Yesterday We went to Noodle Exchange with family that was visiting from out of town and had a great experience. We ordered the hot pot and everything was delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfect for sharing with a group. Everyone really enjoyed it!

After the UNLV/ Hawaii slaughter..er ah ...game, my wife and I Ubered back to our parking spot at the Gold Coast. Boy, $5 to get to Allegiant Stadium but $30 to get back. Ouch. We were semi-frozen by the time the driver arrived so we needed something hot to warm up. Seafood Pho for her and Beef Stew Soup for myself. When they bring your food out, it is HOT. My wife was extremely happy with her order. Lots of bits of seafood and tons of noodles. I enjoyed my soup with bits of tender beef and beef triple. Not as many noodles in my order, but the broth was just what the doctor ordered. We barely made it in before closing so we lucked out. The highlight for me was the mango pudding. I always need to order that here. It seems like the portion shrank but it still wasn't as depressing as tonight's football game. A good way to end the evening.

Located inside Gold Coast Casino on Flamingo Road. Place is open to the casino floor, but limited seating. I believe they had remodeled and just re-opened. It's a Taiwanese hotpot place. Wait staff friendly. Menu is not that extensive. Several types of broth, meats, and fish to add to your pot. Was in the company of a Chinese-speaking friend. We ordered the pork-based soup, tripe, Australian lamb, and cod. Order came with a large plate of veggies, some meatballs, tofu, mushrooms, and rice noodles. I liked the broth, and the more you added, the better it tasted. It's a hotpot place so there's not much to describe. Tripe was the first meat in after the veggies. Then lamb was dunked and boiled to your taste. Last one was fish.... Came with a good-tasting dipping sauce too. I liked all of them and enjoyed it. One drawback, some of the cabbage, especially the stalks, had a little bit of dirt on them after they were washed.... It didn't really matter to me as I avoided putting them in the soup. Prices are so reasonable. I will come and try it again.

First time having hot pot. It was a great experience. I got the rib eye with the Thai broth. It has a nice back heat but a little bit more spice would have been ok as well. The wait staff is very attentive to your broth and will fill up if needed. They also replace the gas canister quickly. The place is small but not over crowded. Going back very soon

This is my go to spot when I crave some authentic hotpot. It's not all you can eat but it's very reasonably priced and the meat quality is decent. I always get their spicy herb broth with ribeye and fish fillets add on. I love their broth as you can see in the picture, they use the actual herb for their soup base, very flavorful and rich. Their service is decent not the best but not much to complain about. And it is located inside of the Gold Coast casino so the ambiance is pretty much just like any other casino restaurant. I definitely recommend this place if you want some authentic Chinese hotpot though since there's literally non in Vegas with this price

I've been here like 10 times and it's consistently delicious. They also offer great service. The portions are great for the price and it's never too full so I don't usually have to wait long to be seated.

Inside of Gold Coast Casino. This is my favorite restaurant to eat hotpot. The fragrance of the broth, the dipping sauce, the fruit tea. Yummy It's scaled down from the full menus they once have prior to COVID, but still offer enough items for you to choose from besides hotpot.

This has become our favorite spot in Las Vegas. Noodle Exchange is at the Gold Coast Casino. We visited on a Sunday for lunch, initially planning to go to Ping Pang Pong for dim sum, but it had a long wait. We were starving so we opted for Noodle Exchange, and it was a great choice! The prices are reasonable, and the food is of good quality. We tried the seafood and beef hot pots, and they were fantastic. The hot pots include a choice of meat or seafood, tasty broth options (we got tomato and herb) , veggies (corn, cabbage, tomato) , and glass noodles. The service was quick, and the staff were attentive. I highly recommend Noodle Exchange if you're in the mood for authentic Chinese food.

How is the hot and sour soup here?

Hmm, taste is very subjective, so for me, I thought it was good. I'm thinking that if you don't like it, they'll be more than accommodating in exchanging it for something else.

I stopped by for lunch, and the place was packed, which is always a great sign. Even with the lunch rush, the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. I ordered the BBQ pork rice bowl and the wonton soup, and both were absolutely delicious. The BBQ pork was flavorful, tender, and paired perfectly with the rice. The wonton soup was comforting, with a rich, savory broth and fresh, tasty wontons that really hit the spot. The restaurant itself is small, cozy, and full of charm. It's one of those hidden gems tucked away in a strip mall that you could easily overlook, but it's worth seeking out. Now that I've experienced it, I can see why it's so busy. Can't wait to go back and try some other dishes!

My first impression was really positive. The restaurant has a modern, stylish vibe, and the interior is beautiful. I also loved the tableware--the plates and chopsticks were really nice and added to the overall dining experience. We had a large group and reserved the private dining room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. As for the food, it was decent but didn't really stand out, especially for the price. We ordered around 8 dishes (you can see them in my photos). The crab was a little disappointing because the meat was quite dry. On the other hand, the fried eggplant and the king prawn were both excellent and ended up being the highlights of the meal. The rest of the dishes were good, but nothing really wowed us or made us feel like we'd come back just for the food. Overall, I think you're paying a bit of a premium for the beautiful environment, modern atmosphere, and comfortable dining experience. If you're looking for a nice place for a family gathering or dinner with friends, this is a solid choice. The ambiance definitely adds to the experience, even if the food itself wasn't especially memorable.
