It's been a while since I got my nails done since COVID shut everyone down. I was really nervous at first but this place made me feel safe. They all wore masks and gloves. The stations all had plexiglass and plastic covers in their pedicure bowls. Aside from their safety precautions they do amazing work and customer service. Feeling extremely relaxed and pampered. Such a soothing environment I will definitely recommend them as a great spa experience. I love my nails and the products they use. 5 stars for the interior and vibe of this place. Feels like your entering another world. 5 stars for the secretary who is really professional and friendly. They did not have very large selection of regular polishes, and the polishes I did choose were clumpy like polish tends to get when older. They had only four butter polishes, and four chanel polishes, which I thought was misleading. I got a regular manicure and pedicure with tips. The polish appkication was extremely rushed and it showed. It looked like something I could do myself at home. Very uneven andnot covering the nails completely. The people doing the massage and application didnt make it feel like a spa experience. Very rushed and they talked to each other throughout the hour. I did like they asked if towels or stones were too warm, which was thoughtful. Wouldnt go back, not worth the expense. Really did want to like this place. read more

Worst pedicure EVER. Do not be fooled by their upscale 'spa like' atmosphere. Not only do they not do nail art at all (after two different people attempted I just had them wipe it off) but just the paint job was horrible. The massage was a rub with no pressure whatsoever. Ah-maaaazing!! Never have we had a better high-end, no expense spared spa experience! It's a little more expensive than the "regular" pedicure ($40), but sooooo worth it. Honestly, I had to refrain from moaning out loud during the massages (yes massages- with exfoliant, lotions, warm towels AND hot stones). Several times I had to remind myself not to drift off to sleep. So relaxing and soothing. We both noted how gentle and kind every member of the staff here was. The glass of wine was delicious and so fitting for the higher end decor. I could praise this establishment on and on, but the best way to do it is to just go and see for yourself. This will now definitely be our #1 go to pedicure spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our experiences here today. read more

Had a good experience and pedicure was very relaxing. Front desk guy was all over the place and a little unprofessional but nice. He kept coming and telling us 10 mins and 10 mins would pass and he would come back and say please 10-15 more min. They offered us champagne and we were excited about that but it tasted very cheap(gave me a headache)I will go back for services but definitely no champagne lol. I never leave Yelp reviews anymore but this salon is by far one of the most incredible places I've ever received a service from. I've never been to a nail salon that feels like an actual salon focused on relaxation. For every minute I'm at this place, I'm relaxed. Thi (pronounced "tee" - the owner and my favorite manicurist) has ensured that each of my visits is better than the last. It truly is the most relaxing part of my day. The salon is beyond gorgeous, they offer complimentary wine, and the ambiance is unmatched. The manicure itself (dip or gel or regular) lasts 3+ weeks. Decided to try this place out for a pedicure. The pedicure chairs are in a separate area towards the back where the ambiance was nice and different. It's dark. Really dark. No overhead lighting, just this lit cherry blossom chandelier. The water bowls are illuminated by changing mood lighting, and the techs use a clip-on book light to see your feet. I guess It promotes relaxation, but maybe they need more lighting.... I'll get to why in a second. What was nice was that it wasn't packed, so it was pretty quiet. Only myself and another patron. The pedicure itself wasn't bad, but wasn't special. The male tech I had was pretty rough with the tools, and the reason for my three stars: in cleaning my cuticles he cut the inner part my big toe and I started to bleed (more than just a few drops). But I think he thought I wasn't paying attention because he said nothing and went to try to put my bloody foot back into the bowl of water!! I stopped him and asked for some antibacterial drops and he looked at me confused. I had to say "because it's bleeding!!!" as I pointed to my bloody toe! He left and finally came back with the drops. The standard pedicure was $40 (which is on the higher end of the scale I think) but included a hot stone rub with really really hot stones! Lol. Overall I don't think it was worth $40. Massage part was also very short but whatever lotion they use is n They use a plastic liner for the bowls and the tools seemed to come from a plastic bag (that doesn't always mean sterile) but looked clean. The scrubber also looked like it was a one time use one, which I like. Also they have higher end polish: NCLA, Chanel, Dior, etc. but the paint job was just ok. Seemed a bit crooked and on my skin. He didn't clean it up with acetone after, just used his nail. Normally I'd be willing to try a place again in hopes of getting someone else but a day later and my toe hurts with a chunk of skin missing...so, no thanks! read more

I rarely treat myself to spa days and when I do it's usually not much to rave about. But today was so amazing I just have to rave about this place and give them 5 stars. The atmosphere is magical and beautiful and so relaxing. The friendly faces of everyone working there are really considerate and do an amazing job. I got a tigers eye gel mani/pedi, which I've never seen at another nail salon. It came out beautifully. I've been getting my nails done for a LONG time. I've been to swanky places and really crappy ones too. This is one of the best experiences I've had! Lately my feet have become super sensitive, ticklish, etc so I haven't enjoyed pedicures. That changed today! From the choice of scented products (I chose citrus) to choice of beverage (Champagne), and the amazing people there, I'll be coming back ALOT! My nails have lasted me well on week 3 now. I am happy that the salon was clean and tranquil. Salon used sanitary dipping practices which was important to me. However, no care was taken to my cuticles during my appointment. Additionally, charged extra for old polish to be removed. I've never had a salon do that. Lastly, my manicure came out with lines in it because the brush the technician was using to apply the layers between the dip was clumped together. Overall, sorely disappointed in my manicure but really wanted to love this place because it was a positive experience outside of my end result. read more

Just had my first pedicure since salons reopened due to COVID-19. I've never been here before but, after calling around for details, decided to give it a try since they're appointment only, are fully enforcing masks and selling individual tool kits I can take home. I watched them sanitize a station after a customer left and felt they did a good job. I was one of three customers, all spaced out one chair apart with plastic portions for extra separation. The room was dimly lit and the nail tech had a lamp just at my toes. So serene! The tech really took her time and gave an excellent massage. She kept asking about water temp, if towels were too hot, etc. Very caring and attentive. The best party is that my feet are so soft after months of my limited home care. I so wanted to like this place that I reserved spots for 5 of my other friends. It was such a relaxing looking place. If you'd like to go there for Ambience, it's a great place. If you want to deal with incompetent employees for the money you pay, I would totally avoid it. You can see nothing in the dim lights and everything looks great until you come out. Check out my manicure pics. The front desk lady was absolutely unpleasant to deal with - she tries to be (fake) super nice but is super incompetent. She charged one of my friends extra money and then said that it's above my pay grade to be able to refund??!!! Sooooo? We asked her to deduct that amount from one of my other friends who she already owed money to and then she ended up discounting some one else for it. Sigh. Their website said 25% discount for all spa services in June and when asked they said no, that's not true - it has probably been there since last year when we first opened. They did not apologize one bit for it. Really sad experience that I have not had at any nail spa place in Folsom or Fair oaks area before. And for the price! Forget it!!!!! read more

I went in for a pedicure and loved everything about my experience until the end. I was so surprised that they had NO UV lights to dry my toes under. This is supposed to be a higher end salon. Then I was rushed out of my chair for other clients so my toes didn't have proper drying time. By the time I was in my car my toes were already messed up. I will not be returning My appointment was on a Thursday June 6th. NOT the day before Mother's Day. It was NOT busy. You had many empty chairs. I was never offered or told about LED lights for my toes to dry under. Shame on you for your response. You should have graciously apologized. read more

I love the ambiance of this salon. It's very tranquil. Calm music playing, Himalayan salt lamps are around, "tree branches" decorated some of the rooms. Overall nice atmosphere. Was greeted nicely and shown where to pick out my dip powder color and regular color for pedicure. In the meantime I was asked if I'd like a complimentary drink (tea, coffee, water, champagne). Once I chose my colors, I was brought to the manicure room to meet Hailey. She is super sweet and nice- very accommodating and attentive. She wrapped my nails to remove the current dip and brought me over to the pedicure room/area. Loved, seriously loved, the pedicure. Massage chairs were great, the lighting was darker (which I personally enjoy), but had lanterns hanging from tree branches and the calming music playing. I enjoyed that there aren't TV's and a lot of talking. I could've fallen asleep I was that relaxed. They have bags for the pedicure bowls and sanitary tools. They soak your feet, trim nails, file, remove dead skin etc. pummus stone on your heels/bottom of feet with some type of lotion. They do a super great calf massage with perhaps coconut oil (?), followed by hot towel wraps & hot stone massage on feet/calves. They then paint your nails and finish that up. The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5 star review is because I think they need a bit of work perfecting the dip powder manicure. The manicure itself took quite a long time due to fixing nails/redoing mistakes. They did make it right eventually and discounted my total for the issues. Otherwise I had a really good experience. Overall best pedicure I've had. I'd be hesitant to do another dip manicure, but would consider it. read more
