Stopped by O'Reilly to get a break light bulb. This one is located on Las Tunas in the 168 Market…read moreplaza. Tong assisted me. He was very professional, helpful, and ensured that I had gotten the correct bulb for my vehicle. After getting my bulb, it only took me 5 minutes in the parking lot to install it in and it was done. There was an issue with the item number on my receipt, but he took the time to figure it out and made sure everything worked out. When I came back to drop off my old battery after installing the replacement from my mechanic, I was met by the store manager. I explained that I was there for a return and warranty exchange, with all my receipts in hand. Instead of reviewing my issue, he immediately told me there was nothing he could do, and shifted the conversation with an attitude, emphasizing that he was the store manager. I asked for Trong to explain the situation, and while doing so, the manager openly criticized him in front of me and two other customers. Whether right or wrong, that kind of conversation should be handled privately, not in front of customers. Trong was simply doing his job and trying to help me, and it was unprofessional for the manager to treat him that way. As a paying customer with a legitimate issue, I shouldn't be made to feel like a burden. And no employee should be spoken down to publicly when they're trying to help. Thank you again to Trong for your professionalism and persistence. As for the store manager -- this experience shows a real need for coaching on how to properly address both customers and employees.

Other repair…read morestores I called said there would be a several day wait, since they were busy Without an appointment, I walked in and spoke with Lian at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Since I arrived close to closing time and didn't have an appointment, she let me know they would run diagnostics on my laptop the following day. There's an $89 diagnostic fee, and if repairs are needed, part of the $89 fee can be used towards the cost, which felt reasonable. The next day, Martin called to let me know there was no damage and that he had cleaned the affected keys. He explained that my laptop passed all tests, but the battery was consumed. When I wasn't sure what that meant, he patiently explained and advised that since the battery wasn't swelling and the computer was still performing well, there was no need to replace it unless I noticed issues. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and didn't try to upsell me. I was able to pick up my laptop later that same day which was less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I highly recommend Di-No for honest and fast service!

I paid the $89 diagnostic fee and understood that it would be applied toward the repair cost if I moved forward with the repair. That policy is completely reasonable. After diagnosing the issue as a failed motherboard, however, I was told they could not obtain the necessary Asus part and therefore could not perform the repair. I later learned that an authorized repair provider could obtain the part and complete the repair. My frustration is not that they charged for diagnostic time. My frustration is that no one mentioned before taking my money that they might not be able to source Asus parts or complete the repair. Had I known that, I would have taken the computer directly to an authorized repair provider. The laptop is currently being repaired by Geek Squad. I intentionally support small local businesses, and Di-No is close to my home, so it seemed like a win-win. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. When I asked whether a refund was possible given that the repair could not be performed, I was told no. Consumers should know there is a possibility they may pay for a diagnosis, only to discover that the shop cannot complete the repair and that they will need to start over elsewhere.

I brought in a crack screen. i was told: 1. they will NOT fix the screen - cause the antenna was damaged 2. i could turn in my phone . pay $650 for a refurb phone that qualified for apple care (seperate on going charge) I declined i took to iphone to local mall had it fixed for $150. they inspected the devised and advised the antenna was fine (and the apple employee mis- indicated where the antenna was. ) Once again, the staff at this store lihas an issue with veracity in the nicest way possible. (maybe they did not lie/as much as they are miss informed by management. and simple repeating lies) I stongely suggest you get a second opinion if your trying to get a repair done. And be ready to wait an unreasonable amount of time for service at this location. And there is no public restroom at this location (there is star bucks down the street)

I've been to this location before, but this visit felt different in the best way. The overall atmosphere was great, and it seems like there's new management because the vibe was noticeably more positive. The employee who helped me, Moises, was outstanding from the start. He was genuinely interested in figuring out what was going on with my car and didn't make me feel rushed or brushed off. You could tell right away that he cared and really knew what he was doing, which makes a huge difference. He started by testing my battery, which showed it was bad. I was a little hesitant at first because I had a past experience where replacing the battery didn't solve the issue, but he took the time to explain the process and reassured me that this was the right first step. He also mentioned that if needed, he could run additional tests on other components afterward. As it turned out, my battery was still under warranty, so he replaced it and went the extra mile by checking the rest of the related systems, all of which came back good. I'm really grateful for the help I received. Employees like Moises make all the difference. Whoever is managing this location should know they have a great asset on their team.

Staff relies heavily on computer system rather than knowledge in auto parts and tools. Zero helpful tips and tricks of the auto trade. Feel as if staff should be required to have at least worked on a (1) car before applying.
