I am writing a review on Yelp after the manager, Kim, reached out to me and offered a free autumn pedicure. Kim personally hosted me and was very kind and professional. She treated me exceptionally well and took her time with my pedicure. I decided to also get a basic gel manicure, which cost $50, and I left a $10 tip. My nails were carefully taken care of, ensuring my hands could breathe, and the pedicure was thorough, with attention to details like cutting the cuticles. I've lived in Sacramento for 10 years and have had a hard time finding a nail shop I like. Oasis nails always uses new products when I get my pedicure and manicure so I don't have to worry about if it's been used multiple times. I always go to Tara and she is AMAZING. She knows I'm very picky and has a lot of patience and always gives me exactly what I want. I do boxing, and wanted to nurture my natural nails, and she's been helping me do just that. Was gifted a full set and pedicure for Mother's Day . Literally the most pleasant experience I have had in a nail salon . They were so busy but not one person was unpleasant . Came back here again with all the ladies in my family for their pedicures. Absolutely loved my pedicure as they're always spot on with the shape and application. I decided to try their gel manicures with designs and boy was I in for an adventure. I asked for ombré with stars as that was one of the photos I saw posted on their yelp page. We went from the base pink application to a science project of seeing how to apply the ombré piece. They brought out an eyeshadow palette and I thought she was grabbing it for personal reasons. Nope, I saw the powder application applied and as expected, trickling off my nail... this took about half an hour of trial and error. Finally, she brought out a round sponge and applied white nail polish to apply the ombré. Since she spent so much time on the eyeshadow powder, she was rushing in the end haphazardly. It took an hour and a half to do my gel manicure. Sadly, my nails already started chipping the next day. I am definitely coming back for the pedicures but will likely skip on the manicures. read more

Pro: quick to give appointments. Con:I gave this place a shot after seeing its under new ownership. I called a week ahead to schedule and appointment. Upon arrival they were very confused and everyone (employees) just sat there and talked about who would help me. Kim, the owner, always responds quickly and is always professional. I found their salon almost a year ago and have continuously gone in to do my fills. She does an EXCELLENT job every time! Her salon is always clean and friendly staff and she always dresses so cute! Plenty of parking in the back too if you can't find any in the front. I've never had a problem with parking though. This will definitely be my new place to get pedicures. They greet you so welcomely everybody's friendly. You don't feel like a burden when you walk in.I had Hannah and she did such a good job. I called at 5pm on a Thursday evening and asked if they had time to do a pedicure. The lady who answered the phone asked what time and I told her I could come at any time this evening and could even head over right then. She told me to come at 6pm, I said, "okay thank you" and we ended the call. Fast forward to 5:50pm, I walk into the salon and wait a few minutes before the lady at the front desk asked "what are you here for?" I say in a polite tone, "I would like to get a pedicure. I called about an hour ago and the lady I spoke with told me to come at 6." Then, she asks if I have an appointment, I reply that I do not and reiterate that when I called I was told to go at 6. She tells me, "Well we can't take you, we're busy...come back another day. Come back tomorrow." I asked if I needs one since the person I spoke with didn't mention it and just told me to come at 6. She doubled down and said "We're busy and can't help you. Come back tomorrow, ok." I said okay, thanks and walked out the door. This was so frustrating because I did what I was supposed to do and called ahead and showed up at the time the person said. The fact that she was rude, didn't acknowledge that I had called earlier, and didn't ask if I wanted to make an appointment was disappointing. I won't be going back because of that experience. Regardless of how good you all may be and how recommended you are, poor customer service is a loss every time. I left and went across the street and was greeted in a very pleasant way and the service was excellent! read more

I have been coming to Oasis Nails for almost a year and it is absolutely my favorite nail salon EVER! Kim always greets everyone with exceptional customer service. The entire team is the first I have experienced to be professional across the board. Everyone is always focused on their work and has a pleasant demeanor. Now when it comes to Kim's talent and artistic ability this is where I'm extremely impressed. She shapes my nails perfectly and has been able to handle all my requests for nail art. When I leave I feel amazing and always receive compliments on my nails. I feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon as a middle-aged ethnic woman. I mention that because that has not been my experience in many places since moving to Northern California. came in as a walk in and was quickly serviced. Unknown to the nail salon I had an appointment about an hour and a half later so I knew I wanted to be out by a certain time. My pedicure started first and figured I would have to get my hands done after but to my pleasant surprise someone else got started on my hands while I was getting my feet done. I initially gave 5 stars, but I just went there again, so I need to update my review. I went to get a pedicure, she handed me the menu and asked what I wanted. I didn't want anything fancy, got the basic pedicure but it seems the basic doesn't cover filing toe nails, taking care of the cuticles and scrubbing the foot, so she had to bump up on the menu. I was surprised they didn't cover it and I had to pay more. Kind of felt like a bait and switch kinda thing, it was so strange. I will be looking for another nail shop. read more

I'm disabled. My disability means that my health is unstable and can change quickly. Kim knows this. I booked an appointment for 9/19 and on 9/15 (well in advance of the 24 hour cancellation policy) I asked to reschedule it. Her response was yes AND, "However please don't move or reschedule again . Because it's hard for me to handle book appointment!" (see screenshot). If that's the case then don't take appointments. Unbelievably unprofessional. Edit: In response to your comment: I never booked past appointments more than a few days in advance in the hopes that I wouldn't have to reschedule. Yes u were fine with rescheduling in the past and then all of a sudden this time u weren't. Don't try to make excuses for it. read more

I then told her about how my family owns nail shops and she proceeded to make a comment about how it's a chop shop based on its location. I had multiple witnesses as well who can attest to these comments since I went with my friends. My square shape also came out wide, bulky, and ugly. I had to refile and reshape themselves. I can't speak for everyone but that was my experience at Blush and I won't be back.

The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly while taking her time - she did a great job! I had such an amazing experience at Oasis Nails! Before visiting, I read reviews about how well they treat their customers, and they still managed to exceed my expectations. Every staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I brought my 9-year-old daughter with me, and they treated her like a little princess. They even gave both of us roses and wished us a Happy Valentine's Day -- even though it was the day after! That thoughtful gesture truly stood out. DD and Lucy were our nail technicians, and they were absolutely amazing -- patient, talented, detail-oriented, and so sweet with my daughter. I also treated myself to one of their deluxe pedicures, and it was completely worth it. It included fresh orange slices, an amazing-smelling foot mask, a refreshing scrub, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. She really took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire service -- I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. For anyone wondering about pricing, my nails were $120 and my daughter's were $110. Honestly, that seems to be the going rate nowadays, especially with how detailed designs have become and how salons are keeping up with all the AI-generated nail inspo pictures online. I booked a reservation for a bridal party to celebrate my brother's beautiful fiancée, along with all the important ladies in our family. They went above and beyond by setting up a special table just for us, complete with flowers and festive decor for our salon pamper day. There were about nine of us, including my young daughter (the flower girl) and myself (one of the maids of honor). The staff did a wonderful job accommodating our large group while still managing other walk-ins with ease. They were attentive, patient with all our requests, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and I truly appreciate how they listened to exactly what we wanted.
