I was last night. Food was good and atmosphere was decent. My only complaint was our waitress had to be told to come to our table. The Resturant was slow not allot of patrons. When I confronted her on other people being seated after us already having there drinks and placing orders she seem to care less. Usually better. I arrived 8:30 after busy dinner. I think servers were beat and I was ignored. Finally seated. Ordered drink and app. Had to leave table to find someone to order 2nd drink. Then server asked if I wanted dessert before I ordered dinner. They all just wanted to get out. But place is open to 11 or 12. Med steak over cooked- no pink - to me that's well done. Been coming to Otooles for years. The staff that has been here the whole time are a pleasure. The server we had tonight was awful. We waited forever for her to take our order and then to come back was a serious joke. We're driving home and my husband still is waiting for his celery. So the wings are just six now for the special. This was on my frequent flyer places to go but as of late 2 out of 3 weeks visits have been not anything to write home about. 3 weeks ago a quick lunch with 2 orders of wings and 2 deli sandwiches and 1 soda . A very long 25 min time for wings and sandwiches put in at same time. Food finally arrived but refill on soda from another server no check back from server until the very nice manager was at the table takeoff care of the situation. Ashley was very professional so we come on Sunday night and got Jess the nigh was great service was on point she's a superstar. So with hi hopes we return the following Sunday only to find Jess off so we decided to give it a shot order bonless mild wings please make sure there is a little sauce on them also mozzarella sticks wit Melba and a drink we were hoping too order our meals but she never came back to take the the apps got served 23 minutes later so we decided just to pay and leave-so. Best thing about this place... NHL hockey on the televisions. Only place we could find that you would class as a 'sports bar'. We went there to watch the hockey game but the cheap pitchers of beer, very friendly staff and decent finger foods would definitely be enough for us to return. read more

Upon my most recent visit to O'Toole's I was blown away. Blown away they actually could send out the food they did. Our queso was repulsive, secreting oil as if it had been nuked for thirty seconds from a week old cooler state and served two us with stale cold chips , I actually canceled my entrees for a party of three as I didn't wish to see what was next. Im gracious leaving the second star but ky server was kind and attentive, after overcooked burgers my first trip and my recent atrocity I'll stick to Applebee's frozen food. read more

This place has a huge gluten free menu! We stop when traveling from Vermont south and have always had great gluten free meals-wings, chicken tenders, burgers, fries and desserts! The waitstaff is super friendly and helpful. I wish we could eat there once a week! Wish they would open in Burlington, Vermont!! read more

14 of us went to watch football and have food and drinks. Food was good and price for app were 1/2 price for football. Their idea is different than mine about what is domestic beer. Theirs is Bud miller and Coors not U.S. beers. Service was slow. Pleanty of tvs to watch every game. read more

We made reservations for 20. We know that's a lot of people but they gladly took the reservation. We arrived promptly and they had a table waiting for us. We sat immediately but waited over 10 minutes for menus and only got them when we made three requests for them. They didn't take our drink orders until we were there for over 25 minutes. When they bought the drinks out, the waiter dropped two sodas onto two of the people in our party, totally soaking one and wetting the other. The waiter didn't say anything, just left. He came back with some napkins and placed them on the table. After about 5 minutes with no one coming out to help, I had to ask three separate people to get a manager for me. I told the manager that if they weren't going to clean the mess up, then get me a mop and I will. They finally started to clean the mess. We had to ask for a shirt for our guest who was soaked and they reluctantly gave us a t shirt. The soda and draft beer were flat and when we asked to get a different drink, the same waiter dropped the glass, shattering it and spilling the beer. It took one hour and 28 minutes for our appetizers to come out and another 25 minutes after that for our dinners. The food was nothing like it has been in past visits. When we got the bill, they said they took off a meal for the inconvenience of the spilled drinks but we found that we were overcharged on other things. After clearing that all up we paid and asked to speak to the manager. When we told him he should have at least checked on us during the meal instead of hiding in the kitchen all night he said he was busy. Poor way to handle it. We have been here numerous times in the past but we will never come back. I am not sure if it changed hands or what but it is terrible. read more

Their food is pretty much horrible across the board. Their drinks are small and overpriced. I ordered a Manhattan on my last visit and literally drank it down in 2 sips...cost was like 13 bucks. Three of us stopped on a Saturday about 1:30 for a late lunch. The place was not busy. We were seated quickly. The waitress was fine. The place was clean. I orders a flight of beer others got soda. The boneless wings were fine. French onion soup was ok. The chicken parm dinner was really disappointing. The chicken was "freshly" breaded at a processing plant in Iowa. Maybe a year ago. It was over cooked like the pasta. The pasta sauce tasted like someone had heated up a can of diced tomatoes. Nothing about this visit seemed remotely fresh. We were spending time in the Lake George Region and didn't want chain restaurant food. We ordered the chicken nachos supreme, a chicken farm sandwich and chicken teriyaki fajitas. Where one would find fault, mostly, would be the higher than average beer prices and the fleeting specials from bar to table; believing the advertised price for Guinness on Paddy's day, we paid an additional $3.40 per glass, because we chose to sit at a table rather than sit/stand at the bar. read more

Reducing our rating from 4/5. They cut out live music on Friday evenings and reduced some portion sizes ... Most noticeably salads. We've cut back our weekly visit (sometimes more) to once every 4-6 weeks. Lack of live music makes the bar atmosphere too quiet for a Friday night. For the record ... My wife and I went to O'Tooles on a Saturday evening. We are from out of town and when we visit Saratoga we always go to O'Tooles for the sweet potato fries with Melba. We ate light. I had fish tacos which were very good and my wife had a Blt club. The food was good but what made the experience excellent was our server Jessica. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive. The reviews I read that complained about slow service obviously we're not lucky enough to have service by Jessica. Next time we go, I hope she is still there. read more
