My son and I had an amazing experience! My son's birthday is today, and we picked up some Bundtinis for him and his baseball friends. Sammie Y. was very pleasant, respectful, and helpful. My son also picked up his free b-day treat, Red Velvet. It was easy because I brought his ID (passport or birth certificate) to show his birthday since he's a minor. Sammie Y. recommended the White Chocolate Raspberry and Key Lime. So we bought them to try. They were very yummy! We will definitely be back for more! read more

I normally love this place (and the cakes are delish) but the customer service today was not on point. We stopped in to buy a cake and then decided to ask if we could get it wrapped in the clear wrapping and a bow. The girl at the register asked another girl who popped out of the back room and she said "what time is it?" It was 4:01 - a whole minute after closing time (although we had already been inside and purchased the cake!) and the girl said "no!" Wow. Kind of surprised because it would have taken a couple minutes - 5 at most, to wrap it in cellophane and put a bow on it. And knowing it's for someone's birthday- just saying. Taking that extra step for great customer service would have really been awesome. And by the way - another customer came in at 4:02 and they let her purchase items so they could have easily spared the couple minutes to wrap the cake. A little disappointing. read more

Did a pick up and delivery for my daughter who was distance celebrating a birthday with a friend. My daughter lives on the East Coast but wanted to give her friend a special treat for her birthday. She found Nothing Bundt Cake. She selected a dozen mixed variety BUNDTINIS . She did all of the order and set up online and asked me to pick it up and deliver. When I arrived, the store was really well set up for Covid distancing. The staff was in the proper PPE and made it a very simple experience to pick up the items. Once delivered, they were quickly consumed. We were told they were absolutely delicious and it was a nice treat for her birthday. First of all, please understand that my family loves these Bundt cakes, which is the reason why we signed up for their email club and we have ordered several of their bundt cakes for special occasions. However, their Customer service & birthday policy overshadowed their company's fun atmosphere today. I went to this location with my daughter's free birthday bundlet email. So being a helpful mom, I know she does not have the time to pick up because she works Full-time in SF and takes muni and Bart to get home, so it is difficult for her to pick it up during the weekday hours which closes at 5pm. PLUS she works on the weekends for another job so that makes it even more difficult. Such a perfect balance of frosting and moist cake. Even though I have a HUGE sweet tooth, there are time when the sweetness is just too much so I am glad Nothing Bundt Cake is here. There are usually samples out to try flavors. My absolute favorite flavor is White - White Chocolate. However, close runners up are Cinnamon Swirl and White Chocolate Raspberry are also fantastic. Austin was Really, Really AMAZING. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me out with getting three Bundt Cakes for my daughter and her family for Mother's Day. Her daughter is just 16 months old and definitely a toddler! Austin did all of this while training a new employee. Austin 's training technique was spot on. As he helped me, he quietly and confidently explained everything that he did and Why he did it to the new employee. I have trained new hires myself. This technique is for training new employees is done with complete respect and he did not treat the new employee as an inferior being like so many other Training Officers will. Their cakes are very moist and tender but I don't like cream cheese frosting, and they only have one type of frosting (cream cheese). The frosting isn't too cheesy but it is very sweet, heavy, and thick, and I would have liked a lighter glaze or less dense frosting on some of their cakes. They had 9 flavors to choose from (lemon, double chocolate chip, carrot, red velvet, cakes are also expensive (10" cake - $31/ 8" cake - $21/ single serving bundtlet $3.99/ bundtinis $16.50 for a dozen) but they seem to offer many coupons, and a free bundtlet on your birthday. I can get a box and for $5 bucks have something of equal quality....or you could even go to William Sonoma and get a better quality box cake for half the price of these. We stopped by on our way to see Dave's Dad for Father's Day and bought a dozen carrot cake bundtinis! The carrot cake flavor is Dave's Dad fave - and he was delighted with these bundtinis as were the rest of the family. Chocolate cake with chocolate chips in it. The cake was super moist, soft, and sweet. I ended up getting a small carrot bundt cake for my mom, it was $7 with the wrapping and the flower, which I think was a little bit overpriced. Not to mention these things got the cuteness factor goin on from the Bundt cakes to the Bundtini's even down to the candles they sell. The cakes are like an absolutely moist, dense pound cake. I'm not a fan of cream cheese, but I can tolerate cream cheese frosting. The cleverly decorated bundt cakes are all frosted with cream cheese frosting, drizzled or thickly piped on. Both sooo pretty! I can't pick a favorite, but Lemon, Pecan Praline, Chocolate with Choco Chips, and the Carrot cakes were the best - sooo moist and tasty. The Cinnamon and Marble are a bit overpowered by the sweet Cream Cheese frosting. Bundtlet's & Bundtini's are the miniature forms of these bundt cakes. I always saw this on yelp and today I had a reason to go in here. My bfs mom birthday is tomorrow and he wanted to get her a cake. So instead of getting a typically one sheet cake, he got and 8" carrot cake for $21.00. They had a sample of the carrot and let me tell you, it was so moist and the frosting was not too sweet, it was just right. That's how he decided which flavor to buy. We also tried a personal size pecan praline cake. Very yummy also. This place is really cute inside. The decor is really fun and inviting. I will be coming back for sure. Our experience today was the worst! First of all, I went to the Dublin store this afternoon on my way back to San Joaquin County. It's always a treat everyone at home waits anxiously for whenever I have business in the bay area. I generally get 1 or 2 dozen buntinnies, picking a few of everyones favorites.  Then I buy a few bundlettes as an extea special treat.  When I asked to customize my dozen I was told that I would not be able to customize as "we are out of frosting", so I went with a pre-made dozen.  Generally the pre-made dozens (every other time, never ever different) the pre-made dozen would consist of: 3) White Chocolate Raspberry  3) RV 3) Lemon 3) Chocolate Chocolate Chip That is Not what we got, I didn't even realize it was not the normal dozen. The dozen I received was: 4) Red Velvet 3) White Chocolate Rasberry 3) White White Chocolate  2) Carrot Cake What!!??? I wouldn't have gotten the dozen plus the extra bundlettes that I did had I known the pre-made dozen was not the normal selection. I bought a Carrot Cake bundlette, cause they don't come in the pre made bundtinnis, its a treat for my husband. I bought the flavor of the month and red velvet, which ia OK cause those are ones that everyone at my house really enjoys. However, what's up setting thing is is that had I known that there wasn't the normal pte-made selection of bundtinnis I wouldve made sure I came home with lemon, at least. I also was very disappointed in the way my bundintinni made it home, they were in the back of my car, I made no sudden movements or anything, and the mess I found when I opened the box made me so upset, to think I spent $33.22 for something I wouldn't serve to my family. I am very upset, discouraged, and unhappy with my experience today. Please remember each customer, from the first customer of the day to the last customer at night, deserves and should expect the same quality product and service. Thanks to my kind coworker, I was off to my old haunt of Pleasanton to earn some extra cash in my off-time. Knowing that Dublin has this purported perfect cake store (and indeed, the cake batter is perfection!!!), I swung by to pick me up a mini-bundt ($4). Located inside of a completely new mixed use space practically in the NW corner of Dublin Blvd and Dougherty (there was absolutely nothing here when I worked in P'ton yrs back), bottom level... sort of in the center of the complex. The cake and the frosting... compared to all of the new cupcake places and such that i have tried in the past year, I would absolutely say that their batter is perfect. The absolute precision mastered of balance between being moist, rich, dense, and still light. Mystery how it all works together, but I'm not exaggerating.... best cake. I loved this little cake "boutique". The fact that they sell both small and larger bundt cakes is wonderful - You can fulfill your appetite, however great or small it may be. My friend, boyfriend, and I tried the Red Velvet, White Chocolate Blueberry, and the Chocolate Chocolate mini bundt cakes. I must say, all of them were great. They were like a symphony in our mouths, as my friend and I agreed. The people there are very pleasant to deal with, which is a plus. Not to mention, they have a website where you can place orders for both minis and large decorated cakes. Holy Mother these are good! Not cheap but freaking awesome! My best co-worker, Natalie, ordered this as my goodbye cake - everyone was very pleased! It is decorated very cute too! See pic. We had the marble cake with frosting - soooo good. The cake is perfect and moist. The Cheesecake Frosting is very good - one of the best I have had - but there is a ton of it. I recommend the "Drizzle" type on top of your cake. I hear the lemon and red velvet w/choco chips are both good. Several small cakes (marble, red velvet, chocolate, yellow) showed up at one of my parties and they were delightful. So moist and perfectly balanced. How do they do that? I couldn't stop eating them. I had to cut them in 'halves' to make myself feel better for not having one of each (which I SOOO EASILY could have done). The big cake was reserved for the lemon. SO SPOT ON! Karen: Apparently, there's a cupcake craze going on which I don't get and probably won't ever get after going to Nothing Bundt Cakes. You have to really know that this place exists to find it. It's located on Dublin Blvd in that new building called "The Shops at Tralee". You won't see it from the street because it's right on the side of the building. We only found this place because I craved for dessert and did a quick google. Anyway, so I went in and immediately liked their shop. They had the bundts in the glass counter. First of all, I really didn't know what a bundt looked like so the octupus looking frosting on top of the cake kinda gave me second thoughts. But the ladies in there welcomed me right away and told me that they were sampling their "Chocolate Chocolate Chip" and "Red Velvet". She came with a tray of the chocolate flavored bundt and I immediately sampled one. OMFG! For a moment there I thought...I don't know what I thought. It was soooo gooooood! I don't have a sweet tooth...but that did it for me. I was already trying to figure out if I can finish a whole bundlet by myself. The Red Velvet was also very good. A bundlet, which is supposedly good for only one person, is $3.99. The serving looked big enough for me to share with my husband and son. So, I got the Chocolate Chocolate Chip. I left to go send my hubby, who was waiting in the car, back to the store so he can try the samples himself. He came out with a bundlet of his own, the "White White Chocolate". Both the Chocolate Chocolate Chip and Red Velvet cake are both incredibly soft and moist. The frosting is light and not too sweet if eaten with the cake. I'm not a big fan of frosting. The Chocolate Chocolate Chips will be my favorite, the little treats of chocolate chips are amazing. The service is great, too. They are very friendly and helpful. I would have given them 5 stars but I didn't like the White White Chocolate cake. It was very very sweet. It's like eating a pound cake with frosting. We didn't get to finish it. My 3 year old son loved it, though. In the end, yes...forget the cupcake craze or if you're sick of it - try BUNDTS! The $3.99 price for a bundlet is reasonable especially if you split it with someone. They also come in 8" which serves upto 8 for $21 and 10" cakes that serves upto 18 for $31. You pay an extra $8.50 for decorations. If I remember it right they also have tiered cakes that can serve upto 30 people. Next birthday party I attend, I will definitely get a cake from here. I ordered a dozen bundtinis for Mothers Day and they were amazing, and a steal for $16.50. The store messed up my order (had Red Velvet instead of White Chocolate Raspberry in my assortment) but fixed the order without any fuss once I showed them my online order confirmation, and I got to check out the store and enjoy complementary cake while I waited. Julia the supervisor told me "you don't have to buy them if you don't want to" with a rude tone in front of other customers when I tried to use a "buy one get one free" coupon which she declined because I am registered at a different location. Conveniently located right across the street from Threads Beauty Bar, this cute little bake shop captured my taste buds and was in love at first bite =.) I had to deduct one star for their location; they are tucked away inside the newly developed condos and having no sense of direction whatsoever, I'm just happy that I was able to find them. The little bundt cakes are so adorably cute! I bought the red velvet, chocolate turtle, and lemon. All three were incredibly moist, sweet but not overly so, and overall fantastic! Picked up my free birthday bundlet! There are several flavors to choose from, so it's difficult to pick JUST ONE! I went with the White Chocolate Raspberry, which is white cake with raspberry puree. Not too sweet, but sweet enough. It's about the size of the palm of a hand - bigger than a cupcake, but smaller than a cake. Not only are the bundlets super cute, but the cream cheese frosting plus the fluffy yet moist cake tastes great! If I could, I would try all the flavors because they ALL sound delicious! read more

Why haven't I heard of these delectible delights before? I guess I can understand why the 925 would want to keep this place a secret because they're pretty darn good! I had a couple of the bundtinis. Those mini bundt cakes are too cute! It's perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth after a meal. Another great thing is the amount of frosting is just right for the amount of cake you get. I had the White Chocolate Raspberry and the Red Velvet. Both were very moist and delicious. Sweet but not too sweet. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other flavors! read more

I called to ask about an order I was about to place since I need to pick it upon store opening on a Sunday. I was advised to put it down for Sunday 1pm (earliest available pick up option online) and just put a note that I am picking it up at 11am. My party was scheduled around this so when we got to the store at 11am and the employees were clueless about the note, I knew we were going to be late for our own party!!
