Noble Tea Cafe is nice little spot off sawtelle and it has quick service and nice vibe to it. The food is prepared fresh and there are lots of options. One of my favorite items that I got was the strawberry slush with mango boba. It was flavorful thr strawberry slush was nice and smooth and good the strawberry was there is abundance and the mango balls were nice and juicy. The popcorn chicken was nice and crispy and had good flavor to it. It also comes with a decent amount of it for the price. My only issue with it was the spice level I order the spiciest and it wasn't to spicy. Last thing I had was the dry pork with egg sandwich and it was a little underwhelming. Even though it was dry pork the texture of it was something I had a problem with. And it was not the most flavorful. Overall experience 4/5 would go back and try more stuff read more

Snacks here are the type that I found most compatible with boba and drinks in general. They're delicious and relatively lightly seasoned compared to typical American food. Takoyaki was a fried one instead of a grilled one but it's ok to me since the main items are drinks, not snacks. Drinks were delicious. I ordered no sweet added for every drink and still feel that they're just right. So I assumed they might be considered too sweet if I ordered regular. Huge portion too. Street parking in the area. Writing this review with the caveat that I know that I am definitely not a Boba / milk, tea expert by any means but for me, this place hit the spot. I ordered from here about a month ago as free add-on on my Uber Eats order. What appeal to me was that they had a Bogo milk tea deal for a little under six dollars. Definitely worth it! The Bogo tea deal was only for their vintage milk tea, which comes with a nondairy milk, which I was afraid wasn't going to like, but honestly it really hit the spot . The black awesome tea blend was really robust and elegant. I also love the sweetness, but could order it less sweet and still enjoy it. The creaminess was on point. I also ordered an order of the popcorn chicken at the medium level, which was really spicy ... like really really spicy ( it seemed more like a medium plus or a hot to be honest ) and I eat spicy food every day. I would definitely get the mild next time . I love the holy basil two that is incorporated with the popcorn chicken. It's really fragrant and pairs well with the five spice that the popcorn chicken is doused in. All in all, I would definitely order from here again . read more

Visited on a weekend evening and the wait for the drinks/food was a bit longer than expected. There seem to be too many employees in the kitchen as people are sharing tasks that would normally just be for one employee. We got a fruit tea and popcorn chicken and the portion was average and flavor wasn't horrible but alright in a pinch. The drink was also a bit sweet even when we ordered less sweet. Noticed all the orders were taken through a kiosk which made the waiting area very cramped. We ended up waiting outside but struggled to hear our number being called as some numbers weren't even being called at all. We noticed some people having to approach the employees and get their attention in order to get their order. Overall, this location is alright during non-peak hours but a mess during peak. The waiting area also feels like a fire hazard so just be safe. read more

This is not only gross but incredibly dangerous- if swallowed I could have ended up in the hospital with serious internal injury. Since I had never eaten a taiyaki and wanted to try a taiyaki to see what it was like, stopped at Noble Tea today and ordered a red bean taiyaki. This was the first time I had been anywhere you had to use a computer screen to order. I found the computer to be rather user hostile. In the future will avoid places where you have to use a computer to order. Have no problems using the self check out at the market. Using a computer to order at a restaurant is totally different. Had to scroll a long way down to find a red bean taiyaki (although there was a Nutella taiyaki near the top). After finding one, selected the quantity (1) and then went to the place where you pay. A $2.00 tip was highlighted (for a $3.50 purchase), There was a $1.00 tip next to the $2.00 tip and even higher tips on the other side of the $2.00 tip. Couldn't find a way to have no tip or a tip lower than $1.00. Also couldn't find a way to cancel the transaction. Went to the next screen, hoping I could cancel the transaction there, but couldn't. All I could do was pay $3.50, plus tax, and the $2.00 tip, so I did. Then had to wait awhile (although I was the only person there) for the taiyaki to appear. I have now eaten a red bean taikaki. I like red bean anpans more than I liked the red bean taiyaki and in the future will stick to red bean anpans from the market across the street. read more

Pretty good bubble tea in Sawtelle. My partner and I made a stop here for dessert after we dined at Manpuku BBQ right across the street. The line was fairly long, but we ordered on time through their kiosk. I ordered the mega-sized bucket of boba milk tea while my partner ordered a milk tea with a bubble waffle. The biggest issue is the location. The building is always cluttered with shipment boxes and there's no room to wait inside. I first thought it was just the day I went but it's been like that for months. Embarrassingly cramped like if someone ordered 60 boxes and didn't have room to put it away. They also have way too many food items on the menu for the small building they are in. It's a drink place first and foremost and I think having so many food options feels like overkill. They do have good drinks (Jasmine Milk Tea & Mango Milk Tea are my favs). The custard taiyaki is pretty good too. Sorry, not a fan. I recently discovered a tea place I really like in the neighborhood but it was closed today so I randomly picked Nobile to try instead. The final result was quiet disappointing unfortunately. Out of two teas ordered I asked for one to be remade and then ended up throwing it away in trash anyway. The Thai tea was quite decent but that second strawberry tea tasted it worse than one of those Arizona teas from turquoise tin cans even after I asked the nice girl at the register to redo it for me. Don't think that I will be back. There are many tea craft shops to choose from in the area and Noble tea is at the bottom of my list so far. Unfortunately, I have to agree with many other reviewers, the quality of drinks just isn't there. read more

I got the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk with Boba, it was terrible. All milk with NO brown sugar, powdery stuff that stays stuck to the tongue. The milk tea was soooo bland, not sweet at all! Where to find authentic Taiwanese style breakfast sandwich? Noble Tea is the place I would go! My friend recommends this place and sure enough! It's awesome! We had their Taiwanese Breakfast Sandwich and Dry shredded pork Breakfast Sandwich. Both of sandwiches were great! Very close to the Taiwanese breakfast places in Taiwan. I have to give them kudos because it's not easy to make it this authentic. I would come back every time we are in LA. The fried fish cake was also very authentic. The key is the type of fish cake they use. It's the thicker round ones that make it authentic. The drink we had was okay, so I gave this place a 4 star. honestly one of my favorite boba spots in LA!! i highly recommend the rose green milk tea if you're into floral milk teas it's superrr tasty and actually tastes like rose which is a problem that many other boba spots have with their rose-flavored drinks. the prices are affordable for the sizing as well--it automatically comes as a large (24oz) & for $2 extra you can get a 32oz which i will now be doing each time. they also serve light food here as well. i love their popcorn chicken and their ham & cheese quesadilla; the food actually melted in my mouth and i don't know how i went my entire life without knowing of the delicious delight that is their quesadillas. there isn't really any interaction between the workers and customers besides them calling out your drinks, which i kind of prefer more. there is also absolutely no seating inside so if you're trying to study or sit down while grabbing drinks, this isn't the place for that. but i do love that it's very quick and easy to-go drinks that are yummy as well. highly recommend checking out if you're in the sawtelle area! read more

We came here for some milk tea at the end of our LA foodie trip day since it was pretty much the only milk tea place still open. It's super busy with alot of students. You order at the two kiosks inside and pickup your order when they call your number. The menu is pretty standard with all the usual milk tea, cheese foam type options. One BIG thing to note is the question of type of milk you want. If you pick House milk it's not actually milk but more like powdered milk flavor. if you've had milk tea in Taiwan you know what this tastes like! I got classic milk tea with half sugar and house milk and less ice. Not sure what to say about this drink as it ranks one of the worst milk tea i've ever had in my life. I've had 1000s of milk teas and every chain all over the world so im pretty sure i know what milk tea should taste like. This is like watered down sugar water with no tea flavor. Note it's not actually milk in this either as you can taste the powdery milk texture as there is no fat content. Even at 50% sugar its super sweet! Pretty much took a few sips and trashed the rest. Yes it was that bad and undrinkable. We got 3 total drinks and everyone was very sweet at 50% and similar comments from all my friends. Definitely not recommended if you're in the Sawtelle area and looking for a good milk tea. At least service is super fast for the sugar water. read more
