As a customer who was staying at the establishment, I found this inappropriate and unwelcoming. What made the situation much worse was her reaction when I went back and asked why my cappuccino had been served that way. Instead of listening to my concern or simply explaining what happened, she laughed and joked about it. I found that behavior disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years, and customer service is just as important as the product being served. Mistakes happen, but laughing at a customer who raises a legitimate concern is unacceptable. I sincerely hope the owner or management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Based on my experience today, I cannot recommend this place.

I've never had a bad meal there, the only negative, which I found very annoying is that they don't allow you to use the restroom. They get around it by saying it's broken. Always! For any restaurant in Beverly Hills not to let a customer use the restroom I find to be really obnoxious. So you have to go into a neighboring restroom if you want to even wash your hands before eating. It was enough for me to think twice before eating in the restaurant again. I will be waiting in line to order and this same man makes a gross pass or comments to the barista at the register. I will see the barista clearly become uncomfortable while still trying to be professional. I've never seen the owner around when this happens to bring this to. If the owner has already been made aware I don't believe he's done anything to fix this. Unfortunately that makes this neat spot, a cafe unworthy of my support as women should feel comfortable in their place of work. Things to know: There are paid parking meters only and parking can be very scarce. I would advise taking a shared or autonomous ride. Or public transportation (Metro bus) or walk if you live in the area. I live not too far and on the weekend this area is super packed, if you are looking to mingle with random people come on the weekends and if you just want to enjoy your breakfast or lunch solo or with friends come on the weekdays. Strawberry Mocha Iced decaf Latte, with an extra cup of ice. ($8.50). I do have to say that the Mocha dominated more than the Strawberry. It was totally fine with me, since I hadn't had a Mocha drink in a very long time. It was SUPER REFRESHING! Portions were plenty.
