The dip itself is quite tasty and has a nice smoke flavor. There are some small chunks or pieces of fish throughout. I'd probably pick this dip up again and try some fresh poke next time as well!

Their prices are reasonable too. They also have a social media page with updates on what they will have the day of the farmers market. Everything they sell is really good. It's recommended to come early because they usually sell out of all their top selling items. All of their poke is really delicious. I really love their kamaboko dip and marlin dip. They can be eaten with chips or crackers.

They have a variety of dishes, all made to order, so although it takes a little while to prepare, you know it's going to be hot and fresh. I decided to get the Karaage Chicken plate with Mac salad (they also offer tossed green salad). The chicken is really tasty, with a crisp crust that's slightly sweet. It reminded me of popcorn chicken, but with the taste of karaage. The plate was served with two dipping sauces, a garlic aioli, and a spicy Sriracha mayo (I thought it was 1000 isle dressing until I tasted it). Both are good, and the plate is piled with chicken on a huge bed of rice, with a scoop of salad. I really couldn't finish it all, so saved at least half for the next day. They offer a variety of dishes including ribeye steak, hamburger steak, and various combos. Large: 3 Entrees and 1 Side Note: Difference in price for that extra side between the Regular and Mini and between Large and Regular is $2.50 each. The "Side Choices" are: 1. White Rice 2. Brown Rice 3. Chow Fun 4. Fresh Tofu My husband and I both chose the Regular. He ordered the Teri Hamburger, Beef Stew with White Rice. He said the Teri Hamburger was tasty. Passing by this food truck several times, I had to make it a point to stop by when it's open because the hours are limited: 10:30am to 2:30pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; And 7:30am to noon on Saturdays (Closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays) Service was very friendly, cheerful, and welcoming! I took my two chicken tacos and two carne asada tacos home. They were all beautifully colorful and generously filled! To me, the carne asada had better flavor, but I like beef more than chicken, in general. I didn't need the sauce in the containers. The tacos were spicy enough for me. I figured out that the spiciness came from the green chopped jalapeños that were mixed into the tomatoes and onions! Ouch! I was choking towards the end because I am a spice wimp. Sorry. Maybe I'll try a Breakfast Burrito on a Saturday next time.
