We drove an hour from Irvine to Luv2eat Thai for our Lunar new year celebration, however, unexpectedly it was closed on Jan 29, so we came to their sister restaurant Noree Thai on Beverly for the very first time. Ordered the food we've been craving so long, they tasted awesome. But to be honest, It's still quite different from Luv2eat Thai. I still remember how impressively flavorful and aromatic the yellow curry in Luv2eat Thai was, which was the exact reason we were willing to drive so far there. The yellow curry in Noree Thai is not comparable. One thing I appreciate the most about here is that they use a relatively healthy amount of oil in their dishes, since their food wasn't as greasy as other Thai food spots in which sometimes you can see a lot oil left in the plate after the dish is finished. It would be better if there was more protein. Service was amazing, so was the interior decor. And the price was surprisingly pretty fair. Probably will come back again!

I thoroughly enjoy this hole in the wall. Service was excellent and fast, and the food was extremely generous, so much so that I couldn't even finish it. And that's a rarity. The shrimp tempura was phenomenal, probably one of the best I've ever had. This place the aioli sauce that comes with it was to die for. And they don't bring you just to pieces. This was at least six huge succulent shrimps. And the beef was pretty good. It wasn't some generic meat.

First time here ! Decided to try it after an event at the Grove as it is within walking distance! The portion sizes were adequate and my food was tasty and ready in a timely manner. Outdoor and indoor seating with plenty of room - I will be back !

Parking is difficult to find in the area. There is street parking available; however, difficult to obtain. We were able to park in the neighborhood around 6:30 PM, but we did circle around for quite a long time till we found parking. The food portion is quite big and delicious. We got medium spice on all of our entrees. We had ordered drunken noodles with chicken, Tom Yum with combination seafood (fish, mussels, shrimp, etc.), and the roasted duck pineapple curry (comes with a side of white rice). All of these meals were delicious and served piping hot ! My favorite was the drunken noodles. The spice does have quite a hit and is very filling. The space itself is quite small, so if you have a party larger than 2 I would call in for a reservation. The service is wonderful. We will definitely be back!

The staff were really friendly and service was good! We got the pad Thai and the drunken noodles and the drunken noodles in particular were SO delicious! The pad Thai was okay and a bit lacking in flavor. Keep in mind though that the portions were huge and we definitely did not need to order 2 dishes for me and my dining partner. We also got the mango sticky rice which was delicious. There is no parking though so you will need to look for street parking.

The shrimp was amazingly delicious. I will be coming again next time so good.

The service was quick, nice and quiet the shrimp was so crunchy and tasty and sweet. The food was delicious and the ambience of it all was just so nice.

We started coming here 5 weeks ago my hubby plays volleyball we wanted to eat before and found this place. So glad we came in it's our favorite Thai restaurant to come too. We come every Sunday and this week we came in with my parents and they loved it! The service is amazing and our host has been super sweet every time and now knows our order! This place has many dishes we can't wait to come here for dinner the menu it's outstanding never seen some of the dishes they have. Everything looks delicious. We have had many of the lunch specials and all have been delicious. We highly recommend this place! Please come in and give them a try. You won't regret it!!

This is one of our Fairfax Village area go to spots. We love going here before an evening of shopping or movies at the Grove. It's also a great lunch spot with sidewalk dining options. The food here is always consistently good. You can tell the people working here take a lot of pride in what they do especially the waitresses and owner. They're so attentive and give you that genuine Thai hospitality that exudes warmness. While we've never had a bad thing here, our favorites are the thai fried rice, curries (any of them), and pad see eww.

Surprised to find they have an entire vegan menu just ask for it! 1st time here even though I've drove by many times. The restaurant wasn't packed it self but a lot of pickup orders so that must mean the food is good right? Yes!!! Everything we order was delicious and the portions are big. We order the Honey glazed soy chicken 10/10 flavor and texture, the grandma friend rice substitute soy chicken with veggies *warning* bit spicy but loved it 10/10 and the drunken noodles love the taste and veggies but became very mushy once it cool down 8/10. The ambiance is cute causal. Our food came out fast and the waiters were very attentive. We got lucky with parking but it's street parking if you can find it. Definitely coming back to see if they going on my list as a favorite spot in LA.

Metered Street parking. Strong fragrance throughout restaurant Decorated in a cute manner with flowers and chandeliers. Drunken noodle & Pad see ew- both had a strong sweet/salty taste. The oyster sauce/ sweet flavor was overpowering both dishes. They seemed to have a similar sauce profile. Their medium spice is legit, so proceed with caution when ordering spiciness. Crab Rangoon was crispy. Red curry beef- very little pieces of beef that were on the dry side. The dish was made primarily of coconut milk and was bland in comparison to the other over seasoned dishes. I'm going to have to say we won't be back and the dishes were off in their flavors. The service was good and everyone was very kind. I wish this business well.

Parking: we went at 7pm on a Saturday evening and there was no front street meter parking available. I did happen to find street parking in the neighborhood but upon returning back an hour later I noticed the residents permit parking sign. I was safe but park at your own risk. Atmosphere: Very welcoming with the owner/Chef in front to greet us and show us around. Indoor outdoor dining available. Service: I was very impressed that they were able to accommodate a party of 3 for indoor dining without reservations considering they were completely booked. Food: Tom Khoa Soup: I've tried a few and this was one of my top. Spicy Eggplant Basil pumpkin tofu: Perfect combination for vegetarians Rice Noodle Curry Phuket Style: Generous amount of food. I normally eat for 2 to 3 people and this filled me up. Supports Military: 10% Discount Overall: One of the best and most personable dining experience I've had. The food and service were both exceptional. They offered pink milk on the house to all the patrons there that night as a celebration which I thought was really neat.

Great service and ambiance. They offered us a complimentary appetizer when one of our party's food was late and they were very attentive. I got the masuman curry and roti and it was pretty good!

The regular menu is quite expensive with the cheapest at $17 for appetizer and salad options and most expensive at a whooping $80. The lunch menu was more affordable but still on the pricey side $21-$32 with add on options. The waitress was taking our orders and what surprised me was with my co-worker ordered the pad see ew and the waitress asked her how spicy she wants it. I was aw shocked. I'm not a Thai food expert but I do know pad see ew is a noodles dish that's offers a sweet soy sauce flavor. Never served spicy. I didn't get to try the dish but when I asked my co worker how it taste she said it was spicy and not sweet at all. I'm not sure that was an authentic pad see ew. I ordered from the lunch menu and got the tumeric chicken, with steamed vegetables and paid extra $7 to substitute for a papaya salad. I asked for #2 spice level but it was not spicy at all. Other co workers said they asked for medium but it was way too spicy. So it looks like their spicy levels are inconsistent. I'm not sure how this restaurant can justify the prices with the quality they are serving. Probably won't be back. Service was mediocre. Didn't offer to refill our waters. Parking is metered parking or paid lot.

I felt like I came to eat and my mom's house. They take Debit Card and Apple Pay WITH a pin only. I forgot my wallet and paid with Apple Pay. It did not have a place for tip which made me feel awful. At the end I apologized and she was like "it's ok, next time." And she was genuinely fine with it. She reassured me not to worry about it. So I'm determined to come back to tip her because if anybody deserved a tip it was her. I ordered Pad Thai with tofu- I like to order peanut sauce on the side and the woman found it interesting and struck a non judgmental conversion about it. I could really tell she was genuinely curious. This was my favorite dish. It was good. I also ordered spicy fried rice with tofu and spicy panang curry with vegetables. I chose 4 out of a 6 for spicy and it was not spicy at all for me. The rice was fine, nothing extraordinary and nothing bad. The panang curry was yummy. I don't know if it's regional but it was very light in taste and light in thickness. BUT I enjoyed it for what it was. Felt like I had gotten home made chicken soup or something like that comforting and not overly processed. Maybe it's because I ordered it with no protein and just vegetables. I ordered a lot of food so I explained to her that I was going to eat some and take the rest to go. When she brought the food she brought it nicely packed without a bag. She also brought me a real plate and utensils to eat here. She let me know that when I was ready she'd bring a bag which I thought was thoughtful. She also made sure to say "take your time, no need to rush. We close at 8" and it was 5pm. Again, it felt genuinely nurturing, she wanted to make sure I felt taken care of and welcomed. It meant a lot because I was frazzled from forgetting my wallet and from having a hard day at work. This was my first time here and it won't be my last. There is a small lot on site. This place is by far my favorite Thai restaurant and that's why it's so disheartening to write this…read morereview. I have written at least 2 glowing reviews of the restaurant in the past and wish this could be one of them, but it's not. Over the last 4-5 days I have tried no less than 2 dozen times to call the restaurant during proper business hours to order food for pick-up as I often do. The phone rang and rang to no avail. I live too far from the restaurant to just pop up and place an order so I rely on calling ahead. I have been a customer of this restaurant for at least the last 9 years and have almost never had the aforementioned experience. Though I do recall not being able to get a call through several times on one or two occasions in the relatively distant past. Today I was finally able to get a call through and began placing my order which includes shrimp. I ALWAYS request the tail (with shells) to be removed from the shrimp as I find it quite difficult to enjoy my meal if I'm constantly having to pick off shells with my hands. It's unsanitary and messy. Removing the tails from 15-20 shrimp prior to adding to an entree or soup should take no more than 60 seconds and that's if one is moving at a glacial pace. However, today I was told that the kitchen was too busy to honor my request. I assured the lady taking my order than I was a loyal customer and make this request will every order I place and it is always honored. She repeated her claim that the kitchen was too busy and refused to do it. I cancelled my order and ended the call. Now I usually order food from the restaurant 4-5 times a month and usually spend about $65 each time not including tip. That is approximately $325 per month of my hard earned money that I give to this restaurant in exchange for great food and service. I am appalled and quite upset that having been a loyal customer for almost a decade and spending as much money there as I do per month that they could at least honor my patronage by simply taking an additional 60 seconds in the kitchen to make my meal more enjoyable. Her refusal to do such a minuscule task has deeply soured my experience with Hoy-Ka not to mention the fact that I could not reach the restaurant for almost a week by phone for no apparent reason. I will not be going back to this restaurant until they rectify this situation.
