My server reminded me of my aunt who made sure you ate good but also no nonsense which I appreciated. Food wise: 1. Pan fried Pot Stickers - ground chicken, light seasoning which was good. 2. Welcomed and greeted then immediately guided to a table. Booth was clean and very comfortable. Lots of patrons having a meal. I came here a few times to try out the restaurant. My family love noodles so it's great to have an option. This is located in the beautiful Mandalay Bay. The people there are Cantonese it seems like. First time here was a year or two ago, and it was good! My mom loved the vegan noodle option. The last four times I've been here has been inconsistent. It was sometimes good and sometimes not so good. But overall gradually got worse. Maybe because of less people in Vegas so less turn over. In service friendliness, it slowly declined and they aren't as friendly as they use to be. Quality of food varies depends and a little inconsistent. Maybe tough times. Drunken noodles during the most recent dine in showed mushy noodles. Service was good, but food is passable. Sat right away as we arrived pretty close to opening at 1130 am. Perfect spot for a late night meal if you want something quick and easy. Chopstick helpers. I know that sounds dumb but it's kind of funny and ridiculous. We were met by a very energetic host which was positive because we had just trekked to the food court that was closed. It was more of a woohoo they're open AND she seems really happy! Before we were even sat, she asked US if we'd want chopstick helpers for the kids and we said, yes please. We were sat. She again asked if we'd want the helpers and we again said yes. I took one sip, one bite, and paid my check and left it. The meat tasted like it was boiled with zero quality. Do not get the pho. Spicy wonton was decent but not worth the price reflected. Go to a different Asian place, don't let my regrets be yours. Gotta be the worst asian food I got in my whole life. Service is as bad as the food. I would avoid even if I get the food for free.

My food was great, but I can see how some dishes would not meet expectations. They have a mix of Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai... basically any cuisine that has noodles in it. So the identity or specialty of the food is not going to be focused on making really good pho or ramen for example. I do wish I got more food (Singapore noodles) on my plate, portion could have been bigger but I get this is a nicer restaurant than a neighborhood spot. We got seated quickly and the vibe is more casual even though it looks fancy. Accommodating to host kids, but not really any kids menu available. Hot tea was a nice break from the beer, cocktails, and cold drinks consumed throughout the trip. Vegas prices, so expect to pay up fam. read more
