a hard time picking a favorite dish - they were amazingly all delicious. The mushroom bruschetta and potstickers were standout app/mids for their uniqueness. The branzino and both pastas were amazing. And, I'd come back weekly just for the fried chicken and pork chop. The lemon cake and S'mores crème brûlée were amazing too. I cannot wait to come back! Kudos to the Chef and team for a truly standout restaurant. read more

I had the great pleasure of eating at The Noble Ace in Laguna Beach last night. It was a wonderful experience. The ambience was excellent, the food was superb BUT the highlight of the evening was meeting all the staff. Alan, our waiter, was extremely helpful, the chef is amazing and the staff is willing to do all they can to make our evening great, including walking out to my car with me to make sure I paid for parking correctly. Great choice for dinner. The service was attentive, and the meal was excellent and was not a long wait for food after ordering. The Owners are on site and the Bar Manager checked on our experience. The interior decor was completely redone and is a very comfortable dining experience. There are two main rooms, the lower room has the bar and live music the night we were there, the upper room is away is quieter. We had the best night at Noble Ace! The restaurant has a beautiful aesthetic that's both elevated and inviting. The entire team was amazing, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. And then food...Every dish we tried was outstanding. The fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy and flavorful inside. The blistered shishito peppers were the perfect appetizer with just the right amount of char, and the homemade Bolognese was so comforting and packed with flavor. You can tell there's real attention to detail in every dish. Between the incredible food, beautiful space, and exceptional service, Noble Ace is a perfect addition to Laguna Beach. I've been eagerly awaiting the opening of Noble Ace. We followed Chef Magellan from his previous restaurant (Maestro's Ocean Club). But this time his personal touch with the food really gets to shine thru! Literally everything we tried was so good. There were 7 of us so we got to try almost everything on the menu. Chefs kiss for sure. The drinks were epic. And the decor is amazing. A++ all around. Way to knock it out of the park. Already have my second reservation in the books. read more

Was able to visit Noble Ace for the first time last night. Amazing! From the entrance the vibe feels like old Hollywood class with a warm and welcoming environment. The staff were super friendly and the food was incredible! I had the Fried Chicken & Rice dish and my wife had the Beef stroganoff. Both were excellent. We opted for dessert and decided to share the signature Blueberry Bread Pudding and it was absolutely perfect. Chef Magellan actually came out to greet us during our meal, which was really nice and made us feel like we can't wait to go back. Would highly recommend to anyone, whether you happen to be a local or just visiting Laguna Beach. 10/10 read more

Amazing food, great ambiance, and exceptional service! THANK YOU to Chef Magellan and all of your team for a wonderful experience! My family started at the bar and the service was attentive and personal. I tried a few of the drinks on the menu, but I have to say that my favorite was the "Pink Pony Club" (although they were all amazing). We tried at least half of the menu, and everything was amazing! Some of the highlights included the chowder (absolutely perfect), the risotto (delicious), the spiced branzino (it was my first time tasting this combination; I could come back and eat the corn & jalapeno waffles every day of my life), and the jumbo beef potstickers were fantastic! For desert, we had the bread pudding and it was wonderful, as was the service throughout the evening. The atmosphere was great, especially the live piano music. We visited for the first time, great location, nice ambiance and certainly busy. Service was great and drinks were excellent also. Constructively sharing feedback on what we ordered. Spinach salad and wedge salad were both good. Scallops and Risotto were good but the risotto tasted off, overly mushy. I love short rib and was looking forward to the Short rib Potstickers but they came looking like 2 giant overly fried Won Tons and it was difficult to eat. The bread pudding was very dense and not soft and creamy as I would have hoped. The biscuits were served room temperature and it would have been nice to have them hot. It's a new place and definitely in its honeymoon as it was hopping but if they are to succeed beyond the Summer crowds and contend with some of the other places in town they'll need to refine a few things. I would go back maybe for the burger and a cocktail but that's about it. Again, wanting to be constructive in my feedback. We have high expectations for flavorful food especially with the price of eating out these days. read more

The service was so on point. Waiter gave great suggestions, and the manager stopped by a few times to make sure all was well. Went for a girls night out well curated cocktails I had the cucumber mezcal highly suggest. The apps were great we all shared the artichoke, Shishido peppers, and biscuits. Just went to Noble Ace on their opening night and holy moly... THIS is what we have been missing in Laguna. Beautifully renovated- swanky and chic for a fun date night or night out with friends. There was a live piano which was a great touch. I loved watching Chef Magellan and his team through the open kitchen do their thing and the bar and team were working hard!! Service was caring and very welcoming. Shout out to Tim who took care of us along with Martine tonight!! Lastly, food was SO delicious. We had the steak, and short rib pot stickers, along with the biscuits and burrata salad- everything was on point. You could feel the love (always the best secret ingredient!). Absolutely my new favorite Laguna Beach restaurant! You literally cannot beat the location. It is across the street from Main Beach, in the heart of Laguna close to all the shops and galleries. The vibe is laid-back coastal cool with moody modern design elements. There was great music playing, stylish decor, and huge windows to let in the ocean breeze and so great for people watching. The cocktails were unique and delicious but the best part was the food! Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful, but you absolutely cannot leave without trying the fried chicken. Chef Magellan is a master and NobleAce allows him to infuse his personality into dishes that he wants to present.
