Even if you buy a part online for pick up and have it paid for with a receipt in hand, you still have to wait in the line that is never less than 5-10 minutes wait, then they slowly proceed to check out the item that you already paid for and have the receipt for and for some reason you have to wait for this ridiculous process bc they can't do it behind the scenes, even though you already ordered and purchased the item and it should have already been reviewed and removed from inventory. The phone is always ringing off the hook. There doesn't seem to be any AC inside the building. They do seem to have almost any car part you could need or want and the worker's all seem to be knowledgeable so that is why we come here regularly.

Beyond that - they offer high quality house-brand products, as well as OEM-quality products - at prices that have to make the cheapo places cry. My Ford ranger had failed a visual inspection and it turned out to be a worn out emissions hose. It turns out it was a simple fix, but could have cost me a lot if I had to take it to a mechanic. They really saved the day! Everything I go in there they seem to have the solution. I won't go in there every time expecting mechanic services, but I do feel like they went above and beyond on this day. I was super appreciative of this.

So I went to autozone to have them test the battery which it failed for health so I took it down to this location where I purchased with receipt in hand. There I wasn't greeted friendly, spoken down to almost like I'm lying about my issue, they say there test shows that's it fine but they wouldn't test under load. I insisted I've broken down numerous times and they said it's fine battery is good. Then again took it down to Autozone same problem, all test shows bad battery but there's seems odd like they don't want to replace it!!!I broke down and had to be towed since the tech over tightened my terminal cables and they won't make contact. So I had to buy a new battery and terminals thanks to them shooing me away!! I Spent an extra $500 for new battery and terminals for them simply not replacing under there 5 YEAR WARRANTY!!! From the start, phoning in for my appointment, I was greeted with great customer service. Something that is unfortunately almost non existent these days. Upon arrival for my appointment I was met with the same great customer service. Plus a bonus treat for me, a shop dog who kept me company while I was waiting. This is a small independent shop who is really there to take care of their customers. They're not about upselling you or charging you for things you don't need. As a woman it's hard to find shops that you can trust, let alone enjoy patronizing. So I was delighted to find these guys. I went in for an oil change and I received an oil change. None of this, "oh by the way you need" or "you should really consider" I usually experience. They were helpful and answered any questions I had. The timing was as to be expected, ready on time for my scheduled service as well as the typical service time. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be returning for my future service needs!
