Dumpling and XLB being consistently good! Great prompt service . Cozy decoration . Great price!

The ramen dishes are probably the fastest items that will come out. My friend ordered a fried rice this time and it came out too wet. We think they forgot about the rice dish and quickly made it. Fortunately, the server let her switch out her dish to a ramen bowl and it came out quickly. Like that they have some outdoor seating available.

It's located in the Vons shopping center off Myrtle and Foothill. My first time here and it has seating indoors and out. It's clean, warm and welcoming. The service was quick and friendly. I ordered the steamed dumplings as well as the fried both were good and flavorful. The noodle dish I was surprised were made by hand- I watched the man make a few orders before mine was ready. It's amazing how a lump of dough can be pulled into noodles! As I waited I was offered water and a place to sit. This place was good and worth a try.

KEN MADE OUR EXPERIENCE TONIGHT UNFORGETTABLE. Thank you for being so incredible. My boyfriend and I appreciate you so much. If you're looking for fresh and delicious food - look no further. The spicy noodle soup is UNBEATABLE. Wonderful staff and food. What more could you ask for? Thank you for always being so accommodating!

    Scallion Pancakes...tasty!

I'm a big fan of Noodle St., through I'd never been to this particular location before. The food was as tasty as I expected it to be -- I had the crispy tofu, scallion pancake, and egg with tomato noodle which were all very tasty. The service my friends and I received was excellent, we couldn't have asked for more. The surroundings -- old town Monrovia -- are so cute and quaint, much better situated than other locations. I think it's safe to say that I'll be back to this location!

Noodle St. is a California-based restaurant chain specializing in authentic handmade Chinese noodles, founded by Chinese immigrants in 2017. The restaurant serves as a popular hub in the Vons Plaza near Old Town area, often drawing large crowds for its immersive open-kitchen concept where diners can watch chefs hand-pulled and cut noodles. Customers can customize their dishes by selecting from four distinct noodle textures and shapes: standard round, thin flat, triangular, and knife-cut. The restaurant features a cozy, casual interior with large wooden tables and both indoor and outdoor seating options. Service was fast and efficient. Their Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, Scallion Pancakes, and Beef Roll Pancakes are our favorite dishes. Everything we ordered was delicious. However, the broth of the noodle soup can sometimes be overly oily. The noodles and scallion pancakes can be undercooked sometimes too. The restaurant is located in a strip mall, providing ample parking.

Feeling under the weather and needed a beef noodle soup to get over the cold. Ordered the following: 1. Beef Scallion Pancake Wrap 2. Spicy Noodle Soup The service was fast and friendly. The flavors are nostalgic and filling.

This Noodle St is located in the Vons Plaza near the Old Town Monrovia area. There's plenty of parking, which is important because the restaurant seems to get popular during the weekend. As I pass by during lunch and dinner times, the tables are all usually filled. The interior felt cozy and had plenty of tables for small-mid sized parties. The service was friendly, fast, and transparent. When asking for recommendations, they explained their reasonings and the dish's flavors well. I tried two soup noodle dishes. The Dan Dan noodles ($15.50) had kale, ground beef, and a more heavily seasoned broth. The signature beef noodle ($15.50) was a lighter broth with a few slices of beef, and plenty of herbs. Each were very flavorful in different ways. For both dishes, I had a choice of which noodles I wanted. I went with the standard round. They were long, chewy, and perfectly cooked. Although delicious and the portions were perfect per person, it wasn't mind blowing. Additionally, I wish there was more of the toppings. For instance, there just wasn't a lot of protein in either dishes I tried. Overall, I enjoyed the food and the service was great. I highly recommend coming here to try their amazing noodle soup broth. Next time I'd love to try their other noodle dishes.

My first time at a Noodle Street but it's my neice's favorite. Her first time at this location. Usually going to Chino or Fullerton location. This one is in a grocery store plaza, next to Vons, with plenty of free parking. Larger than some of the other locations with open kitchen in back. Service was quick and helpful. Menu is larger than other locations per my neice. She wanted her favorite dan dan noodles but they were out! So she tried something new- Japanese Miso Noodle soup w knife cut noodles- which she said was hood but not as much as her fav. I ordered the savory chicken noodle. The server asked if I'm ok with numbing spicy. I asked for it on the side and glad I did. I like chili spice but not that mala spice. There was plenty of chicken. It was ok but next time will try something else. Did love the chewiness of the knife cut noodles!

The food was incredibly rich. All the flavors were delicious across the board. The service was just as impressive. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Even the music was dialed in perfectly, loud enough to set the atmosphere but quiet enough that you could hold a conversation across the table without raising your voice. Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend going out of your way to visit this location.

I gave Noodle St another chance and so glad that I did! The Spicy Beef Noodle soup (with Triangle noodle) was SO DELICIOUS! The noodle had the perfect chewy texture and the beef was so soft and tender. Broth was also a 10/10. I also ordered the Soup Shao Long Bao and that was an 8/10. Service was a 10/10! The hostess was so friendly! I finished my iced tea quickly due to the spiciness of the broth and had to order another drink - but my waiter was super honest and said it was a complimentary refill for my iced-tea. I was so happy :) The restaurant was so clean and nicely decorated. Ambiance was an 8/10! I highly recommend Noodle St in Monrovia and most likely be back next week!

This location of Noodle St in Monrovia was a great location and convenient to find. We had visited the location inside the Santa Anita mall before and this location has a much different vibe in a good way. The location is located walking distance from Downtown Monrovia and it's location in shopping center next to Vons supermarket. There's plenty of parking in this complex. Noodle St here in Monrovia had great customer service. The staff greeted and seated us very quickly. They utilized the Yelp check in table for seating just an FYI. This location has indoor and outdoor seating. The staff works efficiently. They took our orders and within 5-10 minutes all the entrees were served. The location was packed on a Friday night. We decided to try a few items this time around. -Spicy Beef Noodle Soup - $16.50 -Chicken Noodle Soup - $14.50 -Lamb Skewers (3pc) - $9.50 -Garlic String Beans - $11.50 The noodle soups were both very abundant in portion and served in big bowls. The broths are why the Noodle St brand is slowly becoming a great option for us now. The broths are light in nature and pack a bunch of flavors. The spicy beef noodle for me was on point. It was not too spicy and the beef pieces were perfectly tender. Lamb skewers and string bean both tasty options to pair with the soups. Overall, this location of Noodle St had some of best customer service and each waiter had smiles on their faces the whole time. Very welcoming and positive experience.

Stout fried tofu with vegetables and cucumber salad. I needed a little sriracha cause I like it spicy. Hit the spot.

Needed a quick noodle fix and I found it at Noodle St, was quick and simple. Very clean and peaceful. Very attentive staff. And I was very hungry. Not too expensive.

You walk in thinking, "I'll just grab a quick bowl," and suddenly there's a noodle master stretching dough like he's training for the Olympics. Their Lanzhou-style noodles? Fresh, chewy, and honestly a little too good--they'll ruin instant ramen for you forever. The Lan noodle soup is so rich and savory. The died mixed noodle feels like a warm hug... if hugs came with chili oil and a kick that sneaks up on you. It's a small, busy spot, so yeah, you might wait--but don't worry, the line moves fast. Plus, it gives you time to emotionally prepare for choosing your noodle shape. Thin? Wide? Triangle? This is not a decision to take lightly. They have a small and large sweet and sour chicken rice plate. I had gotten the small size just to try it out, but it was surprisingly good (5/5). The pork sandwich bun was decent (4/5) since the beef was tasty but the sandwich bun could be better. We also had the traditional beef noodle soups with either the wide flat and triangle ones. You can't go wrong with these freshly made pulled noodles, and they are very hearty portions. Flavor is good and the beef is very tender. The smashed cucumbers were decent also (4/5), but nothing spectacular about them. Service is very quick, attentive and pleasant. This is a good go to spot for a quick meal. The first thing we noticed when walking in was TBaar, a boba tea shop. The ramen restaurant is located right next door inside the same space. What surprised me was that their menu includes Taiwanese-style gua bao and popcorn chicken! It feels like an Asian fusion concept created with the American market in mind. This is currently their only location in California, with another location in Las Vegas. Most of their other locations are on the East Coast and in Illinois. The interior is definitely unique, with large lanterns, archways, honeycomb-style seating, individual dining areas, and lots of decorative details throughout the space. Luckily, we arrived before 6 PM and got seated right away. Not long after we sat down, a crowd started coming in and there was already a line forming. After looking through the menu for a while, we decided to order: #1 Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen (Black Garlic) $17.99 (They mentioned this one has sold over 500,000 bowls nationwide.) My husband ordered this one and tried all the broths. He thought this had the best flavor overall. #2 Braised Pork Belly Ramen $18.99 (This was one of their featured menu items in 2024.) This was my choice. The noodles were generous, and the pork belly was so dark in color that it almost looked like beef. We actually had to double-check that it was pork! #3 Mega Ramen (Tempura) $19.99 The garlic flavor was quite strong in this broth. #6 Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen $18.99 (This is one of their most popular choices in New York.) It does have a noticeable level of spice, so if you can only handle a little heat, this one might not be the best choice. Side dishes: Gua Bao (2 pcs) $9.49 Popcorn Chicken (3 orders) $26.97 Pan-fried Dumplings $8.99 Japanese Fries (2 orders) $15.98 Strawberry Banana Smoothie $6 One fun detail: the bottom of each ramen bowl has a message showing either a prize or a "thank you for visiting." Out of our four bowls, one came with a dessert coupon, but it can only be used on a future visit. Overall, the ramen was pretty good and the presentation was fun. The only downside was that my mouth felt quite dry afterward, probably because the broth was on the heavier side. Kyuramen x TBaar - Arcadia 7 Las Tunas Dr Suite B, Arcadia, CA 91007

Food: I ordered the Tokyo tonkotsu shouyu ramen with white garlic and fresh passion fruit tea with rainbow jelly with 25% ice and 25% sweetness. I like that we can customize the sweetness and ice level. Although my drink was supposed to be 25% sweet, it still felt a bit too sweet to me TBH. Thankfully, I just mixed it with water to dilute it. The rainbow jellies were super soft and flavorful. People who know me know that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ramen. I'm a ramen aficionado. Lol The Tokyo tonkotsu shouyu ramen with white garlic ramen contains their signature pork-broth bowl featuring chashu pork, bamboo shoots, wakame, half a marinated egg, nori, corn, and scallion. The thinly sliced chashu pork was tender and juicy. The soft-boiled egg was marinated in a sweet and salty soy-based sauce. Loved the perfectly jammy yolks and deep umami flavor. The bamboo shoots, wakame, nori, corn, and scallion all enhanced the flavor of this dish. The shining star of this dish was obviously the broth. This dish contains a rich and creamy pork bone broth seasoned with umami-packed soy sauce. The white garlic adds a signature sweet, pungent, and toasty aroma that perfectly cuts through the heavy fat of the broth. The ramen was cooked perfectly al dente. Would definitely order this again. Staff: The staff here are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. Service: The staff is nice. This is a very small operation compared to their old site so there is just one person handling everything outside. Environment: The store location is horrible in that if you're coming from the East it is hard to access. The parking lot is horrible and with very limited space. The restaurant's bathroom is outside the restaurant....This site is a complete hole in the wall and not in a good way... Price: Still very affordable. Food: 3 Service: 4 Environment: 2 Price: 4

I always order the Pork Kidney & Shrimp with either rice vermicelli (A) or flat rice noodles (C). The kidney is fresh with generous portions, pairing nicely with the light broth. It's a very comforting dish, and I find myself craving it quite often. Small note, but if you get it for takeout like I usually do, be careful when transporting it since the soup has leaked a few times for me. Their Taiwanese Beef Noodle is also worth trying. The broth is on the thicker, rich side, with a flavorful spice and large cuts of tender beef. The noodles are wide and chewy, which are my personal favorite for beef noodle soups. The shop itself may look small and unassuming, but their food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. Please come and support this mom and pop shop, you won't be disappointed!

However, once you get inside, the food they serve is truly impressive. We tried the beef noodles and the dumplings (both excellent, as expected), but the real standout was the cold noodles. They were absolutely novel! I hadn't tasted anything quite like them before, and they were an utter delight. Everything we ate hit every flavor note you could possibly want from a great Asian restaurant. I will definitely be back soon to explore the rest of their menu!

Who would've guessed that the BEST Beef Noodle Soup would have been in the middle of Arcadia. The BEST. And the pork & shrimp dumplings some of the BEST we've had in SF and LA top spots. The cold jelly dish (mung bean) is AMAZING. Who knew such a small unassuming mom and pop shop could rival some of the Michelin spots we've ventured to. But honestly, most food that's made like your Mama made it is obviously gonna be better than any restaurant you ever go to. This is like they just happened to have a restaurant in their home. The food came out almost immediately, that broth had been cooking to perfection for who knows how long. Every bite of every dish was PER-FEC-TION. Just WOW. Thank you Auntie!!
