Spicy Beef Noodle (top) and Dan Dan Noodle

Update Review: 6/2026 Noodle Street has certainly expanded--I was surprised to spot a location near or inside UCLA!? Noodle Steet's signature spicy noodle with beef shank is not for the faint of heart. Even as someone who enjoys spicy food, this bowl is spicy enough to make my nose run! The broth is sooo rich and delicious! My base is always go with the thick cut noodle, which is thicker than your typical noodle and has a wonderfully chewy texture. One of the highlights is watching the chef hand-cut the noodles right in front of you with a knife, adding a bit of an INFORMAL dinner-and-a-show to the experience. The service is quick and efficient...the servers stops by often to replenish your water and drops off napkins extra napkins without being asked. Love the service. All in all the portions are generous, the flavors are bold, and if you're craving authentic noodles then swing over to Noodle Street!

3.5 stars only for the dan dan noodles because it was not dan dan noodles! There is no tahini/sesame paste on this dish. This is actually more like a zhajangmian if you don't add the soup but it's so strange that it's even a soup noodle to begin with. On top of that, there's kale.. I had to double check that I ordered the correct item from the menu. I recommend changing the name because it's very misleading.

When I'm in the mood for spicy beef noodle soup, Noodle St is my go to place. We've been to Taipei on a stop over and I can honestly say this is pretty close! They make their noodles fresh and you can choose the thickness and chewiness of the noodle which I enjoy! We also order the beef roll pancake and spicy chicken wontons. We love dipping the pancake in spicy chili sauce with black vinegar that they provide which makes it a perfect combination. You honestly can't go wrong trying something new here.

this place is so so good! was looking for something around the area and I stumbled upon this. I got their signature beef noodle and I added an egg & it was so delicious, portion was literally huge, the picture doesn't do it justice and it came out super quick. The staff here are so sweet & attentive. I loved their passion fruit green tea, it was deliciouss. We also got the Korean bbq and rice and that was super delicious as well. It was really clean and good seating. I would come back to try their beef roll pancake that looked so good!

Wow! I know this place is part of a chain, but the food was fantastic. We started with the cucumber salad and it had a soy garlic sauce, which was good. We also ordered the beef pancake roll, which was one of the better versions I have had. We finished with the savory braised chicken with knife cut noodles. The chicken was tender and juicy and all other elements were great. Overall, a solid meal.

While eating lunch I noticed that they were cooling meat with containers on the ground, while a guy was tossing it to move it around a piece of meat fell on the ground, he tossed it back into the container. Both are healthcode violations, as the container itself should be 6 inches off the ground. Front of House service was amazing though.

food: SIGNATURE BEEF NOODLE SOUP with Small Flat noodle: VERY tasty broth. the small flat noodle was so chewy and yummy. I wanted a noodle similar to pho noodle, and this was perfect. I do with there was more meat in the dish. only like 5-7 pieces. small pieces. SPICY WONTONS: GET THIS! so delicious. lowkey Bette than dtf. BEEF SCALLIONS: this was really tasty. scallion pancake almost (better than a pancake) rolled with beef and tasty sauce. never had anything like it. service: GREAT service! very attentive staff! ambiance: good ambiance. lots of seating.

Niece was craving for dumplings and been wanting to try this place for sometime so decided to drop by. On a Wednesday night, it gets fairly busy quick but it has indoor and outdoor seatings so plenty of room. Menu is small compares to DTF and Mama Lu's, focus is more on their hand-pulled noodles more than dumplings. Had their Dan Dan, Spicy Wontons, Cucumber salad, XLBs, and String beans - I would say the flavor was pretty decent; however, their spicy level was mediocre. Their hand cut noodle was pretty good but it being labeled as their "chewiest," I wasn't impressed. I think overall this place is pretty decent for dinner but I wouldn't pick it over Mama Lu's or DTF. Service: 4/5 Food: 3.5/5 Parking: 4/5 Price: 3/5

My friend has been raving about this place, so I finally decided to try it with her--and I'm glad I did! The restaurant has a modern and cute aesthetic, and the service was quick and friendly. We shared the dumplings and a noodle soup, and both dishes were delicious. I liked that you can choose your noodle type--we went with the regular round noodles, which were perfectly cooked and had a great texture. The broth was flavorful, and the dumplings were excellent, especially with the sauce they came with. Overall, it was a great dinner, and I'd happily come back again.

Noodle St and this location = incredible. You must go. PARKING & LOCATION // In a strip mall next to BBQ Chicken and 7 Leaves. There's plenty of parking! AMBIANCE & SERVICE // Vibes are very casual here. Mix of college students and families. It doesn't feel too "college-y" and isn't too loud either. I've been for both lunch and dinner and never had to wait too long. Service is incredible here! They are super friendly and helpful from seating to packing up your leftovers. FOOD // My top faves here are the BEEF ROLL and SPICY SIGNATURE NOODLES (with rice noodles). The beef roll has a perfect amount of sweetness with the beef and cilantro and the signature noodles hit the spot. My partner loves the knife cut noodles. I get the rice noodles just due to preference. OVERALL // 5 stars Highly recommend! I'm always coming up with excuses to come here lol.

Craving for noodles and this is the spot I would go to! I had: 1. Cucumber salad 2. Spicy beef noodle with small flat noodles 3. Stir fry noodles with beef 4. Water melon juice

$17 SPICY BEEF NOODLE: knife cut noodles (THICKEST & CHEWIEST). Beef was SO TENDER! $8 CUCUMBER SALAD: best EVER! GET IT!

PARKING (3/5): Parking can be TOUGH here since it's a small parking lot and REALLY BUSY all the time! Lunch & dinner you honestly may not find a spot. AMBIANCE (4/5): Casual sit down restaurant. It's BIG! Has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. SERVICE (4/5): I've only dined here once and service was quick! The other time I ordered to-go. FOOD (4/5): $8 CUCUMBER SALAD: BEST cucumber salad I've had anywhere! You MUST LOVE GARLIC! They do "smashed" cucumbers and it's LOADED with fresh garlic pieces and a soy sauce mixture. I LOVE IT SO MUCH! The portion is HUGE too! Highly recommend this!!! $17 SPICY BEEF NOODLE: I got the knife cut noodles which is the THICKEST & CHEWIEST noodles. I love this one! I've only tried this noodle so I definitely want to come back to try the others. I didn't love the spicy sauce, it was a bit too oily for me. The beef was SO TENDER & delicious! $17 CREATE YOUR OWN STIR-FRY: LOVED THIS! Way more than the spicy noodles. I also got hand knife cut noodles (THICKEST & CHEWIEST). Got to choose my own protein (shrimp) and veggies (black mushroom, onion, bell pepper). THIS WAS AMAZING!

Noodle St is one of my go to spots when I'm craving some knife cut noodles! I was introduced to Noodle St years ago back when when this was one of the only/few locations and I still love it! Food: I always get the spicy beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles for the chewiest noodles. SO GOOD! The beef noodle came with large, tender chunks of beef, some kale, lots of soup, and of course the knife cut noodles. I feel like the portion is pretty decent and I finished all my noodles and took the soup and some beef home to add my own noodles. The knife cut noodles aren't as easy to take so I try to finish it. Previously I've also had beef roll pancake which was pretty good. My friend got the signature rice noodle soup since it was gluten free and he enjoyed it! He ended up getting some rice on the side to eat with the rest of the soup. Service was great! Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I could tell they were well trained and constantly filled our waters and proactively gave up napkins. When asking for the check and to go boxes, the gentleman packed it up for me since it was a big bowl of soup. I really appreciated that! They also offered to give me a big while was helpful. Ambiance is more casual. It's a busy spot at certain points. I would come here with friends, family, and for a casual date night. It's cool to see them making noodles through the glass. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Overall still one of my favorite spots for beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles! Keep up the amazing work!

Sona Fusion Kitchen!…read more Located in a shopping plaza that both has businesses that have been there for ages, but has more switch over businesses. Currently I have seen the restaurants that pop up in this location, ive seen it at least 6 different things. I will say Sona is the first one that actually caught my eye to try, and I am super happy that I decided to come here during my lunch break. The pictures I uploaded are just the few other times I have come here. As someone said it best in one of the reviews, a Vox dupe. One thing they do have over Vox kitchen, most times there is no wait, at least the few times I have gone. There is plenty of parking, never had an issue. They are also open late which to get this kind of food at that late or early times, thats a damn treat! Inside always kept clean, the staff that work there are very friendly and on top of things. They checked up on us in a timely matter, cleaned tables as soon as diners left. The food came out pretty quickly too. Here is what I have had: Spicy Shrimp Wontons - These were good but I felt like they could have been better, mind you I had these not too long after they opened, seeing recent reviews it seems like this could have gotten better, I will try these again and update. Regardless they were still good! Lomo Saltado Shaken Fries: Each time I have gotten them has been the filet mignon, why because each time I have had them it has been too good, cooked perfectly for a nice texture, seasoned well that it doesnt over power other things, but more so compliments but uppercuts the tonsil to let you know its got beef with you. Now I have had this with rice and garlic noodles. I recommend going garlic noodles because they are delicious, lots of garlic! You know what compliments garlic very well....STEAK! I have said one thing Vox has on them with this dish, is Vox french fries are still super crispy even with sauce on them. I will say the last time I ordered this dish (last week) each time they have gotten better with the crunch! I will try the other proteins offered in due time! Golden Pear Salad: Delicious! Now I can't tell you if there serving size of this salad is bigger at Vox, but eating the salad totally made me forget about it. I am half lactose...my stomach decides what or when I will react to dairy, but that burrata cheese mixed with everything in the salad, it needs that creamy cheese to hold the sweetness and pepper like from the arugula. I will say I didn't dodge the burrata cheese and luckily it never got me, so huge win win! I also want to say I think its cheaper here than the vox, so its more manageable to always have this to start before the entrees. Signature Vietnamese Pho - Wife ordered this last visit with wagyu brisket, pretty solid bowl of pho. Is it my favorite no, but its better than a lot of others places I have been too. I think it will easily be a hit for tourists going to disneyland that has never tried Pho. In conclusion, Sona Fusion Kitchen has been a place that myself and the wife will crave. It also has been a easy recommendation for any one at work to go try. I know I have a few co-workers that have been multiple times now. For anyone at Disneyland looking for a place to eat, come through! I want all the business to support Sona but at the same time I enjoy not having to wait to be seated! Feast Well Fellow Yelpers! TLDR: A pretty dang delish Vox dupe!…read more Sona Fusion Kitchen has been described as a crossover between Vox Kitchen and Sup Noodle Bar since they share the same signature dishes. We tried their Spicy Shrimp Wontons and Golden Pear Salad to start as well as the Lomo Saltado with Filet Mignon as the protein. The Spicy Shrimp Wontons were solid. They were tossed in a spicy sauce with scallions and were a cute start to the meal. The Golden Pear Salad really surprised me! It featured burrata, pear, arugula, honey roasted walnuts, and balsamic vinaigrette. I loveee when a salad incorporates fruit and has a tang! Lastly, their Lomo Saltado was soooo good. Crispy fries, fragrant onions, tender beef, and a killer green sauce- it checked off all the boxes for me!

Everything was creatively planned and decorated. It was also very clean and spacious inside and out. When you go in, there's a tea sampling station with the menus so you can see which tea you would like to order. Our server was really sweet, but she was the only one serving all of the tables, so she would come by every 10-20 minutes to check on us and some things we asked for didn't make it to the table. If they had more servers, customers would be happy with quicker service. The food and tea were delish! There were 6 of us so we shared a bunch of different teas. I really enjoyed the teas they had. The sweet and savory treats were really yummy! I really enjoyed them. Each person got 5 little savory treats and 4 sweet treats. I kind of wish we got one or two more for $45, but either way they were delicious! We got a variety of dishes to try out, and overall it was just ok. The soup was good but was a little light on ingredients, the papaya salad was decent with a little kick, noodles didn't really have much truffle taste but was ok, green beans were crunchy and probably the best dish here, and the mango sticky rice was not ripe. Most of the mango pieces were hard / not sweet and proportion to the rice was off. The staff was friendly and the space is very open and welcoming. When we got there at 5 pm, almost all the tables were already full. We were able to get the small table where you sit down on some cushions to eat. They have this unique seating area in the back by the bathroom near the kitchen. Check it out. We ordered the honey soy chicken plate with rice. They fry chicken thighs for that one and gave a decent amount of chicken. The sides were ok. Probably not my preference. We also got the 8 piece seaweed fried chicken and the honey soy chicken. The chicken here are big and moist. Very juicy and very good. The seaweed one is very unique and I really like that one. A lot of umami flavor. However, what made it a 4 star place for me was that the server never really checked up on us at all. Didn't come by to ask how things were or anything. Also, the price is quite high for what it is. $20 for 8 pieces of wings isn't cheap. The two items with tax and tip was over $40 and I think we all still left not quite full. Anyways, it was good trying it out, but might not be something I go to often.

Been coming here a bit now, and every time has been great!…read more Parking can be a bit tough depending on the day, there is parking in the back of the building though, so just be prepared! This place is a charming aesthetic when you walk in. It's got some good lighting, not bright, just calm, at least to me. The decor is itself is beautiful, simple, yet beautiful. Service is good! Everyone is nice, they're always on the move, but always willing to help when needed. Food, I never had a bad thing here. And oh my goodness, a one page menu, decision fatigue has lessened! The simple go to for a lot of us has been the Katsu Curry. It's big, but never skimps on flavor. The texture is perfectly crispy, and the meat is juicy! The curry is full of flavor, and all of that with rice, is served in a big stone bowl. So it stays warm your whole meal. Garlic Su Yuk has been a comfort dish since say 1 for me. It's just comfy, with the toppings, I just need to add rice and that's my happy meal. Tofu Stew is that thing I get if I'm either craving soup, or I really need to open my chest because asthma is a pain in the booty. You get that bowl of rice, so I like to add the fried egg to that, let me say that yolk from the egg is an enhancement. The dish is perfect, but egg elevates it! So overall, this one of my comfy food spots. I know the Katsu is viral, but try the other delicious foods here too! You won't regret it!

We ordered the chicken katsu curry, beef soup (galbi tang with glass noodles), and dawa chicken. All three dishes were shared family style and we had a good amount of chicken katsu curry to take home as leftovers for my friend's partner to eat for his dinner. Can you believe that a group of seven women only had to pay $71.86 total (including tax and the automatic gratuity for our party size that was 5+ people) for that much food? We each paid $10.27 for our portion and that's highway robbery in this economy. In terms of customer service, I'll say that our server was incredibly friendly when he was present, but he admittedly came by literally only three times during our visit: when we had to dramatically flag him down to order, when he dropped off our food when it was ready, and when we had to flag him down to pay for our check. I'm so glad they had a handheld terminal for us to use for checkout because we might have passed out from heat stroke if we waited any longer, lol. There are always trade-offs in this life, I suppose. We'll be back soon!

Dawa Kitchen - The front half of the restaurant is not huge, so avoid coming with a large group unless you don't mind splitting up.
