Ordered an entree ribeye medium rare because I knew that, because it was wrapped in foil, that by the 5 mins it took me to get home it would be cooked even more. The steak was way past well done. I've been ordering from this place for awhile, and only a couple of times this didn't happen. Think I may just try somewhere else a little further. Just be aware of that if you do want your ribeye somewhat medium rare/well. read more

Really the only downside to this place is that there's no seating. Everything is take out, but the menu is great. Which I guess it has to be. Chicken sandwich was tender and juicy. Ordered over the phone, went up to get the food. Came home - found they gave me grilled onions instead of the steam grilled veggies I ordered. Called back and they said - "well, the order says onions." I hung up then thought better of it and called again. Told them I was sure I ordered the veggies, at which point my friend said in the background - "I heard her order veggies." They then said I could come up and get my veggies. The food was good, but terrible customer service. I wasn't asking for a new order, or any extra compensation for having to go up there twice. I just wanted what I ordered and paid for. Sheesh. Steak was tender. I had steak tips and my husband had a ribeye sandwich. They cooked them right in front of us. Fries were good. Salad was very green and more than just lettuce. The food is good but the service is horrible. I called after I received my order because I got absolutely no condiments. I have been ordering there for 2 1/2 years and I have never had to ask for butter for the roll they send or steak sauce for the pork steak. I was informed that I have always had to ask for them. That was not true and I preceded to tell her that when I was informed she is a minimum wage worker. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed their was no manager on duty. I ordered a pork steak for delivery steak was 90% fat they did not wanna refund my money lady who took my order was rude I was upset because I spent 16.48 plus a tip for driver and steak was horrible. Sorry, I have tried and tried to order from them each time, I say "No Pink" for my burger "well done" "NO PINK" - what happens everytime, MAJOR pink, not well done, it's not hard to cook a burger right, they deliver, bad tomatos, wilted lettuce, no straws and the delivery guy had no change for a $20!!!! I cannot recommend them anymore, a burger is the easiest thing to cook in the world, many other choices that are far better. read more

My review of this place is based on what it is, a strip mall place that delivers steaks. It is not Ruth's Chris so I won't review it as if it is. I'll start by saying that I always order for carry out so I can't speak to their delivery service, it seems like they may have some issues with that. Anyway, for being a take out strip mall steak place, I think this place is awesome. I always get the filet mignon meal and the steak is always consistently good. Most of the time it is medium rare as I order it, but about a quarter of the time I end up with medium. The consistency of this place is the reason I don't got to Lonestar which is a little closer when I need a quick steak fix now. I actually find this place to be more consistent than the outback near me as well. I have never had a steak that was dried out or way overcooked from here. I always get my food quickly. The staff is always friendly and offer a sweet tea while you wait. I would have given them 5 stars, but their baked potatoes (the simplest thing to get right) are always under cooked or microwaved, I can't tell which. Want a great steak? Go to Ruth's Chris. They messed up my order on a chicken sandwich and after seeing the reviews I'm not even gonna waste my time calling. I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce,tomato,cheese, and mayo for takeout and just got the meats with cheese. Wouldn't have been as bad if everything wasn't dry and felt like swallowing sand. There was also 2 different receipts in my bag showing my order in full detail listing my toppings, so i guess they didn't care. Maybe 6 fries came along in my order as well. I have liked this place in the past. We order often, as we work down the street. My co-worker offered to make an office order. I got a steak pita and fries. There were 5 fries and they were cold, the pita was fine. She had a coupon for a free desert and a free delivery over $20/ When she placed the order she told them this. The coupons do NOT say "one per order". It does say you have to have them present, which she did. I hear her on the phone arguing with this guy over the $2.75 delivery fee for a long time and decided to take the phone. This guy was a piece of work. He would not let me talk, he said my co-worker was lying, though I sat right by her so heard the entire conversation and order. I cut him off and explained we order from there all the time and she was upset, and asked if there was something they could work out for the next order to make her happy. He said no, I said I would go to yelp and here we are. Pretty petty it had to come to this considering we order from there at least weekly. read more

Second the food is horrible with small portions I ordered cheese fries and got literally 8 fries and the cheese and fries were stuck to the foil paper. Pretty much your run of the mill, frozen burgers average topping, nothing special at all. Got it with a side of bacon cheese fries, they were also okay at best, not really a great deal. For $7+ you can't find a fresh burger somewhere else. Also there is no dining area inside, just a couple of bar stools to wait at for food, and no restroom. So don't plan on sitting down there. Burgers come with everything on the side you have to put it together yourself. read more

They are my favorite burger in St.Louis. the fries, baked potato are good. pretty much anything I've tried has been good except there vegtable medley definitely not that great. it does take 20-30min for them to make your food, so make sure you call ahead. Excellent Customer service and fast. Website reads butter but received whipped spread instead. Veggies were steamed but not grilled as advertised, all sitting in a puddle of water. Carrots were perfect but rest of veggies were very soggy and mushy. Steak & steak tips were cooked perfectly and tender altho the steak had quite a bit of gristle. I wanted no seasoning and mentioned that but I guess I wasn't clear, they skipped the seasoning but still added to soy sauce. Baked potatoes were large and cooked to perfection. I cannot believe the customer service that was given to us from an employee and shift manager of this store. We order from this establishment 1-2 times a week at our job and today like no other we placed an order. When we received the order there were two items missing from the original order placed. We called to let the store know we were missing two items and they proceeded to tell us that it was in the bag. We thoroughly looked through both bags that were given to us and it was not in there. We then called again and confirmed it wasn't delivered. After about 2 minutes of trying to explain IT WAS NOT IN THE BAG an employee began to use profanity in the background and basically accuse me of lying. Like I said we order from this company all the time, why would we lie about a $1.25 item that wasn't delivered. It was just the principle of letting them know there was problem. I proceeded to tell them we would no longer be ordering from there store and hung up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband and I ate here for dinner the other day after a long day of packing. He had the chicken sandwich and I had the turkey burger. Hubby enjoyed the chicken sandwich and my turkey burger wasn't bad except for the fact that it's a pressed turkey patty, it's not real at all. Don't order if you're in the mood for an authentic turkey burger. One upside is that one of the employees gave us both a free large sweet iced tea, that was a yummy surprise!! From Cali so I get In n Out probably 4x a week but Off the Grill's 8oz burger is almost if not just as good! The key ingredient is "grilled onions" which needs to be requested but is literally a game-changer. Also ask for thousand island dressing and you'll be well on your way. Today I wasn't greeted or offered their traditional "free tea" even after spending a pretty penny on a meal for my family. I'm not a fan of the tea so I waited to be asked so I could order a drink that I didn't mind paying for. Never was asked and when I said excuse me the worker seemed to be bother that I wanted a drink (sheesh never thought I couldn't be thirsty). Nevertheless I order my Sprite for $2.16 and it comes out a 16.9oz drink lol. Paid and when my change returned I was short money from what I gave him (I enjoy doing the math in my head to beat the computer) and when I alerted him he seemed to be extremely upset that I wanted all my change. I love their burgers + they deliver! A BURGER place that delivers! I've been eating here since they were located in the tiny shack across the street from QT. GREAT food! I'm lowering my rating today because it took an hour and 45 minutes to get my food, their normal time is 45-60 minutes (they said they were busy so it may take an hour and fifteen, which is fine) but this was ridiculous. If they would have been more accurate with time they'd still have 5 stars from me because we would have understood and went elsewhere. I just can't believe it was almost 2 hours!
