    Variety pack
    Fiona T.

My coworkers and I shared a variety pack. We devoured the lemon raspberry one! Be careful! You'll eat 3 in no time. We kept cutting them in half to "share" but ended up cutting multiple. So we ended up eating the equivalent of 2 each in the end.

This branch is dishonest! See photos of the misshapen, broken, and undercooked bundtlet I was given. The staff member went to the back (even though plenty were on display) and handed me one already bagged. I said, "Oh, that's nice, thank you," not realizing it was to hide a defective product. When I opened it at home, I was shocked. I emailed to complain but never got a response. Very disappointed! I won't be supporting such a deceptive and dishonest business.

This is a little shop that one of my friends told me about and that I should go to, so I decided to go and check it out! It was a nice little shop, with lots of little and big cakes on display! Me and my friends all got one, with me getting a Lemon one! I was very pleased with the taste of these little things! For only $6 this is a very pleasant taste and it was easy to tell they're made fresh! A small little experience, but a very pleasant one for sure! Give it a shot if you're near one!

Amazing customer service here :) Love the Bundt cakes A little tricky to get into the parking lot Thank you

6 out of 7 Bundtlets I ordered pictured. For some reason I had 3 confetti flavors instead of the 1 I ordered.

I ordered 7 Bundtlets for a party, all in different flavors. When I arrived at the party, they gave me 3 Confetti flavors instead of just 1. They also neglected to give me my premium Reese's Peanut Butter flavor, which is a $1 up charge. It was also a limited time for that flavor, with my order on 2/25 being the last day it was available. The craziest thing is that I ordered 3 weeks in advance, so there is no excuse for this oversight. Don't shop here folks, I know I won't again.

I've loved Nothing Bundt Cakes for a long time. I love that they come up with a new flavor of the month. The bundlet is $6 and that's what I usually get, although I noticed they're getting smaller and there's more space in the container now. The bundtinis are $28 for a dozen which is pretty expensive considering they're a two-bite treat. These are more just for special occasions. It's a small store with just a couple of employees so you might need to wait sometimes.

Yummy cakes, but odd experience. I rushed over after work to get to the shop by closing time to get a birthday cake for a friend. I arrived at the store at 5:50pm when the store hours said 6pm closure and the store associates inside already had the door locked but the light was still on in the back. When I looked inside I saw a male associate with glasses peering over the kitchen swinging doors to the front and he didn't come out. A girl associate inside clearly saw me as she was putting a tarp over the refrigerated case and just went back into the kitchen. Another customer was outside confused too as why it's closed early when there were two workers inside. If there were different hours for after the holiday, it would've been nice to know on the front, however it really just seemed like the associates closed early and didn't want anyone to come in.

My all-time favorite flavor at Nothing Bundt Cakes is the Confetti cake! I had to grab a 10inch cake for my birthday celebration. I decided to just pop into this location to grab a cake the day before. They had lots of cakes ready in the case. I almost considered the thin icing option but decided I didn't need to splurge the extra $10 on it. Another customer was here ordering lots of Bundtinis and I heard they can prepare them for her in ~15-20 minutes. I also claimed my free birthday Bundlet treat and decided to try the Blueberry Bliss flavor -- yummy! Although I wouldn't mind them adding extra blueberries to it. Confetti is still my favorite and other guests enjoyed it too -- I only had a little cake leftover that I promptly ate the next day :P

Yelpers directed us towards this place, and I am grateful for this community for that! We liked it so much, we came back twice in two days! Our first visit, we ordered the Sesame Fans and Chestnut Dream. We also added the Mango Panna Cotta dessert. Both drinks were smooth and nutty and the dessert wasn't too sweet but still really fruity. As we were waiting, we saw all the other waffle desserts that were coming out of the kitchen. We both said we needed to come back for those desserts! On our second visit THE NEXT DAY, we ordered the Mango Sago and the Red Rose drinks. As we had just finished a very large lunch right before this, we just couldn't bring ourselves to order any of the waffle desserts! Again, our drinks were amazing and refreshing. Parking is a bit of a pain as it is strictly street parking... making a visit challenging. Interior has limited seating but at least it's bright and airy!

They chose Mango Mochi Gelato, Sago with Taro and Coconut, Black Sticky Rice with Taro and Coconut, and I chose the White Fungus with Almond Soup. For dine in, you order from scanning the QR code on the table. It was a bit weird that they did not take our orders at the cashier even though the sign said so. It was a bit confusing. Lucky we got there slightly early, past 8:30pm, this place is packed! There are some tables with round chairs for medium to large groups, or you seat facing the window like a bar table for 3 in a group. Our friends are very happy with the Mango Mochi Gelato. One lady found the Black Sticky Rice soup too sweet. I like my almond soup, although the white fungus could be softer, but the amount of white fungus was ok, so I'm glad it's not just watery soup. Service was very limited. There's no water offered, and the staff only delivered the desserts. You need to grab the key near the cashier to go to the restroom. I walked over to the front to ask for extra spoons for sharing. I like their menu has savory snacks, bento items besides desserts. They have a gelato fridge at the front with about 6-8 choices. I wish the service is warmer, but I guess they offer unique food at a good place that wins the market easily.

Their menu has a ton of options, although there aren't many pictures, so it took us a minute to decide. Thankfully the staff were super friendly and patient. We ordered a dozen Binka Bites in 6 different flavor (Choco Bavarian, Dubai Chocolate, Churro Biscoff, Nutella, Oreo, and Mango Cream), 2 Spam Musubis, and a Chicken Empanada. It was my first time trying Binka Bites and I really enjoyed them. The texture reminds me of a hybrid between mochi and sponge cake, soft, chewy, and not overly sweet. My favorite flavor out of the box was definitely the Nutella. For leftover, I would recommend to microwave them for a 5-8 seconds before eating so it will be soft and warm. The Spam Musubi had a great spam-to-rice ratio imo (very important lol) with decent amount of sauce. Meanwhile, the Chicken Empanada was fresh, hot, and packed with flavorful shredded chicken. Overall, it was a really great first visit. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying their Mini Adobo Rice with Scrambled Egg next time.

The pantry and snack items can be pricey but, hey, they traveled far to be here for you. They've got Zippy's in the fridge! Li Hing powder and Li Hing Mui, good signs of a connection to the Islands. Their hot lunch boxes are not to be missed, including their selection of Musubi's on the right wall as you enter. Take a glance at the menu on the wall, put in your order, pay, and wait. There's some nice seating set up inside across the space. Otherwise seems like more take out. Lunch boxes come w/rice, Mac salad. Ordered to go: KAHLUA PORK - loved the smoky flavors, a tad dry but really appreciated it was not overly salty like a lot of Kahlua Pork offerings. The pickled onions was especially a nice touch and contrast to the smoky pork. The Mac salad was creamy, fresh but was missing something. I'd order this again for the Kahlua Pork and pickled onions alone. LOCO MOCO - ubiquitous beef patties, over rice, luscious gravy, topped with sunny side up eggs. SO GLAD WE FOUND THIS PLACE! In a small nondescript building off El Camino Real in San Bruno. Has an authentic vibe as you walk in to the store..the temperature inside also reflected the warmth. 60s outdoors but felt like upper 70s indoors. You walk into a spread of musubi and onigiris on the right side; on the left - shelves of Hawaiian spices, ingredients, snacks, and other specialty items with a row of fridges along the back wall carrying all kinds of Hawaiian and Japanese drinks and other delights. These visual delights lead you right up to the counter. IMPORTANT TO CHECK YOUR HEALTH AT THE DOOR! Not for the faint of heart or those with medical considerations. The dishes are loaded with flavor and that means a generous helping of salt and fried options. What we ordered and shared family style: CRACK fries: we LOOOOVED the CRACK fries - not only the taste but the fries stay uniquely cripsy even after rit cools a bit. 5/5 Moco Loco with Mochiko Chicken: the gravy was requested on the side - glad I opted for this as it was more saltier than I expected; drizzled a fraction of it on the rice for flavor. Generous helping of rice. The HAWAIIAN FIRE WATER (squeez bottle sitting on the table) paired AMAZINGLY with the Mochiko chicken. I enjoyed this pairing more so than the Moco Loco gravy with the rice and eggs. 4/5 CRUNCHY CHILI GARLIC CHICKEN - tasty but boy oh boy is it filling since it's batter held the oil. Comes with a side of MAC salad. A bit too rich for our bellies but no complaints on the taste. 4/5 MEAT JUN - entree available the day we came but don't see it up on the other Yelpers photos. Beef pan fried with a side of soy based dipping sauce. Comes with a side of MAC salad. 4/5 SHAVED ICE - ooh wee! This was a great end to the meal for my girls. They enjoyed the three flavors of mango, guava, ramune - a ring of sweet kazuki beans and a wooden stick of Mochis at the peak of the frozen ice. 5/5 Salmon/Avocado/Eel/Spam Musubi: 10/10 - rice was nicely seasoned and all the flavors just went together so well. Took it for snack later in the day - so very satisfying! Definitely plan to return for the Kayla pork, and try out some other musubis!
