I've been to Noree Thai a few times now and love everything I've had from them. My must get every time I'm in is the Lime Chicken! Their Lime Chicken is so stellar. One of the best I've had at a Thai restaurant with crispy strips sliced in just-thick-enough sizes that you can then slather with their acidic, bitter in a good way sauce. And when I say crispy, the outer shell is the crispiest of all time with a unique batter on it. Love it so much! My friend and I were intrigued by their Ko lae and enjoyed it when we ordered it. Curry-like chicken from Southern Thailand, heavily influenced by Malay-Muslim cuisine with great flavor. The Pad Thai does it's pad thai thing tasting of all the sweet, sour, savory, umami you could ask for. This classic dish is done well here. My last visit was 4 years ago, the food is still great! FOOD & DRINKS-- - crab & cream cheese app (basically crab wonton): underwhelming but I had a craving - drunken noodle WITH DUCK! Wow, this dish had amazing flavor. Lots of veggies but it's a noodle forward dish still. I would have liked more duck meat but the flavor is just so good I'd order it again. - green curry with tofu: The flavor on this curry was perfect. I got this with fried tofu. It comes with a hefty serving of rice. Medium spice was perfect for me. - pink milk: I inquired about this and got to try a sample. It's good. It reminded me of strawberry milk from childhood. - Thai iced tea: solid, not too seeet SERVICE-- Fairly attentive. Hospitable. Accommodating. I inquired about the pink milk and the server was really kind and made me a fresh batch to taste it. AMBIANCE-- I liked this place before because it felt cozy. Parking is difficult to find in the area. There is street parking available; however, difficult to obtain. We were able to park in the neighborhood around 6:30 PM, but we did circle around for quite a long time till we found parking. The food portion is quite big and delicious. We got medium spice on all of our entrees. We had ordered drunken noodles with chicken, Tom Yum with combination seafood (fish, mussels, shrimp, etc.), and the roasted duck pineapple curry (comes with a side of white rice). All of these meals were delicious and served piping hot ! My favorite was the drunken noodles. The spice does have quite a hit and is very filling. The space itself is quite small, so if you have a party larger than 2 I would call in for a reservation. The service is wonderful. We will definitely be back! read more

I thoroughly enjoy this hole in the wall. Service was excellent and fast, and the food was extremely generous, so much so that I couldn't even finish it. And that's a rarity. The shrimp tempura was phenomenal, probably one of the best I've ever had. This place the aioli sauce that comes with it was to die for. And they don't bring you just to pieces. We drove an hour from Irvine to Luv2eat Thai for our Lunar new year celebration, however, unexpectedly it was closed on Jan 29, so we came to their sister restaurant Noree Thai on Beverly for the very first time. Ordered the food we've been craving so long, they tasted awesome. But to be honest, It's still quite different from Luv2eat Thai. I still remember how impressively flavorful and aromatic the yellow curry in Luv2eat Thai was, which was the exact reason we were willing to drive so far there. The yellow curry in Noree Thai is not comparable. One thing I appreciate the most about here is that they use a relatively healthy amount of oil in their dishes, since their food wasn't as greasy as other Thai food spots in which sometimes you can see a lot oil left in the plate after the dish is finished. It would be better if there was more protein. Service was amazing, so was the interior decor. And the price was surprisingly pretty fair. Probably will come back again! read more

I ordered in last night and I got better Thai foods in the past. Mainly the curry has no spice levels to pick from and it was very spicy. Never got this spicy green curry before, I either do mild or not spicy at all. I hope they'd add spice level to pick from for future customer orders. The fresh rolls was great and fresh but the peanut sauce was not your typical peanut sauce/dip comes with fresh rolls, it was mostly like peanut butter. They also add sweet and sour sauce, but the main point of fresh rolls is mainly the peanut sauce comes with it. They definitely need to fix the peanut sauce. read more

The staff were really friendly and service was good! We got the pad Thai and the drunken noodles and the drunken noodles in particular were SO delicious! The pad Thai was okay and a bit lacking in flavor. Keep in mind though that the portions were huge and we definitely did not need to order 2 dishes for me and my dining partner. Surprised to find they have an entire vegan menu just ask for it! 1st time here even though I've drove by many times. The restaurant wasn't packed it self but a lot of pickup orders so that must mean the food is good right? Yes!!! Everything we order was delicious and the portions are big. We order the Honey glazed soy chicken 10/10 flavor and texture, the grandma friend rice substitute soy chicken with veggies *warning* bit spicy but loved it 10/10 and the drunken noodles love the taste and veggies but became very mushy once it cool down 8/10. Crab Rangoon was crispy. Red curry beef- very little pieces of beef that were on the dry side. I did happen to find street parking in the neighborhood but upon returning back an hour later I noticed the residents permit parking sign. I was safe but park at your own risk. Came here on a Friday evening and it wasn't that busy. The ambience of the restaurant was great once you walk in and the place was decorated with Thai culture pieces. Each table was lit with an electric candle, so it was a nice vibe for dinner. Parking: There's only street parking available, with metered parking out front or in the neighborhood. The meter parking was all full, but I didn't have too much trouble finding parking in the neighborhood. Yum, didn't expect to find such a good Thai place by the Grove. We came here randomly after a workout looking for a dinner spot. I saw that they're a sister restaurant to Luv 2 Eat and was intrigued. They had an overwhelming menu of specials but the specials drew me in since the dishes were more unique. I'm sure they have good standard items too but we wanted to try something new. The dry crab curry was very tasty and a huge portion. Prices are a little higher but their portions are much larger than a lot of Thai places so I think it ends up being the same. My friend wanted greens so we got the Chinese broccoli with pork belly. The stems were a touch undercooked for my preference but we still couldn't stop eating it because the savory, garlicky sauce was so amazing. read more

WOW. Noree Thai was EXCEPTIONAL. This is the best restaurant I've been to here in LA. There is not a single place I could say has better service than Noree Thai. They had a cute section of outdoor seating, with heaters and great lighting. The indoor was decorated beautifully for Christmas and they had pretty chandeliers. I'm very thankful they were serving Christmas day!! I got the Pad Kee Mao with Tofu and a Thai iced tea. Both were exceptonal. They did the tofu right .
