A flavorful fusion of Cajun and Cambodian food that feels like a home cooked meal!…read more The grilled beef sticks were the highlight for me, the meat was juicy and had a strong lemongrass flavor. The pickled daikon and carrots also cut through the richness of the meat. We also got the spicy Cajun bag, which had a good amount of seafood and was easily splittable between two people. The seafood tasted fresh, and the sauce was very flavorful! The Thai tea was also creamy and refreshing, perfect for fighting the heat of the seafood. There is no bathroom, but the staff was also super nice and let us wash our hands in the sink behind the register. The spot is pretty small, with a few tables inside. The food was so good that I was surprised it wasn't busy at all, it definitely deserves more business!

Seating is limited to 2 benches and a wall counter. Place is small BUT cozy…read more I ordered their Cajun Bag ($37), comes with 1lb of shrimp, 4 sausages, 6 mussels, 4 potatoes and 2 corn. I added 5 more sausages ($1/each), 2 more muscles ($1/each), 1lb of shrimp ($14 extra), and a soda can ($2)... $64 after taxes. Food arrives and we're given a pair of cafeteria lady plastic gloves, 2 of the thinnest papper plates imaginable and about 7 napkins. Theres no covers on the bench so I slice our bag open to where we can grab the food but not spill out on the table. Food gymnastics! When we finish eating we ask for wet naps to clean our hands and they dont have any, restroom? Nope, no public restroom. Were told we can come into the kitchen and wash our hands of we like.... thanks but no thanks. Thr girl still the register was super friendly though, so she got them an extra star in my review. The food: I dont know if im spoiled by other places, but it could also be that this isnt specifically a sea food boil place. Its a Asian fusion location with an option of a seafood boil bag, but i come to expect a bit more out of the sauce option. Like the sauce that was in the bag was just enough to coat the food and that's it. I seen like a couple sliced garlic pieces but really? Like 6 or 7 slices? Then the sausages.... theyre store bought hilshire farms sausages... and to charge $1 A SLICE IS DIABOLICAL! The clams were chewy, the shrimp was mushy... im forever now gonna take that 30 minte drive to anywhere for seafood boil. I really wanted to like this place, I really did... but im sorry, I just cant do a boil from here again.

I finally managed to go to all 3 Tranis-owned restaurants in San Pedro. So, my conclusion is that…read morethis is the best of the 3. As you walk in, you see the hostess, who gave us our name as they were busy. The bar area is near the entrance, which has several tables and bar stools. We were seated a few minutes later. The restaurant was a little crowded; the tables were too close to each other, which was my only complaint. You must try the New Style Calamari, delicious, Trani's Salad, Black Truffle Carbonara ,Local Swordfish were all good. The overall experience was great and Will be back .

Well what can I say this place is overpriced and the food isn't good at all. Me and my son went for…read moredinner. We ordered calamari as an appetizer. It was very chewy . And I ordered the seafood Linguini it was very bad the tomato base taste like it was from à can it had the taste or à old tomato can sitting in a pantry rhe shrimp was very rough hard to chew and no flavor at all . I even offered some to my 18 yr old and he eats anything he couldn't swallow the food and told me it's nasty pops ,this wqs the first time he rejects me xtra food . He ordered the pork Parmesan which was ok nothing special . For a drink I ordered a beer and it was hot Literally it was room temperature. Last but not least I asked for the check and it was $116 I gave the waitress $140 and she asked me if I needed change and I asked her what was the total she said it's $126 when it was $116 I guess she wanted the check xtra $10 . I would never return or would recommend this place to anyone . I was literally taken to the cleaners . Lesson learned .
