I have been here twice already! The noodles are authentic handmade and delicious. Their soup bases are excellent. I have tried spicy beef noodle soup and braised beef noodle soup. Service is very friendly! Their establishment is modern, with AC and quite spacious. If you love northern style noodles and cuisine, make sure to visit this gem at Rancho Cucamonga! Disclaimers: both visits are pick up orders!

Small mom and pop / family run type restaurant or cafe located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The folks here are very friendly and I feel like you're visiting family friends when you come here. Their menu has a lot of dishes showcasing fresh hand pulled noodles, along with various dumplings and a few other Chinese classic sides, etc. Within the last month, I actually have been here twice. Once for dinner after work (and on National Fried Chicken Day) and recently to bring my family here when they were in town for a tournament my niece was a part of. The dishes I ordered/tried: Dan Dan noodles, fried chicken wings, beef noodle soup, and the soup dumplings. Also tried the plum drink. Honestly, everything I've had here was tasty. The noodles had a great chew and were cooked perfectly. The wings were very crispy and the dumplings were structurally sound. Nice level of spice and the dishes that you can adjust to taste as well. Just a great spot when you want delicious casual Chinese food.

What a nice random find! We were hungry and found this spot to try out. Spicy beef noodles- delicious broth with choice of noodles. I requested for regular noodles, and extra green onions and cilantro. It wasn't too spicy, So good! Pork pan fried dumplings- great crispy bottoms and very meaty ! The lady was very nice and apologetic that it was busy, and food may take more time to come out.

Omg! If I could give this place a 100 stars I would. We don't see the fried thick beef noodles and it so good. So much flavor and the noodles were made to order the dumplings omg so so good. I have no words. And the service our waiter spoke English, Spanish, and mandarin, and great service. I felt so at home.

Finally had time to try to this place and it was pretty good! They took over the bb.q chicken location and it's quite small and very minimal inside. The menu is pretty limited. We ordered a spicy beef noodle soup and pan fried pork dumplings. The spicy beef noodle soup had great flavor. Not spicy at all, the beef was very tender, the noodles had a nice chew to it. The potstickers were very good as well. Seems like everything is made fresh because it did take a minute to come out.

When I pass through Rancho Cucamonga, I like to stop at this shopping plaza for dinner. We decided on Noodos as a quick bite and we wanted to support a new business. We are so glad that we stopped by. The hostess took our order and seemed a little flustered with the POS machine. One of the items I ordered, didn't have a button programmed in yet, so she apologized profusely and offered each of my kids a beverage on the house. We went with the beef noodle soup, scallion pancakes, Dan dan noodles, and pork and chive dumplings. Let me say...this was some of the best noodles I've had in a while. The noodles are made fresh to order. They have a awesome chewy texture that is hard to describe. The beef soup noodle had a clear broth and served with loads of beef, cilantro, and green onions. Scallion pancakes come in a generous portion and was lightly pan fried and flaky. Dan Dan noodles was spicy and a little different from the taiwanese sesame cold noodles that I was used to. Their Dan Dan noodles was full of minced pork and fried chilis. The dumplings were juicy and full of flavor. Like the noodles, these were made fresh to order. The dumpling wrapper was thick and chewy. The restaurant has been open for less than a month, so the restaurant was new. Overall I was surprised to find such an authentic Chinese restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga. Looks like they are still figuring things out and tweaking the menu. Excited to come back soon.

Their beef noodle soup and green onion pancakes are good. I liked it. I heard in the kitchen sounds of a basketball slamming and it was the cook making the handmade noodles. Their dumplings were okay.

This place is actually pretty good. They came up on Yelp and decided to give them a try. They make fresh hand pulled noodles and it was good in the soup. We ordered the Tomato and Egg soup with flat noodles, Chicken Pine Dumplings, and the Cucumber Salad. They all tasted good. I really liked the Tomato and Egg soup, I was expecting it to have a slightly thicker broth but it had a different flavor compared to other places I've tried in the San Gabriel Valley but it was pretty good. I'm glad to know there's this place not too far from me and I would for sure come back again.

Noodles are freshly made. I can tell dumplings also are made in the restaurant. Friendly staff here. They played American POP music in this restaurant. This is not ordinary Chinese fast food.

The food was delicious and the overall service was great. Our host was very kind and helpful in navigating the menu, tailoring recommendations to our flavor preferences. We were very pleased with the experience overall and would be happy to visit again.

This place was great! We ordered the beef roll and beef noodle soup. The beef roll was delicious, however it was a little too floppy and could have been a little better as it kinda fell apart when we picked it up. The beef noodle soup was delicious! The broth had a perfect flavor of beef and there was no gaminess at all. Tasted very fresh. The service was fast and the service was very attentive. Inside was really clean. They had chili oil and soy sauce on the table. Over all really good. If the beef roll didn't fall apart when picked up it would have been perfect 5 stars :) Updated: honestly I have to update my review because everything had such a delicious flavor and it really is worth the 5 stars lol

Gross. It was cold and soggy when arrived.
    sasa l.

I ordered the braised beef noodle and the soup was waaaayyyyy too salty to my liking. I ordered the beef roll $12.99 for one roll, it was small AND soggy AND cold when it arrived. They put regular onion and cilantro in there which I've never had it like that with the regular onion. The pan fried dumpling skin is waaaayyy too thick and it was oily. Service was bad, they only had two cook and one server. I had to grab my own everything (ie. Hot sauce, water) because she was too busy cleaning and taking order. The food came out SLOW!!! The inside of the restaurant was nice and trendy. I will not be back there are better options close by.

Chicken dumplings had a good filling to wrapper ratio, but the filling needed way more seasoning. It just tasted like wet, mushy stuff inside, and drowning the dumpling in chili oil barely helped. And the two fried dishes weren't flavorful either--they weren't dredged very well, so they just tasted like oil. This was especially disappointing for the scallion pancake, since it looked nice...but didn't taste of scallions at all. Overall, really disappointing. I might give it a try at a different location if the opportunity comes up, but with the menu being rather small, I'm not even sure it'd be worth the time.

There's lots of traffic so be weary of the cars that pass by and when we went there were tons of people. We walked in and they took our name and phone number and about a 40 min wait. This place can probably fit 40 people, it's so small. We tried a few items such as their beef roll, wonton with chili sauce, their seven grams xlb, , fried mini buns, noodle with scallion oil sauce, and potato string shrimp. Their seven grams xlb was disappointing, the broth and meat inside didn't have any flavor to it IMO. The mini buns were sweet and heavy, and we split one and didn't touch the rest. The noodle with scallion sauce was just okay...again, not much flavor. I didn't like the potato shrimp at all, too doughy and hard. The beef rolls were just okay to me, again kinda bland without dumping it in shoyu and vinegar). The best dish was their spicy wontons. It had a nice kick to it and we saved the sauce to dump everything else we ate in it lol.

I ordered the sweet and sour pork that came with egg drop soup, fried rice and some appetizers (shrimp, eggroll and a wonton). The pork was ok, and i didn't really like the sauce, it left an after taste. The soup was good and rice was good. I was already full, by the time I realized it was appetizers in the bag. The value is definitely the main highlight, pricing is fair for AYCE and you get a decent variety of meats, veggies, and sides. For a casual hot pot night, it's hard to complain on cost alone. That said, there were a few things that made the experience a bit less smooth. Parking was a challenge since the plaza gets very busy, so it took a while to find a spot. Inside, the setup was also a little confusing at first the hot pot being built into the table takes some getting used to, and it made it slightly awkward to get the soup out comfortably while cooking. Food-wise, it was good, but the refill timing was inconsistent. A few items like meat and fruit ran out faster than expected, and we had to wait a while, sometimes close to 30 minutes for refills to come back out. Service was okay overall, just a bit slow during peak rush. Still, for the price point and AYCE format, it's a good deal. I'd come back, just with lower expectations on speed and pacing. 4 stars mainly for value.

I cant justify any of these dishes making me want to consume bowls upon bowls of rice. That's what spicy Szechuan and Hunan food is supposed to do....it should make you awaken your taste buds, with the power of their chilli peppers, Szechuan green & red peppercorns, and the umamis derived from MSG. Nope, I didn't crave the Lazi Chicken...nor the Hot Oil Beef Mix... Not the Cold Noodles, and I left with a $122 receipt in hand for 2 more takeout items on top of the 4 main dishes I've shared.....and I felt pretty empty. Empty in a sense, I could DO BETTER at home mixing my own Szechuan Cold Noodles, with Home Made Chili Oil, Sesame Paste, Sugar. Chicken Bullion, Minced Garlic, Vinegar, and Cilantro. I almost felt robbed here.....either every dish was lacking peppercorns and numbness, or it was missing Umami, Alot of it...so I leave anyone who wants to challenge my opinion otherwise and prove me wrong that the food here indeed belongs in a long list of top notch Szechuan Hunan Restaurants in Los Angeles. Even if this place opened up in Phoenix, I'm sorry, it's going to rank in the lower end of the bell curve. It was a hot day. I felt the service lady doesn't know how to tell "Customers Need Ice Water" and I had to vocally tell her ice and water please.
