Very bad cleaning. Only cleaned where it's easier to clean and access. Left all harder to clean or access areas. The cleaners worked very slowly. The girl spent one hour to clean half of my refrigerator and still left greese inside the fridge. Didn't clean freezer or outside fridge at all. Most importantly, I paid them cash and they told the office i didn't pay them! What kind of cleaners they use! See photos of what they cleaned! They scheduled for deep cleaning post construction of my master bathroom. But the cleaner only vaccumed whatever is easy to access. I told him to make sure to wipe everything. He said yes. Then after he left, there was still dirt everywhere. He didn't wipe at all. They worked for 4 hours and I had to clean again for several hours afterwards. I'd rather have another company come in for a general cleaning for $200 because I have to deep clean myself afterwards anyway. Today the office texted me and told me I never paid them? Then after 4 minutes of me sending them the receipt, they quickly said they mistaken me with another customer. Really? You can find out about it in 4 minutes? You don't even need to call the cleaners and double check? How can you mistaken me with another customer when you clearly know how much the service was? Which was $340. I feel they just tried to scam you by asking you for the payment again. If you don't have proof, they would say you never paid for it! Do not hire them! See photos of how poorly the job was done! Even worse, After my complaint of the poor work, the owner asked me to have them come back to finish 7 hour cleaning. How ridiculous is that! They want an unsatisfied customer to keep paying them for the poor work? Plus I already paid for the 4.3 hours they worked at my home already. I don't owe they any payment. I've never heard anyone forcing a customer to keep using their poor service. I can't believe how they treated their customers. Also, the owner first said their cleaners were going to tell me it's too hard to clean certain areas so they didn't clean. The cleaners never said anything about it and just told me it was all finished. After I said this to the owner, he then said they mistaken it. Really? Call lies mistakes? Where to start.... This is the 5th cleaning company from yelp I have tried in the past 2 years. All companies were good but this European company is the only one who was able to meets all my needs. First of all they do everything: window, carpet and house cleaning so you don't have to call more companies to get your place clean completely. We have a small baby and we were looking for someone who is using only green products, no harms chemicals as a Bleach or Windex etc. I have to mention some details about their green cleaning because it really blew my mind. First time in my life I saw how to clean the oven from the inside without using any chemicals! Also finally someone who knows how to get rid of the hard water stains around faucet without using acid products. This guys really know how to clean every corner in your house. When my friend was moving-out they did excellent job and my friend got all his deposit back from the landlord. Their prices are really reasonable and they don't low ball your estimate just to get another job. They are insured and bonded. I feel really safe leaving my house in their care when I am not home. Also finally company who is using quality vacuum cleaners and equipment. They are really professional. You know what you are paying for. I found companies who charge less but they are offering much less than Jozef's company. I love their excellent communication through text messages where you can text them anytime you need and they always respond no matter what time it is. Now something about the owner Jozef. He is unbelievable respectful and kind person who is listening your wishes. I saw him scrubbing my kitchen floor literally on his knees and I just could not believe that. Wow! You will be glad if he or his crew will have a time to clean your house. He sent me Christmas card as my friend. He has beautiful family. He really takes care of your house and he is considerate towards children and pets. I can't thank them enough for doing such a great job in my house. Tell them what you need to clean and they will gladly do that. Last more thing what I love is how they will take off their shoes before they enter your house. So damn respectful. What a great cleaning service. Hardest part was choosing from all of those companies around. They asked more questions and details in the beginning but now I understand why. I wanted regular cleaning but they suggested a deep cleaning first based on my situation. However they also wanted to make sure that they will clean what i really need . This company didn't have as much reviews compared with others even if they are on market over 10 years, however they didn't probably ask for them like others who offered me discount for next cleaning which was nice but the service was far away from details and quality what Oc cleaning can do. Oc cleaning reviews are different , I don't know it just feels like more real, that is why I gave them a shot and i was right. Their price range estimate was accurate and job done with professional attitude. They sent 2 cleaners who speak actually English. They didn't stoped until cleaning was done. They moved fast and efficiently and asked actually good questions about what i need. Before finishing they wanted me to check everything . What i really liked the most was that they were using green products and were able to do miracles with them. companies that we had before they were using bleach a lot with mediocre results plus we have 2 years old and 1 dog at home so I really wanted less chemicals this time. A few weeks ago I went to my friends house for a dinner party and arrived early to help set & clean up. I was surprised to see she had hired house cleaners and what an incredible job they did. I was impressed and ready to try their services, because of their reputation. I liked that they used green cleaning supplies and had the convenience of booking services online.It's super simple and you get a flat rate based on the number of bathrooms and bedrooms in your home! The website is very user friendly, but you can always email or call them and they're super responsive. I got a two bedroom for bedrooms house they clean it with two people in just 2.5 hours. And the result was perfect. No I have them regularly every two months to clean my house,Irvine Cleaning and Matt, the owner of the company, always go above and beyond for us. Working at a management company, it can be very hectic with needing to get properties cleaned on a tight schedule, and ensuring that the properties are cleaned to the standard that we expect for the new residents of the property. Not a great experience at all. Nice people, overpriced and didn't get the house cleaned fully. For 3 hours you'd think and hope they did a great job, they did not. My place is fairly clean, just needed a little cleaning and I feel like they just took their sweet time only focussing on a few spots and saying that they'll charge me extra for more time.
