Back for the first time in ages since COVID19, empty, no lines and as slow business, hope things bounce back. Drinks good as ever!

This Starbucks is located in the Bethany Village QFC shopping center. There is plenty of seating inside and it has a very pleasant outdoor patio that overlooks the center's water fountain. This is a very relaxing place to enjoy your Starbucks beverage with a few exceptions. The outdoor patio can get quite loud with children playing in the fountain. All the neighborhood dog owners seem to walk their doggos here and hang out. When school is in session all the neighborhood children seem to congregate here after class. I've never had an issue with any of the baristas here nor have I witnessed anyone receiving poor service. My drink has always been made correctly and in a fair amount of time depending on how busy they are at the moment. This Starbucks can be a very enjoyable place to visit.

Came here to do some work but found myself surrounded by kids and their families, college kids, and other people adulting. Haaaa... To my surprise, this Starbucks serve a nitro cold brew and from the quick review on Google, I was surprised at how creamy it was in my mouth as well as the caffine rush from drinking it. It was magic. Unfortunately, the nitro cold brew loses its magic as time goes by due to the nitrogen evaporating out of the cold brew. The best part, being the crema, is gone after the first couple of sips, leading the drinker to a come down from it's mouth feel rollercoaster high, annnnnnnnnd on an uplifting of spirit as you board the caffine elevator off to Lala Land. My heart is pounding from the caffine as I write this review. Future advice: get smaller cup size and drink fast. Maybe.

I…read morecame in to surprise my mom with one small iced drink which I thought was simple enough. Yes, there was a line, and I was totally fine with that. What I wasn't fine with was waiting over 30 minutes for a single drink. There were 5 or 6 people behind the bar, so I expected reasonably paced service. Instead, the whole place seemed to be running in slow motion. Maybe they were still recovering from an early rush ( I was there around 10am), but it showed. Our order got messed up, we had to remind the baristas what we'd ordered, and the energy from the staff was pretty cold throughout. The final straw: our drink was presumably forgotten. Multiple people who ordered after us got their drinks first. I eventually had to walk up to the bar, point behind the counter, and explain that we'd been waiting and my mom was sitting in the car. For a lot of people, going out for coffee is a treat; It certainly is for me as a student. When you're spending that money, you'd hope for at least decent service. Unfortunately, this visit was the opposite of that expectation.

My flat white with almond milk was excellent, and my son's hot chocolate even came topped with what looked like chocolate-flavoured whipped cream, which he loved. He also had an egg and cheese bagel and a chocolate espresso cookie, while I was especially impressed by the gluten free breakfast cookie. The baristas were friendly and effortlessly cool, and the whole place has a great vibe. It is a little on the pricey side, but I would happily visit again. Thank you!

At this point I've tried a number of things here and every one of them were delicious! The Japanese pancakes were so fluffy and fun, called ahead just to make sure they could make them right after opening but couldn't get through. THEY CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY!! I have never had a food place care enough to actually call back if they miss a call. I was so happy with the pancakes too, nicely made and yummy. Their tiny cakes are all perfect too, I'm in love with each one especially the PDX rose! So bright and flavorful, with a beautiful outside that matches its taste! Can't forget the Japanese Cream Cheese Bun, it's soooooo good and the price matches the taste (aka good price for a good dessert). Not too sweet but still delicious! Just gotta make sure you eat it fresh, forgot to eat my last one for an hour and it got dry but still had its yummy taste. I super recommend this place!!

I added breakfast to this place while they visited me for a few days. We called in our order as instructed on the website. Unfortunately no Boba was available for on the pancakes. When we arrived I was disheartened to find the place rather small either intense heat of a bakery, which made the lone table inside with a meandering fly the least bit welcoming. When adding drinks to our order, the lone man working there asked me a few times whether I really was ordering coffee for a child (and yes, she settled on a mocha when it was determined he only knew how to sprinkle matcha powder on the pancakes, and hadn't a clue as to their application to drinks). My grandson ordered their 'special hot chocolate' which pretty much tasted like watered-down Ovaltine. We sat outside to eat and after a few bites and finding these were nothing like the fluffy Japanese pancakes they'd expected, we threw away $44 worth of what was supposed to be a pleasant breakfast experience. I guess this was a life lesson for the kids, that our expectations aren't always met. And I want to prevent any other adults from making the same mistake I did in taking my business there!

Prices were reasonable between $5.50-$8 for the drinks plus extras for the add-on toppings ($.95-$1.25) and great food and snack options too. You can order at the kiosk so you can see the pictures but we ordered with the staff at the counter. They were so helpful and made sure our mango smoothie with pearls was decaf tea for the kids (since they use real tea for all their drinks!) You can adjust ice, sweetness, and your toppings for the drinks. I've actually been dreaming about the Basil Popcorn Chicken since the last time I've had it at another location and this definitely hit the spot! It was a generous portion for around $12 and you can adjust spice level from 1-4. It came out piping hot, super crispy, very juicy and perfectly seasoned. You MUST get this when visiting! We also got both flavors of the Egg Puff waffles to try and the kids loved them. They were freshly made, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Easily breakable so plenty to share with everyone. The mango smoothie was cold and refreshing and the boba pearls were ON POINT! Definitely one of the best I've had - the right amount of chew and sweetness and you can tell it's great quality. The only thing they were lacking was that they didn't have a high chair available for my baby for dining in. But definitely come support this local business and don't forget to get the Basil Popcorn Chicken!!
