Like my review of Noodle Street in Pasadena and Arcadia, this one is similarly situated in good food and ambiance. The one downside is there's no chicken noodle at this location. We ordered the noodle with minced beef, seasonal vegetables noodle soup, and tomato egg with rice (off menu). The portions are huge so come with a big appetite or be prepared to take the leftovers home. The flavor for each was also excellent, although as a personal preference, the seasonal vegetable noodle soup lack the deep rich flavor that the other entrees have. I've tried almost every item on the menu on other occasions and you can't go wrong. Service was prompt and attentive. But since they get really busy during peak meal hours, be prepared to wait a bit or, alternatively, come during the md-afternoon. read more

They have a nice modern interior design with good service that makes sure you have a nice visit. There is plenty of seating indoors, so it shouldn't take too long to be seated. We found that the Beef Rolls are delicious!!!! One of the best in Irvine, which says a lot. This spot is definitely a must-visit, and make sure you order them. They give plenty of green onions in the rolls (which i'm a fan of), and the rolls are crispy and quite large. We ordered a few other noodle dishes (noodles are good, chewy), and any order of noodles should definitely be sufficient. However, the flavor of the soups was not as flavorful and rich as you would get from other Asian stores. Slightly disappointed. There was also a cold noodle dish that I did not particularly like. It's hard to find a good noodle place around especially for a cold rainy day. I was glad that Noodle St moved into Culver/Irvine Blvd. strip mall. This place serves Halal meat hence there was no pork on the menu. There are lamb, beef, and chicken only. My favorite dishes to order are beef roll and its signature noodle. Occasionally, I would get their chow mein. My daughter's favorite dish is their scallion pancake. We used to get both beef roll and scallion pancake from Asian Tapas but since the business has gone away, it was hard to find a good beef roll and scallion pancake around. This place has been our go-to. To be fair, in the beginning the beef roll would always have too much cilantro than beef. Great food; like really delicious food. It's not often I come across places that I can say are delicious, but this place truly is. The staff are super nice and patient (we have kids). The place is clean and has a laid back, comfortable vide. We had a variety of things: beef noodles (standard and spicy) korean bbq style beef, calamari, beef fried rice, but for me, the best thing was the bread beef wrap - so good. I can have that everyday. One down side is; it's on the higher price spectrum. It's not expensive, but it's not a value meal (unless you split between two people, because the portions are large). Saturday evening dinner date with my hubby. I was craving beef noodle soup and found this spot on Yelp. We only waited 5 minutes before getting sat at a table near the front. First thing we noticed was the nice quality of their custom wooden chopsticks. Also, hubby casually mentions the Chinese characters in their name translates to "pulled noodle street." Today I learned! After ordering, we turned around to watch the open kitchen concept. It was exciting to see all the chefs working closely together, churning out bowl after bowl of noodle soup. Even more impressive was seeing the dance of the hand pulled noodles happening right there in the restaurant. Our dishes arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Each bowl is topped with 5 generous pieces of braised beef, sprinkle of cilantro and chili oil if you ordered it with it. I had a blast picking up the noodles and placing them on my spoon to get the perfect noodle and soup bite. The crispy beef roll has a nice crunch at first bite. The amount of sauce and fresh chopped cilantro inside the roll was just right. Another cool concept is paying your bill at the table using a QR code. No need to get up and wait at the register or wait for the card to come back. Hubby and I left feeling full and satisfied. The noodle soup itself is very filling.
