I've taken my Subaru to several Oil Changers locations in the past and the service has always been good. Today I went to the Oak Grove location and received excellent service. Bernardo was my technician. He was fast, efficient, communicative, and above all a warm and friendly. The weather was miserable today raining and bitterly cold. I would be grumpy and freezing my butt off working outside on a day like today. Bernardo had a smile on his face and got right to work. Good Customer service can really make an impression and I will definitely be a loyal customer to this location. I have 4 cars and take'em all there . These folks are always informative, let you know exactly what they are doing and aren't pushy about upselling. Some cars take a bit longer due to transmission changes or the like and folks behind them get frustrated like it's taking too long but hey ! Plan better ! We went for an oil change. Guys who work there are very nice. They even checked our tire pressure, washed our windshield, checked all our lights. For a regular oil change (hatchback) we payed 45$ with a 5$ coupon we had. And all of that while we stayed in the car. The oil change took only 15minutes. Good and fast service. This place is convenient and fast. But their full service oil change is not to be taken seriously. Sure they changed my oil and topped off my fluids but not all of the services listed on their website were performed. They give you a receipt of what was done after having paid the whopping $80 for a synthetic oil change. As i go down the list is says i opted out of what should have been done as part of the full service oil change. Lazy. There are nice and rude workers here. Dont even bother with that yelp checkin. They dont take it unless youre not a first time customer. 80-5 is still 75. read more

Upon leaving the driveway of Oil Changers and turning onto Treat Blvd - my car stalled . Not cool. (I turned it off and back on to go back and ask them - what's going on?? Don't think this should happen...) Me: my car just stalled completely while leaving oil changers lot Oil changers employee: how did you get here? Seriously?? Quite a rude response. Try something like "im sorry to hear that, let's have a look" Turns out, they did NOT install something right during my oil change. Causing my car to stall out. Probably the best, most efficient, and incredibly competent crew I've ever witnessed changing my Oil. Four guys at once changed my oil, changed my filter, cleaned my windows, performed safety inspections and were incredibly nice, I applauded them when they were done the only thing they didn't do was sing to me and I bet you they could've they were completely in unison on everything. Professionalism was brutal. Gets worse and worse every time I go. Stefan was servicing my truck, although there was someone below me (I think) changing my oil. Stefan asked me to turn my truck on, heard a splattering noice (assuming they forgot to plug something with fluid) and he frantically told me to turnoff my truck. Began screaming at his colleague with expletives. From there he seemed annoyed with me. Didn't check my lights, wipers, brakes or tire pressure. Although it says he did on the receipt. I was uncomfortable, so I opted to leave. I'm worried about my truck at this point, may need to take it to a mechanic. Could not have been a worse experience read more

This place used to be my go to place but lately it has gone downhill significantly. The employees show a general lack of customer service, courtesy, and any desire to get customers in and out quickly. The convenience of the location kept me going back the last couple of year, but now I am officially done with this place. The final straw was when there were multiple customers in line and one of the employees decides he wants to service his own car during this rush hour. I was one of 4 other customers waiting and this gentleman proceeds to perform what seemed like multiple services on his personal vehicle. I am pretty sure those were free of charge, but he also received compensation to service his own Mustang. I am pretty sure he could have (and should have) waited until there was no line to perform care of his own car. Their prices are comparable to Valvoline in Concord so next time I will be driving a bit further where I am sure I will get better service. read more

Been going to this place for a long time. Took all three my vehicles there when I didn't feel like doing the oil change myself. Well, never again. My wife took her vehicle there for a routine oil change. Wait was longer than expected even though there was only a couple vehicles ahead, no big deal. The BIG deal comes later. When my wife left the oil changers to run some errands she noticed her car was running weird and billowing black smoke. She was able to limp it back home and when I came home from work I checked the oil level to find out it was WAY over filled. She returned to oil changers to have them drain the excess oil out. The technician pulled the dipstick out and laughed and said " oh it got double filled. " no apologies, no compensation or refund. The car is still running strange. Probably blew some seals. Will be taking it to our mechanic to see how much the damages will be costing us. read more

I've been going to this Service station for years. Today my car showed a weird maintenance message in the dashboard and another light was on I wasn't familiar with. I stopped by just to see if they could help me with it. In within minutes, Josh and Francisco checked the message, fixed it, figured out what the light was, helped with the tires , and I was out in less than 10 minutes. They didn't even want to charge me! I absolutely appreciate the great service, the efficiency, and how awesome they Josh and Francisco are. If you are around, you should definitely stop by to get your car rolling.
