She then told us that since we were "switching" it, it would take a while to make. When the green pozole finally arrived, she dropped the bowl on the table without making eye contact and walked away. The wait was so long that we had already finished the entire taco plate by the time the pozole arrived. We decided to just take the pozole to go. The waitress continued avoiding our table, so we eventually had to get up and walk to the counter to pay. When we asked for limes and onions to go with the green pozole, the owner informed us there would be an additional charge for each side. We paid, but the overall experience had already been soured.
