I'm gluten free and was super happy with the experience we had here. They made it really easy for me to understand what I could order and even what had low gluten (I can tolerate a little bit, like soy sauce) so I could try bits of another dish. And the rice noodles were genuinely very good (as was the shio broth, duh). The sake selection is pretty decent and we appreciated that their menu had a lot of unique options. Finally checked out Nuna Ramen in Fremont! Place was clean and spacious, staff were friendly, and they offer a variety of different items on their menu. I went for a weeknight dinner with a group of 6 people and we ordered a bunch of different things to try on their menu. Appetizers set the bar high- every single item was so flavorful and portion size was good! For main, we ordered poke bowl, couple ramen bowls, and katsu bowl and there's nothing bad I have to say about the dishes. This was my first-time dining in at Nuna Ramen, and it was a great experience. Their booths are comfortable, and it's a cool, dark space. Our server was very attentive and prompt. Perhaps one of the best bowls of noodles I have had in Seattle. Just stumbled upon this place during an afternoon walk in Fremont and wow. I had the tofu vegetable ramen and the broth was so think and flavorful with amazing noodles and a hearty about of vegetables. My friend had a poke bowl which also looked amazing we both ate our entire meals. The ambiance was lovely with really nice staff. It was pretty calm on a Saturday afternoon but during an evening with the hard floors and not as quiet as I would prefer music it could get a little loud. Still worth it though!! Service was prompt and friendly, and food came out hot and at a reasonable time (10ish min). My spicy tonkotsu miso with straight noodles was very good, although a tiny bit too spicy for me (I don't have great spicy tolerance though). My partner's tonkotsu shoyu with wavy noodles came with the same general toppings, except spinach instead of corn. The broth was very good. Wanted to show this place some more love, because the more new places I try, the more I appreciate consistency with growth like Nuna has demonstrated. I ordered my favorite Spicy Miso Ramen and pork gyoza. The ramen has a rich pork broth base, and comes with egg, kikurage (mushroom), menma (bamboo shoots), beansprouts, spinach, scallions, chili paste, straight noodles. I take out the scallion, add corn, swap the noodle to a wavy one, and opt for chicken instead of pork belly (I know, don't come for me). We also tried the Beef Bulgogi dish, which came with steamed rice and salad. This one was just alright. I'll stick with ramen and dumplings for future visits, but glad I tried something new! read more

If I told you, I eat ramen maybe like once every 2-3 years would you believe me? I probably wouldn't either considering there are so many ramen foodies out here in Seattle. **vegetarian review** I am genuinely surprised at how much I liked Nuna. I ordered a bunch of side dishes instead of the main dish - agedashi tofu, vegetables croquettes and okonomiyaki. Each of these was delicious and perfectly seasoned. While the croquettes felt a little overpriced they were still crispy and delicious. The okonomiyaki stole the show. It was so perfect!
