    Dirty Horchata

Offset does a great job of building a loyal local customer base with their array of drinks and bites. My personal favorites are their iced dirty horchata, hot lavender matcha latte, and cinnamon chai croissant. There's usually a tiny chalk board displaying seasonal drinks by the register. I recall having an apple cinnamon cold brew back in the fall over a year ago and really enjoyed it. So take this as a sign to try their experimental bevs that aren't on the traditional menu if you get a chance! The vibe of the shop gives minimalist - nothing flashy about this place, but it's clean and you can even purchase merch from there too. One major con: small, cramped parking lot. For this reason, I'm usually in for a quick pick me up and out.

I forgot to wipe my smudgy phone camera lens, so it looks like a dream sequence, accidentally.

This particular Offset Coffee Roasters is the smaller one as opposed to the others. Parking is a toss up, so go when you think it's not going to be as busy, otherwise you're stuck having to park at the huge strip mall across the huge street in between it. You will end up playing a real life version of Frogger, so yeah.... It's small and cozy in here. It's as if it can be a damn coffee spot for The Shire, which would then cater to Hobbits and little people wrestlers. I remember going here when it wasn't as popular, but now it's getting more fame and a bigger spot nearby as well. Much love and continued success to them! Their coffee isn't bad. I had their Dirty Horchata Latte with a shot of espresso. You can taste the perfect dark (not the damn Nintendo 64 game!) deliciousness of the espresso and its hipster-like flavor of potency, depending on who makes your drink. Customer service and restrooms were top tier quality! I see that they have your standard avocado toast and other goodies to try, but I honestly haven't tried those yet. Might have to come back to try that and their flat white when I do indeed come back. They have a nice nerdy shop that sells cool random Sanrio and Anime stuff next to this place too; so that kind of gives you motivation to come back here as well!

Cute place, quick service. The matcha latte was good (not great). Same goes for the avo toast (which fyi is untoasted, contrary to what the name implies). Banana bread would be better without walnuts.

Not everyone drinks coffee every single day so you sometimes walk in not knowing exactly what to order. My kids and i experience here was understanding caring and very kind. We were all able to explain to them what we liked and didn't and everyone got drinks that honestly tasted better than the ones we got at big branch corporate shop. It normally takes my kids a while to drink things but they enjoyed it so much the small walk to the vet next door they hand dranked it all . ( Mom it isn't super sweet it's the perfect sweet) And that to a parent is PERFECTO !

It's a cute little shop. I needed some coffee before a meeting and this spot was close by so I decided to give it a try. There were enough parking spots in the front lot for me to find a spot Saturday morning. I ordered the mocha. It was incredibly milky. I didn't taste the coffee much. Service was chill but they don't accept cash. I'm not into that so most likely will not be returning.

Fun place to have coffee. You buy a bag of coffee and you get a cup of coffee free . We loaded up on our favorite coffees here. They will grind it up for you.

Busy coffee shop. Took awhile for them to prepare the drinks even though it seemed to be only one cashier and 4 other employees in the back that can do the drinks. Idk, I feel like they don't have it organized in the back, they were kinda crowding each other behind the counter. Nice, clean space. I think they need more chairs and tables thought My daughter likes the matcha latte drink.

First time here after seeing so many people post the recognizable Off Set stickered cups. Pulling up, parking was a bit tight. Going in the coffee shop is fairly small. There's 2 tables and a bar table inside and 3 tables outside. The workers were very helpful and guided us to the drinks we ordered. They keep the place nice and clean. Drinks were made quickly and they were delicious. I enjoyed the cinnamon-y Dirty Horchata. It was on the sweet side, so if you are looking for something stronger and less sweet this might not be it. We also got the Strawberry Matcha and that too was on the sweet side, but very tasty. The cold foam on top makes the drink. They definitely have plenty options of other coffee, coffee on draft, and teas. Aside from drinks they have a few different toast options and biscuits to have for a bite. Grab some coffee beans or merch on your way out, they have nice tees, hoodies, and hats!

The espresso was ok~ more on the fruity side which isn't my favorite BUT it was well made and not burnt which I appreciate! Horchata latte was too sweet for me but perfectly "not too sweet" for my girlfriend (she has a sweet tooth, me not so much). But overall the flavor was great for horchata latte it really was a treat! Lots of street parking in a quiet neighborhood and the drinks came out really fast. I'd def come back when I'm in town!

Great Demand, But Poor Convenience for Working Customers…read more I've had The Nook's mushroom coffee before. My best friend took me here on a weekend afternoon, and even then there was a line, although it was manageable and mostly stayed inside the shop. Because of that experience, I knew The Nook was popular, but I wasn't prepared for what I encountered on a weekday morning. I wanted to pick up a coffee before work, so I actually planned ahead. Before leaving home, I checked the mobile website expecting that, given the obvious demand, there might be an order-ahead option. Unfortunately, there isn't one. So I gave myself an additional 30 minutes specifically for parking, waiting in line, ordering, and waiting for the drink to be prepared. I figured that should be more than enough for a morning coffee pickup. I arrived around 7:30 AM, and as I walked toward The Nook from the south side of The Enclave, I could already see the line stretching out of the door and into the courtyard. I was honestly shocked. There were easily 15-20 people ahead of me. I decided to give it a fair chance and got in line. After 10 minutes, the line had barely moved. At that point, I walked out. I understand that popular businesses get busy, especially in the morning. But there is a difference between being busy and having a customer wait in a line of 15-20 people with virtually no movement at 7:30 AM, particularly when there is no mobile ordering or order-ahead option. For a coffee shop with this level of demand, I find the lack of an ordering system especially frustrating. If you're going to consistently have lines extending outside the business during the morning rush, there should be some way for customers who are trying to grab a drink on their way to work to order ahead. And that's really my issue: the customer experience doesn't seem designed for people who need coffee efficiently. If you're coming here on a weekend, have nowhere to be, or are willing to dedicate an unpredictable amount of time to waiting, you may have a completely different experience. But if you're trying to get coffee before work, I would strongly recommend accounting for significantly more time than you think you'll need -- or having a backup plan. I no longer work as close to The Nook, and I don't drink coffee after noon, so I don't have much reason to make a special trip. Unless I'm conveniently nearby and see little to no line, I won't be making another attempt anytime soon. The Nook clearly has a loyal following, but popularity shouldn't come at the expense of basic convenience. If the demand is consistently this high, the ordering process needs to catch up with it.

When I visited, there were easily 5 other groups and individuals studying here. I have a big soft spot for banana flavored items. A BIG SOFT SPOT. Banana Cream Pie Latte - this one carries the biggest punch for banana lovers. Banana cream the entire way from start to finish. Not too sweet. Awesome foam top too. I highly recommend drinking these without the straw. Foam top drinks are best appreciated when you get a nice 50:50 ratio of the foam and drink. Banana Matcha Latte - the name speaks for itself. It's a nice mixture of both. So if you're looking to feel a little healthier with the matcha element, then go for it. This was probably the prettiest drink of the 3 that we had. Americano - delicious and got the job done here. I naturally enjoy Ethiopian and Colombian beans. I brew them often at home. I was definitely wide awake after these drinks lol Strawberrynana Waffle - If you LOVE belgian-style waffles like me, then you'll find yourself ordering this again and again. It wasn't too sweet but sweet enough to easily go through 2 or 3 of these plates if you're crazy enough. Banana Walnut Honey Bread - the best for last! I really loved eating brick toast growing up. There were so many stores back in the day that sold them, and now I can't find them as easily. In fact, Caffe Bene is the only place in the South Bay that I know that sells them.
