The wait was a bit long, but in the end, worth it. The girl at the counter, Destiny, is new, but she did her absolute best, and she was a really big help. It is never easy to learn as you are waiting on customers, but she was great. The other guy at the counter, I think his name was Anthony or Andrew, I'm sorry, I can't remember, he really looked for a long time to help me. I was having trouble with a right turn signal bulb, it would light up, but would not blink, so they looked at turn signal relays, we even looked at a You Tube video to see what fuses could be broken. Then Clayton went to my car to check things out. We thought it might be just the bulb, so I bought 2 new ones, Clayton replaced the one on the right side, it still would light up, but not not blink. Then he switched the bulbs and sockets out, and as he put it on the left side, it still wouldn't blink. By process of elimination and several minutes of them working on it, we finally figured out it was probably the socket that the bulb fit into. Clayton helped me find the right one for my car, I ordered it on Amazon, and I installed it yesterday. It works, and I am so happy! The help I received at O'Reilly's was amazing. The employees went above and beyond, and they made me a customer for life. They all deserve raises. Thank you so much.

I had it tested and the indications were that it was a bad battery. In some time. His response was maybe it didn't have a "natural failure ". He also claimed that my vehicle had not run in some time. I told him we had just used it and everything was fine. He said that he had to charge it and test it. He would only offer a "loaner battery " until he charged it for half a day. He implied that I was apparently dishonest. I asked him what I could expect with the warranty for a replacement. He would not tell me. He mentioned some formula based on the charge that it would take. I told him it had 4.3 volts when I bought it in. His multimeter indicated 4.2 volts. In any case, avoid this business for vehicle batteries with questionable business practices and working to not honor their warranty.
