Spoke to the manager on our walk this morning. They were just opening and asked what the Happy Hour specials were. Excited to come back. The place is filthy. The best thing about this place was the outside seating facing the beach. Other than that the western eggrolls were good. The chicken breast on the sandwich we ordered made me think of the 'where's the beef?' commercial. It didn't even cover the bread. The fries were standard. The corn on the cob is only half a cob. Service was dreadfully slow. If you just want to have a drink and people watch this is a good spot. Go there after you eat real food. read more

Average overpriced food and drinks. Place seemed unorganized from the start as we were told there was a 30 minute wait. Less than a minute later we had a table. The service was helpful and friendly. Average frozen drinks were close to $10 for a small solo cup. Stick to the cheap draft beer. read more

Stopped in while strolling the boardwalk, grabbed a beer and split a corn dog as a snack. Well the beer was served to me warm and the corn dog was cold. The only thing this place has going for it, is that it's right on the beach. There are far better options, skip this place. read more

The absolute worst bar I've visited in South Carolina. Drinks are preposterously overpriced and watered down. I spent $80 at this bar and immediately got asked to leave because I was "too loud". Came in on a Friday night wasn't busy at all. Sat at the bar for about 5 minutes and watched multiple bartenders talked to guests and get them drinks that arrived AFTER we did. We never got a hello or a thank you. Working in the service industry I understand having a rough or busy night but this was unacceptable. Will not be going back to this place. read more

Forced to to separate a group, they would not combine tables to sit together, yet required us to be on a group tab forcing the mandatory 6+ party gratuity added to bill. Scammed and explained after the fact. Very rude and food was poor. Not worth it! Plenty of more respectable options. read more

The food was pretty good but very expensive. It wasn't worth the 10 dollars per meal we had to pay for a few shrimps and some fries. There was also a very annoying fan near us that kept making a noise as if it were hitting something. The server was very kind, though. The bar had a fantastic atmosphere and the drinks were great. The bartender (Paul I think) was friendly and kept the drinks coming. The bar had a great breeze and wasn't too cool or too warm. Everything was clean and the staff was fun to be around. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was the food. While it was good and it filled me up, it wasn't what I was expecting. The term "grill" in the name made me think there would be more grilled items available, but most everything was battered and fried. I had the shrimp salad. It was mostly lettuce with a few sliced carrots and housemade croutons topped with about 7 shrimp . My girlfriend had the crab cake sandwich and said it was decent but not spectacular. The French fries were excellent. Overall a great place for having a few cold drinks and people watching.. read more

Two stars for location. We sat outside & could hear the music from a few doors down, which was nice. It took forever for us to be approached by someone after sitting down(you seat yourself). It took forever for the waitress to come back with our drinks. It took forever to get our food. I think you get where Im going; the service was slow. I ordered a mixed cocktail that the waitress forgot about & not so much as a "I'm sorry after she remembered fifteen minutes later". Although, after tasting the cocktail I understood how she forgot; it was forgettable! Mostly, juice with maybe a splash of vodka. The food was just food nothing was excellent and somethings were just bad. My daughter's crab-cakes were overcooked and dry. I wont be visiting this place again. read more

I love this place! The wings are fantastic! Everyone is really friendly and the beer is cheap. It's one of the reasons I come to Myrtle.

It was around 11 on a Tuesday so we went here because they were serving a full menu. Our server was slow, and was rocking an attitude. I had the fish tacos because I was going for something not as greasy as a burger. Big mistake. My tacos were disgustingly drenched in grease and cheese...just gross. My boyfriends burger was shockingly rather grease free...he said it was ok. I couldn't even stomach the tacos and when the server came by, my boyfriend told her they were way too greasy she just shrugged, took them away, and brought us our bill. Avoid. read more

Was here recently for lunch. We ate out on the boardwalk and service was good. We had the crab cake sandwiches which were pretty good. Kids had grilled cheese and a burger, which they enjoyed. I had been hoping for a grilled fish sandwich but they only fry it there. Drinks were cold. This is one of the best locations on the boardwalk, close to everything in the dtown area. read more

Surprisingly didnt smell like puke! Not sure what all the vomit - related reviews were about, but the olfactory ambience was perfectly inoffensive. I wish I got the fish tacos; they were much better than my poboy. There was a very drunk old woman loudly singing with aslightly less drunk young man with skid marks on his shorts, but that's certainly not the restaurant's fault. FOOD POISONING!!!!!!!!! I took my daughter and her boyfriend for supper on a Sunday night. They are here visiting on spring break and wanted something they couldn't get back in Iowa. I thought a restaurant on the boardwalk was just what the doctor ordered. Well my daughter's boyfriend definitely got something...!!!!!!FOOD POISONING!!!! He ordered the grouper fingers basket. He was up sick all night. I called the restaurant the next day to let them know they might want to check their batch. The girl that answered the phone said hold on...then I hear her say to someone..This lady said her party got food poisoning last night..then adds her two sense of..."that takes 24 hours to develop". She got back on the line and said ok, I'll tell them? I informed her that not only does she need to check the fish but also her facts..."Generally, food poisoning causes some combination of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea that may or may not be bloody, sometimes with other symptoms. After eating tainted food, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting, can start as early as one hour in the case of staph and as late as 10 days in the case of campylobacter". I only give this place two stars cuz the server noticed us at the bar and served us drinks. Can't say anything about the food considering I'd have to flag one of the staff down to get any type of service. It's just sad seeing so many staff members standing around not doing a thing but yet have patrons waiting for service.
