The first time I went there, they didn't do a bad job, but they didn't clean my cuticles properly. I decided to give them a second chance to see if they would do better, but today I went back for hard gel, and again they didn't clean my cuticles well. The technician also made my nails way too thick. I mentioned that last time two of them chipped, and this time he made them extra thick--but I don't like them that way. On top of that, I can see bumps under the hard gel, like dust particles he left behind before applying the gel and curing it under the UV light. Now I can't remove them. The place is always dirty, and they don't even have the color I wanted. I will definitely never go there again. Honestly, I could do a better job at home. read more

I went there with a gift card that my daughter-in-law gave me. Maybe I held onto it too long. It was two years. I went there. They said that wasn't the same owners. It took a look at the card. They noticed that it had $100. I had my nails done. Came out to 60. Something dollars plus the tip so they were still some money left on the card. He said he couldn't give me the old card so gave me a new one with the receipt and envelope and a new card. That card had no money in It magically. When I came back is when I found out I went to pay and I was greeted with. I was told there's nothing on the card and I said how could that be? You're the one who gave me the card back and said I must keep the old card so you gave me a new card. It was still money on it If you would give me a card with no money on it. Why would I take the card? I also had the worst nails done by a guy who could barely speak English. I normally don't speak out, but I sit here and look at my fingernails two weeks later and they look like garbage. This place has gotten worse over time. It's run down, unclean, and service is unacceptable. I had a lady who did not know how to use any tools during my pedicure. When I politely informed the others that she did not know what she was doing they responded "she knows" and continued to tell her what to do next as she wasted time on my feet. I had to tell her to stop on several occasions because she was just going through the motions. She even splashed water all over me, herself, and the floor trying to rinse the scrub. I do not like my pedicure and almost left until the wife of the owner begged us to finish our manicures and waxing as we all refused to that point. My mom and sister did eyebrow waxing and they messed that up as well. We will not be coming back and recommend no one spend their hard earned money here! I went in and asked for a pink and white fill, shortly after the start I asked the technician if she was going to do white powder as well as pink, she said yes. When I noticed she wasn't doing white powdery i stopped her and asked her what she was doing. She began to speak to her coworkers and I couldn't understand what was being said. I booked an appointment for a pedicure with my friend. We got there and they sat us down pretty quickly. They finished the pedicures in about 20 minutes, but they really emphasized on getting the gel pedicure, which cost $50 instead of $35 that we paid for Their credit card machine was broken so we had to Zelle them which I understand. They tried to kind of rush us out of the salon, but when they did, they missed a lot of stuff. It wasn't clean, and there was nail polish on the outside of my actual nail on my skin. And they didn't even put the UV light on it so it didn't dry and then my dog stepped on my toe and it was wet so it ended up getting ruined. read more

OMG!! PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! I paid $70 for a set of GelX set and a Mani. I asked first for a mani because I wanted my fresh set to look great.The mani was terrible with cold ass water. like WTF? Sunday 2 of my nails came off. less than 48 hours later. I went to the salon and kindly asked if someone can glue them back. the guy at the front who was just sitting at the desk doing nothing told me to come back because they were short on staff. I said it's only going to take 5 minutes. He said can you come back in 45 minutes I said no because I have to be somewhere at 1:30PM. He then said you can come back tomorrow I said no. He asked the wife of the guy who did my nails. He said wait 15 minutes. I asked can you glue them? He said no I don't do nails. I waited 15 minutes. The woman said what color ? I said no I just need you to glue it back. she said sit down. I sat there and then I see the guy from the front desk doing the nails of this woman next to me. I called and made an appointment for 4:30 p.m. They called and asked if I could come in earlier, so I got there at 4:10. When I got there it took them a while to acknowledge me, so I picked a color. They finally asked me what I was there for and I said I had an appointment for a pedicure. The woman (didn't get her name, but she was wearing glasses) asked "Just a pedicure?" and I said I would get a manicure too if they had time. She told me they didn't have time for a manicure. Right after that, a woman walked in without an appointment and asked if they had time for a manicure and pedicure and they said no problem. She was seated next to me and our pedicures started at the same time, but her pedicure lasted a good 10 minutes longer than mine. The glasses lady cut my toenails and filed them and was sawing away to where my toes were raw. I asked her to stop and she said I was really sensitive. then she started using a metal tool to clip my cuticles and clean the toenails, which was painful and again she told me again I was too sensitive. There was no foot massage at all (one of the biggest reasons I wanted a pedicure); she just started painting my toenails. Then she asked if I wanted a manicure and I told her I wasn't happy with the pedicure and wouldn't be interested in a manicure. After she painted my toenails, I looked at them and discovered that my big toes were cut crooked, Another nail lady came to put my flip flops on and I pointed out that they were crooked and asked if they could be fixed. She ignored me, said something in Vietnamese to the glasses lady, and just continued to put my flip flops on and went on to do a manicure for another walk in. I was fed up and just went to pay. The other lady came over and took my card and she told me it was $26 and I said I wasn't happy with my pedicure and thought I should get a reduced price for the poor work. She yelled something to the glasses lady and she just shouted "$26 and she has to add $5 tip!" I told the lady there was no way I would be giving a tip and would pay, but never come back to this place again. This used to be a good place to get a pedicure, but I don't know what happened to the other nail techs, who were nice and friendly and did a good job. read more

I have given this place 2 chances and I am not going back. The price vs quality does not match. My experience the last time I went a few weeks ago- the tech did not listen to what I wanted and convinced me to do what she thought was "better". Now I'm not going to blame her for that completely because I could have pushed back and said "no- I want ABC not XYZ". Which I did- but she kept pushing her suggestion. My point is- why should I have to do that? Just do what I asked for. So I left the salon with a $70 set of ugly gel nails- I was shocked at that price, and I was even more shocked by how they turned out. So much so that it didn't even register how bad they were until I got home. I asked for pink and whites- standard easy nails. I got ballet pink nails with silver squiggles as the tips. I wish I had a photo to share but I didn't take one because I was embarrassed of how they looked. They were so bad I painted over them with my own gel polish a few days later. Here I am 2 weeks later. My $70 full set has a nail that's popped off. My pedicure has completely chipped (which happened the first time as well). I really hate leaving negative reviews but I also hate like feeling I completely wasted my money here. I hope the quality can improve and that even if a tech wants to offer a suggestion, not be so pushy when someone says no and leave it at that. read more

Received a service from WENDY today. She was very RUDE!! I've been going to this place for 5 years and always receive a great service from Emma. This time Emma was on a vacation. I asked Wendy a question about the service provided and she didn't like that I ask her for my preferences, and how I like my nails. She immediately snapped at me and asked me if I want someone else to do my nails. And asked me who told me to come to her. I was shocked by her reaction cuz I asked her very politely. Went in a few weeks ago for a basic pedicure and a full set with Gel. Mike did my feet, and honestly, without his services this would be a 1 star review. The young lady who did my nails, was obviously double booked. She began my nails while i was still getting my pedi done. At the end of the experience i walked out with all my nails different sizes, lumpy and uneven, and they weren't even shaped the same. AND TO TOP IT OFF, I PAID 100 BUCKS FOR A BASIC PEDICURE AND SHORT WHITE GEL POLISH FULL SET. Needless to say i found another salon, did not tip the nail tech and will tell everyone i know to stay far away from this salon. The overall pedicure was ehh, like any old pedicure nothing special about it, until she shaved a small piece of skin off the side of my toe while using a foot file. This ruined my whole pedicure experience for me and now I have to worry about any infections I could get from there. On another note, I'm not one to normally get ingrowns, but she was acting like I had the worst ones ever and my two big toes hurt so bad from her digging, and you can tell by the picture she didn't even finish the job. They are way over priced for their work and customer service. *My gel acrylics, $50 something dollars were bumpy and crooked. The man was rude and would get up without warning and leave to answer phone calls and then just pick up where he left off like nothing happened. This happened multiple times for a good few minutes. It wasn't like he would leave for just a few seconds. **ANOTHER EXPERIENCE I got another full set of just regular polish and it literally looked like a 7 year old painted them. The whole pinky nail popped off within like 4 days. *** I got my acrylics taken off and and gel manicure once and they practically ripped the nails off my dang fingers, causing my pinky nail to basically be ripped off and bleed.
