As far as bundt cakes go... This is heaven. Positives: If you are down to try a bunt cake that really tastes nothing like a bundt cake, go here. I say this because I've never had a bundt cake that was so moist and decadent! I really can't put into words the taste. We got the cinnamon swirl and it was beyond good. The owners finally emailed me back and said they were sorry that I was unsatisfied with their polices. He said he played the audio video back and thinks his employees were genuine in their "Happy 4th!" I asked if he saw them laughing as we walked out. No response. My kids order a cake for me every birthday and Mother's day. We have been ordering cakes sense 1997 in Las Vegas from their 1st store on Sahara so I know what it should taste like . Their cakes generally have a very fresh and moist taste however the lemon cake that I received on my birthday was dry it did not Seem to be as moist and fresh as they generally are. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. I had placed an order online for pick up and planned to send a courier to pick it up, when I called the shop to notify them, Maddie answered the phone and told me the only way i can have some one else pick up is they they come in with a copy of my picture ID. Seems a bit ridiculous seeing that I was calling and let them know a courier will be picking up, yet they still need a copy of my picture ID... ? Seeing that I am not comfortable giving my picture ID to a courier I asked her if I could cancel the order which has been placed 5 minutes prior to this conversation. Maddie went on to tell me I couldn't cancel my order seeing that it was past the 24 hour notice. The cake was to be picked up the following morning. When I asked to speak to a manager Maddie got very defensive and said she was the only one I could speak to and she would have to have a manager call me back but she didn't know when that would be. My suggestion is to NOT order the 8 inch and stay with the bundlets so you won't be disappointed. We have always ordered the bundlets with no issue. It's too bad that the Goodyear store skimps on their ingredients and they expect no one to notice. We only notice because we have never ordered the 8" before. This place is amazing! I first heard of them at a nearby hotel that the Cancer Treatment Centers of America puts me up in everytime I come (which is every 3 weeks) for treatments. My daughter and I went the next day and bought a few to take home. LOVED them! Great cakes but not so great overall experience. I recently went in to order a cake for my husband's birthday the next day. I couldn't decide on a flavor and asked the very nice woman if I could call and change the flavor of the cake if my husband preferred a different one. She said if I called on the same day that should not be a problem as they make all the cake orders fresh on the day of the order. I called back a few hours later and asked to change the cake flavor as my husband preferred a different one. The woman who answered was not helpful and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager made a big deal about it and I asked why as the cake was not made yet. She finally agreed reluctantly to change the order. I am not sure what has happened to NBC this year. I have had 3 cakes from them this year and each one was dry. The last one we got yesterday for a friend fell apart as we were cutting it. It was the choclate cake. Pro- i love the option to decorate the cake. They always decorate it in a fun/lovely way. You only need to give them a 30 min notice. The frosting is ALWAYS yummy! Con- i think the cakes are frozen so they can cook them in mass but they must have changed the recipe because if the cake does not contain thenright level of moisture then when it thaws is can appear dry and fall apart. I can't have gluten, so my review is strictly for their gluten free bundtlet. I am always excited to see a gluten free option at a bakery but also proceed with caution because of the high risk of cross contamination. At this time, the only gluten free option is a chocolate chip bundtlet. I am hoping that if they have enough success with the gluten free crowd that they will expand the flavor options. The cake was really, really good. It had a nice texture and was not dry or crumbly, which sometimes happens with gluten free baked goods. The icing is sweet but didn't overpower the cake. My family all tried it as well and couldn't even tell it was gluten free! I am happy to say that I did not get sick so I am confident that they are taking care to keep the food safe for people who can't have gluten. read more

I was not given a courtesy call to remind me to come and and pick up my budget cake that I spent over $44 on and they knew they were closed on Sunday and I paid for and it advance I believe that there should be more responsibilities to give a courtesy car because now not only did I not get my cake you guys kept my $44 because I had to come and get the cake because I'm not sure what the refund policy was but I'm good with that it was a delicious birthday cake I will not be bringing my business there again I found a new nothing pundit cakes in Phoenix which they took care of me immediately they were open on On a Sunday they don't have taxes in their area so I saved five dollars off that cake but I also lost $44 because I didn't get the cake until that Monday morning when I went in there on Monday there was about four employees at least nobody came out to help to get mine they left one lady for like three customers and her Customer Service wasn't all that great as well even with a mask on her face and then when I left knowing that they are new my story they all came from the back wanting to see probably who is in here with a complaint so I spent $84 on two cakes for one partyI still feel their customer service was not good it was below average and again I do not recommend anybody else to come to this but to keep buying the one on Phoenix it's open seven days a week but I know a lot of people won't travel that far but I'm just living message that I feel so I will give the new Some of the new customers and I opening or reminding people to at least give you a courtesy car again the cake was good they didn't make it it wasn't their recipe it belong to the franchise read more
