Perfect spot for a late night meal if you want something quick and easy. We were hungry pretty late at night and this was the only spot open but it was such a good option because they had the most comforting food. I absolutely love laksa but can't find it at many places so i was surprised that they had it on the menu. It was so creamy and perfectly spicy. The manager was so welcoming and friendly and wasn't rushing us even tho it was so late. He was so accommodating with our requests and made us feel attended to.

Located inside Mandalay Bay, we stopped here on our way out of the city after checking out. I hate giving negative reviews but this is purely based on the food. Service was good, but food is passable. Sat right away as we arrived pretty close to opening at 1130 am. They sat us in a section where we could sit with our bags which was nice. 4/5 The best thing we had was the jasmine hot tea - note that it's $5 per cup even tho it's a single teapot lol. 2/5 beef chow fun. Decent char flavor but I wouldn't come back for this. Noodles were small, not the typical thick noodles. 2/5 kung pao chicken - peanuts just sprinkled on top. 3/5 chicken broccoli I'd would skip this place next time around personally.

Post AMA hunger stop and landed here. There was a bit of a line but the guy running the front of the house kept us entertained. Food was okay but not extraordinary.

The pho was not quite like pho, more of a beef flavor taste. The pad kee mao noodles were a little bland and were not spicy. The pot stickers were good. Service was good but very slow. The Staff were friendly and made lots of jokes and were playful with the kids. For a casino restaurant, don't expect authentic Asian food.

I didn't have high hopes for this place and it met my expectations. I did take out on a late Friday night because traffic sucked and we were tired. I had credit from my Amex platinum so I decided to do takeout. Customers service: hard to say and a little nonexistent. I had a question about my order but when you call, the call gets dropped immediately. I tried multiple times with the same result. When I went to the front, the staff member was just cold and had a blank expression on her face. Check your orders, always. They forgot to include the rice that's supposed to come with the entree and had to wait again after coming back. Such a waste of my time. Thai chicken curry: pretty good portion. Taste is bland. Maybe they're tailoring the amount of seasoning to what they think their clientele likes. Vegetables texture varied from al dente to mushy. Chili garlic edamame: hard to mess up. It was edamame and flavor was bland-ish. There was a mild spice. Portion was pretty good and the container was full. Edamame was cooked right and not soggy. Shanghai lumpia: no thanks. It had a mushy filling, but this one had some flavor. I should have just walked to the food court. That's what I get for being lazy and wanting to use my 100 dollar credit. I understand why this place has such poor reviews.

We had the crispiest green beans, potstickers and the drunken noodles . . The orange chicken was also very good without it being too saucy or dry . . There was quite a wait so make reservations!

This little gem is inside the Mandalay Bay Resort Spa & Casino. I found it very conveniently located near the hotel room lobby if you wanted to grab something hearty without having to walk so far within the large resort. The Wonton soup was delicious- enough to share for a party of two. I also had the Miso soup the next day which was perfectly seasoned- not too salty unlike others. Beef chow fun, chicken brocolli and kung pao chicken was tasty as well. Customer service was excellent! Definitely will visit again,

It was open late and we had just got into Vegas! Food was amazing and had such awesome flavor. Actually low key quiet in the middle of the casino. Service was good and vibe comfortable.

I had the pho and spicy wonton.. I don't think the chef in the back is Asian.. or a chef. Pho bland and didn't wash/drain the noodle properly before putting in the soup. The broth lacked any depth or flavor. No cardamom, star anise, clove, cinnamon.. nothing . Flat. Second worst pho I ever had next to the one that tasted like mop water. I took one sip, one bite, and paid my check and left it. The meat tasted like it was boiled with zero quality. Do not get the pho. Spicy wonton was decent but not worth the price reflected. Go to a different Asian place, don't let my regrets be yours. The ONLY POSITIVE I can give this place is the that the manager or the Asian guy running the front was doing an excellent job being attentive.

Minimal gluten free items and $11 for a small bowl of kimchi it was okay. As usualy if you are on the strip you get strip prices. The service is nice and warm as was the bowl of miso soup. The Thai tea was a little lighter than expected. The tables were clean, neat, and had plenty of space. We were a party of two sat at a large round table for four. There was no waite and ample seating. It was a quiet mid week late night after seeing a show.

I'm not quite sure why there has been so many low ratings of the Noodle Shop, but I would definitely say it's a solid 4 star on Yelp. We started our meal with hot and sour soup and it was really good. The food came out really hot and the egg rolls weren't greasy at all and the hot sour soup was a nice portion size. I had the drunken noodles that were really good, but could have used maybe a little more sauce, otherwise my meal was really good. My dining companion had the Singapore noodles and that also was really good. For the reviews that said it tasted like it came from a microwave it didn't to us. Our waiter was checking in on us often and the guy who refills your drinks and buses the table was always hustling around the restaurant. Would we go back ? Yes for sure.

Great food, great service! The perfect meal after competing in Hyrox Las Vegas. We had 5 in our party and everyone was satisfied

Came here on a Monday around 1pm and was able to be seated right away. I did dine by myself which was easier to find seating but, honestly the place wasn't packed anyway. Decided to get the wonton noodle soup and it was really good. Light and very tasty broth with the perfect about of veggies wontons and beef. The soup def brought me back to life after having a killer headache lol. If I'm staying at Mandalay Bay again this will def be my spot for my hangover remedy.

Sadly for Vegas, anything that taste like Chinese food, that is not great, but not horrible would be a 4 stars. Nothing has been on par to 4 stars LA (which is 5 stars here), which has much more competition, more ppl cultured in the food, and has a larger dense community to judge/higher expectations of their own cultural cuisine. This place would be a Vegas 4 star, except all the sand and pebbles we kept eating. I'm very sure it can be a 4 star in Vegas. Many places that don't even taste like Chinese food still get 4 stars by ppl. Chinese food is expensive in Vegas because there isn't much of a community here, and both tourists and many locals don't know what it's supposed to taste like. 17. A-Choy, Garlic $15.99. - This has a bit of sand in it. Not cleaned well. 10. Spicy snails $9.99. This is already premixed so you can not customize on the spicy level. - The snails are super tiny. The taste was medium spicy, with herbal hint of flavor I like. - This has A LOT of sand in it. Not correctly purged/cleaned. More than 90% of it had sand in it :/ Like alot of sand, not just tiny amounts in each one. On top of it, it's like tiny pebbles too. This dish is NOT edible. 3. Wok-Fried Pork Kidney and Liver $22.99. We asked for small spicy which translates to mild. SO enjoyed this. This dish normally is just too salty for my tastebuds which is normal. But at least it's not as salty, and taste better than Special Noodle Restaurant (a restaurant I'm not a fan of). I am interested in trying out a lot more dishes. I'm actually full of hope for this place. Because there really isn't that many decent places, I'm open to mistakes like sand, less clean process, etc. Doesn't mean I'll eat the sand. We'll just to find the dishes that's better. But everything tastes on point. :( Beggars can't be choosers.

We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men
