My haircut is typically less than $50, and the stylists are so fast. When I first came here, the stylist just went straight to chopping, and I was a little nervous because of how quickly she was going. In the end, it turned out great! I can't vouch for the coloring, as I've never gotten that service done here before.

I had such an amazing experience at Oasis Nails! Before visiting, I read reviews about how well they treat their customers, and they still managed to exceed my expectations. Every staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I brought my 9-year-old daughter with me, and they treated her like a little princess. They even gave both of us roses and wished us a Happy Valentine's Day -- even though it was the day after! That thoughtful gesture truly stood out. DD and Lucy were our nail technicians, and they were absolutely amazing -- patient, talented, detail-oriented, and so sweet with my daughter. I also treated myself to one of their deluxe pedicures, and it was completely worth it. It included fresh orange slices, an amazing-smelling foot mask, a refreshing scrub, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. She really took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire service -- I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. For anyone wondering about pricing, my nails were $120 and my daughter's were $110. Honestly, that seems to be the going rate nowadays, especially with how detailed designs have become and how salons are keeping up with all the AI-generated nail inspo pictures online. I booked a reservation for a bridal party to celebrate my brother's beautiful fiancée, along with all the important ladies in our family. They went above and beyond by setting up a special table just for us, complete with flowers and festive decor for our salon pamper day. There were about nine of us, including my young daughter (the flower girl) and myself (one of the maids of honor). The staff did a wonderful job accommodating our large group while still managing other walk-ins with ease. They were attentive, patient with all our requests, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and I truly appreciate how they listened to exactly what we wanted. It was my birthday last week and not only did Hailey chose to rush me and gaslight me the entire time during the appointment on my birthday, but my nails began to chip and break immediately. ALSO, they did not offer any kind of birthday discount (like every other salon does) and charged me full price and I still tipped 20% on my birthday. We rescheduled an appointment for me to come in at 1:30 PM for her to fix them. I was 5 minutes late due to my dog having diarrhea, but When I came in, she was about 15 minutes into a pedicure -- so clearly she had no intention of keeping my appointment or making sure that my appointment was started on time. Every single nail tech at that salon kept telling me oh just one more minute just one more minute... EXCEPT Hailey who outright ignored me and acted as though I wasn't even there. Finally at 2:25P -- an HOUR later-- my appointment finally started. Hailey did not speak a word to me. She didn't make eye contact with me. It was so weird and so unsettling and rude. When the abuse and torture was finally over, I thought it would be the right thing to do for me to at least offer her $5 even though this clearly should be a free appointment AND she had even told me while doing my nails on my birthday "if they chip you just come back and I fix for you" -- I thought it was so weird that she said that in the middle of doing my manicure as if she anticipated they would break because of how low quality her work is. Anyway, I offered her the $5, she grabbed it from me and just walked away. She did not say thank you. She did not say no I cannot accept that. She literally just plucked the $5 bill out of my hand and walked away. I was absolutely shocked at the greediness. I don't even know why I continue to go back here or to tip them 20%. I guess I've just been hopeful that they would improve - but nope. I will not be going back ever. coming as no surprise: my nails began chipping and breaking within 2 hours of this second appointment to fix the problems from the first appointment. I let them know that I do expect to be fully refunded (including BOTH tips) or I will be calling the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to report the salon. I am convinced now this place is a SCAM. Keep your money and your sanity -- go to a different nail place where you will be treated with respect and get work that is equal in quality and value to the amount they are charging you-- whereas Blooming nails will just outright OVERcharge you without a second thought. They do not care about their customers. They only care about the money.

Unfortunately, the nail techs they have here are wildly inconsistent, I've had a different tech each of the three times I've been here and my nails have ranged from impeccable to atrocious. The most recent time I came, I ended up picking out a color that wasn't cooperating because it was really thin. No worries, that happens. They let me know and I picked out a similar color that was much better but still quite thin, but this time the woman doing my nails must have given up because she was really gonna let me walk out of there with my nails patchy as hellll. She started doing the top coat and everything and I had to ask her to do another coat, and she was clearly annoyed with me for asking. I think she may have also lost track of how many coats each nail had, too, because she was doing them in a weird pattern. My nails are really ripply because of all the coats, which I get will happen, but I shouldn't have to choose between patchy and ripply, especially if you're not going to offer me some kind of a discount for an issue stemming from YOUR polish. Patchiness/ripples aside, my nails look an absolute mess. My cuticles are in worse shape than they were before I came in, she basically gave me hang nails. I left with so much cured gel all over my cuticles, too, because she was doing so much clean up as she went. I'm not expecting perfection, but anyone calling themselves a nail tech should not need go do THAT much clean up as they go. My polish also has a few spots where the clean up brush got a hair in the nail, and she cured it like that, so I have weird bumpy texture on a few nails. She also filed them so so unevenly, I had to go home and do my best to fix them. After lots of work on my own filing and cleaning up my cuticles, my nails look just okay. I was watching forlornly as the first nail tech I had here did someone else's pedicure. If I could guarantee I would get her every time, I would love to keep coming here. I still tipped 20% because I was grateful that my tech did do that extra coat I asked for, but the more I look at my nails the more I regret giving them an extra $20.
