They're price-gouging and false advertising. For the oil pictured in the photo provided, the deal went with a brand owned to o'reillys. The deal was 32.99. The price was actually $38.99, and it isn't 5w-30 like I asked for. I said I wanted the one that's more durable, that's better. Miguel ASSURED me the 10w-30 was better because what's in it (it's not). I get back and find out that it's the wrong one, swap it, and the one that ISN'T on sale is cheaper than the one that was supposedly on sale! So he sold me the wrong one and gave me misinformation to charge me more for something I didn't want, using my lack of knowledge to a devious advantage. Luckily Sandi was able to fix the issue, but I still Won't be coming back here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone who doesn't know what they're doing come back either, lest they price gouge you. read more

I walk in at 8:15 and asked for assistance with my headlight that randomly went out with the bulb I bought from them three months ago, same location. The employee tells me he can't assist me because " they're about too wrap up the day." at this point it's 8:20ish when he said that but the part that doesn't make sense is, they don't close till 10pm on Sundays so how come you can't help me? Only thing he wanted me to do was buy another bulb and put it in myself or come back in the morning when he had over an hour and a half left on his shift. I almost bought the bulb, but then I remembered there was a AutoZone down the street and they close at 9pm. I left the lazy unhelpful employee and drove down the street to autozone. Not only did they take a look at it told me what the problem was and put the lightbulb in and made sure it worked and it wasn't anything more than just the lightbulb. His name is Tony and he's a hard-working young man and I appreciate it him. Good counter service when you need to look up parts and they're very fast at getting what you need when not in stock, this is *very* important for the DIY'er . Typically they have multiple brands available so you can go a bit cheaper when $ is tight ~ also a very good thing . The " HELP" aisle has all manner of little things your vehicle needs ~ door handles, fuses, little rubber grommets, return springs, oil & power steering caps. on and on ~ take a few moments and you'll likely find that hard to find clip , plug or electrical connector for your 35 year old daily driver . A small Hot Rod area of aftermarket goodies is helpful too ~ I buy electric fuel pumps (remember : carburettors only need TWO POUNDS PRESSURE ! DO NOT ADD A PRESSURE REGULATOR ! . Helpful counter staff, not all know much but all are willing to help you find what you need . Good prices on chemicals, big 5 quart jugs of oil and coolants, ATF, P.S. Was fortunate enough to be alerted that both my tail lights were out by another driver instead of being pulled over! I went to purchase the tail bulbs myself, but realized I didn't have the correct tool to remove & replace. Service was great here and prices are competitive. I purchased a new alternator and while the process was pretty pain free, I had to replace it a few days later at one closer to my house. The other location tested it and said it was bad. I'm unsure if the store could have tested or known before hand, and as this is a chain I know sometimes you sacrifice quality for price. That's why I didn't rate this lower. All in all, I'd say go here if you like O'Reilly's and need a good deal, but just beware that you do get what you pay for. But the warrantee is lifetime so that's pretty awesome. read more

Car: Nissan Sentra 09 My battery had died the night before and luckily when I got it jumped, it had enough juice to drive to the O'Reilly the next morning. I called ahead and asked if anyone could assist me change it, since I didn't have the tools or honestly the strength to lug a car battery out of a car. The gentleman on the phone kept things honest saying he could possibly take a look and assist in changing the battery. When I arrived, he remembered our phone call and went outside I see the battery needed as soon as everyone inside was taken care of. He was very honest and answered all of my questions. Do not go to this Oreillys. I brought my battery in to be charged. One of the female workers tells me that the battery's cells are dead and that I need to buy a need one. I call b.s. as I only had this battery for 2 years. I take it to a mechanic I trust and I have him test it out. He tells me it's fine and just needs to be charged. He charges it for me free of charge (bless his soul). Do not go here or they will try to sell you something you don't need. read more
