Amazing first experience! This was our first time at Nua Thai Cuisine, and we were beyond impressed. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service was incredibly welcoming from start to finish. The food was fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was prepared perfectly, and the spice levels were spot-on. It's clear they use high-quality ingredients and really care about the presentation. Roseville has a lot of dining options, but this is definitely a standout. We had a fantastic meal and will absolutely be returning!

We came to Nua Thai before and after the ownership change. The food is solid and came out hot. In total, we've tried the boat noodles, panang curry, mixed appetizers, and pad Thai. The satay chicken was flavorful and juicy. The appetizer seemed like enough for two people. It's in a more commercial spot with lots of parking, so it's a good option if you're in the area.

This Thai Restaurant is located in the Hobby Lobby and Ross Shopping Plaza. I believe this was the former location of Khun Suda Thai Cuisine. It's a new owner, new decor, new staff. Everything was amazing - from the service, food and cleanliness of the restaurant. We ordered the Papaya Salad, Chicken Wings and Drunken Noodles to share. I really enjoyed the Papaya Salad - ingredients were very fresh and can't wait to go back for more of it. Chicken wings and Drunken Noodles were tasty, however, the noodles might've been a little overcooked and mushy. Flavor was on point though and that's all that mattered to us. Highly recommend!

This place is aesthetically pleasing the moment you walk into this small cozy place. Beautiful in the inside to presentation with each plate! We got the pad Thai which was good but can probably use some spice and lime on the side to top it off. The kids enjoy the chunky noodles in the pad see ew with beef. We would pass on the chicken satay the next time though as it was a bit harder for the kiddos to chew. But overall customer service was excellent and the price point is a bit up there but portion and quality makes up for it. Like any other places now the 18% gratuity is automatically added to the total bill which was ok as they did a great job making sure we had plenty of water and sharing plates and such.

We got a ton of different things. It was all flawless 10/10. They even brought out our curry puff appetizers and said "they weren't pretty enough to present" so they comped them.

The food was excellent, service was fantastic, and the place was cute overall. Our wonderful server was so cheerful and pleasant. She gave us some Thai drinks and they were beautiful! Delicious food. Absolutely recommend coming and dining here!! We will be back!

Staff was very attentive, made sure water gets refilled when empty. Place looks modern and clean. Food is pretty good.

I had no idea we were walking in on this restaurant's opening day and on Valentine's Day! I was honestly impressed! It is rare for a brand new restaurant to have this level of quality, especially on their first night, which happened to be busy. We decided to splurge and ordered appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. Every single item was beautiful and delicious! There wasn't just one "star dish" and everything felt intentional and thoughtfully prepared from start to finish. We usually try a new Thai restaurant almost every week since there are so many in the area, but I think my family has officially found our home Thai spot! I hope they're here to stay! Special shout out to the mango sticky rice. The portion was generous enough to share (which is rare) and it was delicious. Also, the Thai tea was hands-down the best I've ever had anywhere! Thank you for taking us in when other places were reservation only! We will definitely be back.

Ordered the app sampler, tom khan, and pad thai and WOW I was not expecting such a presentation and flavorful meal. I'm not one to take pictures of my food but this arrived at my table looking like art. It was all so good that I already made plans to bring my family back here this weekend!

We had the Khao Soi and Emerald Noodles. Their presentation of the food was beautiful and delicious! I got an order of their mind lemonade. It was light and refreshing. Our waitress was friendly. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.

We were visiting friends in Roseville and decided to try this Thai spot after seeing the New Owner Now Open sign, so glad we did! The roti with three curries was perfect for sharing, the Pad Thai tasted just like the ones we've had in Bangkok, and the yellow curry was the standout rich and full of flavor.

Absolutely amazing Thai food! Everything we ordered was so tasty and full of flavor. On top of that, they really impressed me with their mango sticky rice ice cream -- it was unique and absolutely delicious. Definitely one of the best Thai food experiences I've had. Highly recommend!

I had given up and hadn't eaten Thai food in Sac and surrounding cities for a long time because of this. Then my friend invited me out to dinner at My Thai Kitchen and with one bite of their curry puff appetizer and pad Thai, FINALLY! The Thai flavors I've been searching for! It was happy hour, so we enjoyed $1 off shumai and curry puffs. This was my friend's first time trying both, and all disappeared in both of our bellies! The curry puffs were filled with potatoes and vegetables, with the perfect hint of spice. Their Pad Thai is exactly how I like it, not too sweet and tangy. Our protein was shrimp and they serve such a large quantity that I had delicious leftovers for three days! We dined outside and enjoyed their large patio, and service from beginning to end was excellent, so much that one of the employees asked us if we wanted dessert in the end and excitedly convinced us to order the mango with the black sticky rice. The mango with sticky rice was already catching our eyes from the menu photos, so the server's excitement was enough for us to make our decision quickly! I looked through the windows and saw how beautifully decorated their interior dining area is. I highly recommend My Thai. Their menu is extensive, so anyone will find something to their liking. Needless to say, I have now made this my Thai spot must go!

I ordered the Pad Mee Kow or Drunken Noodles with Beef just based off Yelp photos. I don't normally order this dish, but it's the best I've had. Noodles intact and not stuck together. Lots of beef. Not the most tender meat, so maybe pork would be better. On my next lunch visit, I ordered Pad Ka Prow with Ground Pork & Brown Rice and a small Crystal Noodles Soup. You can choose a spice level from 1 (mild) to 5 (most spicy). I chose level 3, but I probably would be happier with level 1 or 2. Choice of jasmine rice or brown rice. I enjoyed the chewy texture and appearance of the brown rice. Pad Ka Prow is tasty. I loved the Crystal Noodles Soup. It's seasoned well with lots of ingredients, like chicken, wood ear mushrooms, and Napa cabbage. There are 5 different soups that you can order as a Small portion, including Tom Yum, Tom Kha, and Wonton Soup. I look forward to trying more soups.
