I went to this place that I've been going to for every oil change for seven years today I pulled in and they had me go to a specific bay. There was three cars that pulled them behind me. I was still sitting in front of the same bay, and all three cars that had pulled in after me we're already gone there was four new cars and two of them had already gone not one person said anything to me or tried to get me to move knowing I've been sitting there for 40 minutes. It was the worst customer service, and to be treated that way after seven years was absolutely insane. Do not ever go here. read more

Get there early! I never wait when I get there when they open for an oil change. My fave part is I can sit in my car as they work on it so I know it's getting the maintenance as fast as possible. Truly Fast and professional service. Make recommendations without feeling pressured... and price everything out for you. Very friendly people here! Thought I needed an oil change because my oil light was on but turns out I didn't need one, the people who did my previous oil change just didn't reset it. Staff was very friendly and honest! Told me I didn't need an oil change, reset my light, and topped off my other fluids for FREE! Looks like I am running counter to recent 5 star reviews, but no. Only two cars there, me being the second one. The work area doesn't look clean or neat. Waited a full 15 minutes only to be told the oil filter wasn't available for my 2017 Chevy, and I could try again in a week. I think for a place that is charging about the same price as the big chains they could be cleaner / faster and run smoother. read more

I've been going to this place for a while for my oil changes for all of my vehicles. Last time I was there about two months ago, I let the person working talk me into a transmission flush for my Silverado. The service was pretty quick. Two days later I went to my mechanic for an issue with my a/c. My mechanic opened my hood and said what is wrong with your transmission fluid. It was black. I told him I just had the transmission flushed. He told me to take it back right away because the fluid should be red. I took it back and spoke with the manager and he agreed that something was not right. He immediately flushed the transmission fluid again and put the correct fluid in my truck. Fast forward to last week my transmission went out due to the incompetence of using the wrong transmission fluid for my truck. I will be taking this place to small claims court for the cost of my new transmission. I get that accidents happen but this was a $6100 mistake. read more

I have taken my vehicles here for years this last time which was about two weeks ago was awful and I will never go back. Went in for an oil change the next day my car started rattling thought maybe something was loose from when they changed the oil. Went back and asked them to check the rattle they "redid" the oil change told me to drive around for 10 minutes and if it persisted to come back. Pulled out of the driveway from there the rattling was still there and continued to get worse and my car ended up having the check engine light come on and started shutting off on me every 100 yards by this point the rattling was so loud people were starting to look as I made my way back to oil changers. The gentleman came back over realize something was very wrong told me to get it towed to a mechanic I asked if they were going to cover the tow since my car was perfectly fine before they did the original change from the previous day he told me no. I had it towed to the dealership and come to find out the oil change I was suppose of gotten had minimal oil to no oil put into the car. There was shards of metal in my motor and my motor was ruined. The second oil change I believe they realized they did not put oil in it the day before and he added oil to my car. So needless to say now a new motor is needed for my car. Beware! read more

Well I went to do oil change I ask the guy how would it be he said he said 64.00 dollars I said okay I have a 10.00 coupon. He said okay. No where on my receipt does it show 10.00 off. Well that's just part of it My daughter sitting patiently and all the items such as coolant coolant power steering air filter. Belts, washer fluid, brake fluid, lights wiper blades tire pressure says that he checked or is okay. How? He literally did nothing under my hood. I don't get my oil changed anywhere else. I showed up in my VW Atlas today (2/15) and was greeted immediately (as usual). The guys checked to make sure they had the parts necessary for my oil change since I have a newer model car, and told me (upfront) the minimum it would cost for the work. Not only that, Sonny and Stephen realized I may have a unique, one-time use oil drain plug. The guys immediately researched and got the answers they needed to perform yet another stellar job.
