The BBQ wings and burger egg rolls were delish to start off with. The wings were perfectly crisp. Visited Keyport NJ yesterday, this town is an up and coming waterfront neighborhood with classic homes and a downtown area with a few nice bars and restaurants. Old Glory is an old church converted into an all American restaurant that specializes in Brick oven treats. Their Pizza is excellent! Great brick oven wings and their calamari is delicious. The crowd is young and trendy as are the fantastic waiters that serve you with great enthusiasm. They only serve American beer in cans or draft and the decor is incredible. They have cat walks upper decks that look down onto the main dining area and a really nice outdoor patio with an upper deck outside too. The place is beautiful and sits in the center of town. A must see location, just limit what you order to those made in the oven and you will not be disappointed. The complimentary bread is to die for, I had to ask for more it was so good. While others gave them a lower rating I believe this place earned 5 stars due to the great service and the atmosphere alone. read more

So far me and my friends have had the wings, drunken clams, ribs, shrimp, burgers, crab cakes, fish & chips, and the buffalo shrimp salad. We have generally had very acceptable meals here and this review is about one occasion, one dish = spinach/artichoke appetizer. I thought the kitchen should know. It was mostly a tasteless corn starchy sauce with two leaves of spinach and not much artichoke either. Very disappointed. Have had this a few times before and it was good so don't know what happened. So you get the enjoyment of the sauce as well as the wing but still very good. Cheesesteak egg rolls were very good. Very crispy and flavorful. Margherita pizza and crab cake sandwich were top notch. I've been to this establishment about three or four times since it opened. What I like best about this place is their choice of draft beers and apps on the Sunday (all day) happy hour menu. Know that if you go to happy hour on Sunday you must sit at the bar to receive the discount. When I go I usually get the old glory pizza, cheeseburger eggrolls, and buffalo wings. These three apps are very delicious, which is why I haven't really ventured off to anything else on the menu. I believe the restaurant used to be an old church that they converted into what is now old glory. The layout and architecture of the place is very unique and patriotic (which I LOVE.) Old Glory is a very comfortable restaurant. I have been there three times and have had an enjoyable experience everytime. The decor is classic American with a enormous flag painted on the ceiling. There's 2 bars inside with a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, an outside bar, and a firepit. I went with my friend Sam L. who reviwed your restaurant and I had the veggie burger with steak fries on Vets Day. It was very delicious, definitely homemade with quinoa and grains. I have also had the Old Glory pizza which is brick oven, and thin crust when I went with my family. Very tasty. I drove from Long Island to host a party for my boyfriend's birthday and my party of 40 had an amazing time! There was plenty of delicious food served. I chose the appetizer menu and everyone loved the short rib, chicken and waffles, pizza. cheeseburger sliders, and coconut shrimp! We were upstairs for the party and the interior decor was beautiful. They allowed us to come in early to set up and add our own personal touch. Ryan and Jen were the most amazing staff who paid the utmost attention to detail. They were always on point with drinks, food, and always made sure our needs were met. Ryan gave me a 10 second warning when he was about to light the cake so that I could round everyone up. We had a wedding celebration for 30 people upstairs in one of the lofts in November. Menu was family style. I have also dined here on several other occasions. One of the charms of this resteraunt is that it is simply beautiful architecturally. It is very warm and inviting too. This wouldn't mean anything if the food wasn't good. But it is and affordably priced. The menu offers unique dishes as well as some different spins on others. The wait staff during our celebration was great and on top of things. The resteraunt has a party planner named Jaclyn so they are not novices at hosting small to medium sized parties. But make no mistake, this is not a banquet facility that tries to be a restaurant too. This is a resteraunt that happens to have 2 semi private lofts perfect for many celebrations.
