Great store usually very organized. Customer service is decent but they get very busy sometimes. I always find great deals. The clothes are good for everyday but they have stylish pieces here and there that surprise me sometimes. Theres a big parking lot so thats never an issue. The customer service was horrible by someone who acted in charge. She forced rewards program over and over and when I wouldn't sign up gave me attitude and then scolded me when I had removed the tags to a return, which is something one does when they want to wear something. I didn't have my receipt but accidentally brought in the wrong tag size because I had gotten 2 of the same product. The store is very disorganized with clothes on the floor and employees just walking around it. The Santa Anita Mall location is great! read more

The staff here has no sense of urgency. They are not respectful of your time. They are disorganized, and will not pull more than 2 people to checkout even when the line is wrapping around the store. During the Memorial Day sale you would think they would have a plan to get customers moving though in an orderly fashion. read more

The long sleeved t-shirt I got here really accentuated my pecs then I wore it to audition for a local dance crew and I got in then we performed in dance battles all over LA and I was the star you guys the star sooooo good because I did this hip thing that is difficult to describe but it was unbelievable literally the fans would come up to me after and say I cannot believe your hips anyway I never stopped wearing the Old Navy shirt to perform and people love it I would say I'm in the top 5 dancers in LA not counting South of the 10 but who goes down there anyway. I cannot tell you how many times I have walked into the store on a WEEKDAY!! and spent 20 minutes gathering several things to buy for my family only to get to the checkout line and see it's a mile long. What is wrong with this place? All of the junk they have in the checkout line is annoying! Each time I see the line I put my items down and walk out. I won't go back! read more

The staff are usually pretty helpful here. They try their best to get everything tidy for other customers to come by. Sometimes the staff can get a little annoying, but asking if there's anything they can help with... just a little too much, but it's not a bad thing. Not much to say about this Old Navy. Busy Sunday afternoon in December, peak of holiday season. They have TWO cashiers working. Really, guys??? A dad in front of me had his three yearish old son sitting on his neck. Cute, right? No, because the boy was blowing spit launching raspberries the entire time that sprayed out toward me and the items in the bins along the line. I kept a two car distance and managed to arrive spit free at the cashier. After waiting in the ridiculous line, I am satisfied with my purchases. They offer a decent selection on maternity clothes at this location at good prices. The clearance rack was jam packed with clothes, so I didn't pay full price which for clothes you will only wear a few months is very important. I'm not sure that I would return, though, because I tense up thinking about that Disneyland ride-esque line! read more

tucked away in the far corner of the shopping plaza in East Pasadena (right off the Sierra Madre Villa GoldLine exit).. this Old Navy is usually kept fairly clean and tidy... although they have a lot of products, it's never the greatest selection.. it's almost like this location gets all the products that didn't sell at other locations.. read more

I rarely shop at Old Navy. Even using the word "rarely" is more than I shop here and this location didn't make my experience a positive one. The employees are very inattentive and rude. No one greets you when you walk in, which didn't bother me all so much...but still. The store is a mess and no one asks if you need help finding anything. All the workers are just walking around in lala land. The rudest part is when I went up to pay for my stuff the woman behind the register didn't even acknowledge my existence. She just rang my things up while having a full on conversation with two other employees! That to me is so unprofessional...even for Old Navy! Was mailed a wrong item. Went to xchange in santa anita mall. Soon as i entered store found an associate to help me. She took my receipt and came back with a manager in tow to the racks where I was browsing. WIth a scanner, manager pulled up item I shouLd have been sent but told me they did not have any in the store and to go to Hastings ranch as they had 4. Drove to hastings ranch yesterday late afternoon. Looked around for 10 min for an associate on the floors to locate item. She tells me "if it is long sleeve, it is over there somewhere. Let me see". We both went looking through racks. 10 min later, I run into her folding items on shelves. Really? I walked up to her and asked if she couuld find someone who is actually willing to help me. Asked her why the other store could direct me to the item and yet she couldnt. "I dont have a scanner but u can go to the front of the line at cashier and ask." I was able to get a cashier with scanner. Told her that old navy sent me wrong item and i just needed to xchange for correct item. She pointed to the rack where i found the item. 45 min later, I am in line to xchange. Get up to register and sales person says she didnt know how to xchange item as it was not on the packaging slip. Of course not! It says they packed me the solid pink blouse I ordered but they sent a black and white striped blouse innstead. She called for the manager. The walkie talkie was broken so they then sent a cashier to get her. 15 min later the manager arrives and i explain again the issue. She tells me she can not make the xchange because the item has really no receipt and if she did the exchange, " it would throw off her inventory" in the store. Are you kidding me? Says my only option is to call number on receipt and send item back for xchange. "Returns are free". Go home and I make a call to customer service. I am then told the xchange could have been made at the store. She appologized and said it was not necessary to make a mail xchange. Truly incompetent people at this store! Customer service definitely lacking from the sales floor person to the manager. read more

This store has a smaller and smaller men's section each year. Clearly the focus is on $40.00 blouses and children's clothing. The customer service stinks. You can never find a clerk and when you do they are busy or annoyed or both. Old Navy must under staff and under pay. The store is clean and in a good location; and does have average quality at reasonable prices. But, my overall experience is not good. I mean what good is clothing store if you can't find a clerk to help you find your size or style?? I left with nothing; and in much frustration. read more

Plenty of parking in the shared plaza so it's easy to get to. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of shopping at this location because it is always so messy and the lines are always so long. However, the staff is friendly I'll give them that. I'm not sure why this place is always a mess though, I don't usually see a lot of people shopping in the store, mostly just waiting in line. Some of their sale items are pretty cheap. The staff are nice and helpful. I like coming to this Old Navy store also because Bestbuy, Petsmart and Gamestop are also in the same plaza. Got a free water bottle and saved an extra 15% for opening an old Navy credit card. read more

This location is close to my child's school so I visit here most often. Hopefully this isn't an Old Navy issue but every single time I purchase from here, at least half my items don't ring up with posted promotions. Came in today with my sister and mom. We all kinda split up since we all have different taste. I asked one of the ladies who was working the fitting room area this morning to help me find a fair of pants that I love. She wasn't very friendly. I mean the store had been open for an hour, so I can't imagine it being crazy. It was pretty empty when we got there as well. We bought our stuff. This is the second time we have come to this location and came home with the security sensor things on the clothes. I love Old Navy but this store is a mess - not messy in terms of items strewn about, but messy as in mislabeled sale items. Wanted to purchase a dress at 40% off as labeled next to the dress and there were no other different dresses around to mistake that the sale wasn't for the dress I wanted. Went to check out only to find out that it was at full price. Not the worst thing except that this happened to 3 out of 4 items picked... No apologies from the sales clerk, just shoddy explanations that I should've looked around the store at other dresses instead of the one I wanted that had the 40% off on select style right NEXT to it. read more

I've attempted to utilize this service twice and both times have been told that my requested items were unavailable- despite them clearly being available on the website. Poor customer service. This is a large store with loads of space for browsing the stock. It is usually kept in fairly good order. Sometimes there are great bargains on the clearance rails - most recent one being jeans for only $4. OK, so they were a bit bigger than I would have liked, but at this price I couldn't complain! Quality is variable here, sometimes I come away with some great stuff, other times the stock seems pretty rubbishy. I guess that is Old Navy in general! Staff in the changing rooms usually seem friendly but service at the checkouts can be s-l-o-w. read more

The Manager is a very professional young man with great people skills. Willing to help with items a customers wants and if not in the store they are very willing to place an order for your item. I haven't shopped at Old Navy for many years and was excited to return after seeing some of their latest styles. I went to the store nearest to my house and had a horrible experience. The sales associates were hard to find, rude and unwilling to help. They were more focused on hanging out and gossiping in the fitting room than servicing the customer. When it came to checking out I stood in a line of four people for 35 minutes. I eventually asked if the cashier could call for back up and only then did all the girls from the fitting room emerge. I almost lost it when they came to the front and continued talking and gossiping rather than ringing. I even over heard one woman who I presume was the manager say "Our sales are horrible, we are so far behind. We need to do something." Well, that something should have been caring for the customers who wanted to make purchases. The employees are very unprofessional and I do not recommend this location! read more

Much better customer service than the one in Glendale. They don't question me when I want to return something and they simply just make the return. Sure they look bored as hell but its retail. They don't bother me and I don't bother them. However, the store has a limited selection and is empty most of the time. Both times that I have come to this location, they have taken extremely long to process people at the cashier. It has taken both times over 15 minutes to process 4-5 people ahead of me. With TWO cashiers. There was lack of concern from the employees about how long it was taking and no difficult transaction I could see taking place that would make the process so long. For it to happen both times that I came in has made me extremely frustrated and shows me that it was not a one time occurrence but a store problem. read more

This store is a nightmare. The merchandising is non-existent. Regular priced merchandise mixed in with sale items, the core size of 34 for men's was nowhere to be found-not one pair, and tables and displays that looked like a city dump. The staff was inattentive, rude, and could of cared less about the customers. It almost felt like they were doing us a favor rather than gladly taking our hard-earned money. When I complained to the cashier about the service and upkeep of the store, I discovered the sloppy dressed punk was a former manager. As I walked away, he could clearly be heard talking about me to the women next to him. When I called and spoke to the assistant about Tommy, she told me he had been demoted due to his less than stellar personality. He made a bad situation worse. The manager further told me the store doesn't get enough money to keep the store running the way it should. No wonder Gap stock is in freefall with little hope of rebounding. I would give zero if I could. The store was messy- EVERYTHING WAS EVERWHERE. No sense of organization. I went to the resister to pay for my things and almost half of my items were wrong more than what it was priced. When I confronted the cashier about this who by the way her name is Nancy so if you ever get her or if you ever come across or expect the worst customer service because she is literally the worst person to go to if you want help at that store. When I asked her why it was those prices she responded in making me feel like I was an idiot for not knowing what the price was when it was the stores fault for putting it in the wrong place. Her attitude and her lack of customer service is the reason why I probably will never shop at Old Navy again and I seriously hope that this girl gets fired because she should not be working with people. And to make matters worse as I was exiting the store the alarm goes off because she forgets to take off the alarm on the pair shorts because she was too busy trying to have an attitude with me and be rude. This post is not about this particular store (although the store itself and staff need a lot of work) but for Old Navy as a whole. I have been a long time customer and it saddens me how the quality of Old Navy products and service has diminished over the years. I have walked into Old Navy on a few occasions to return/exchange something. Unfortunately, some of those times I did not have my receipt to accompany the product. When at the register they say they can gladly look up the item and can do an even exchange. Every single time "the item can not be found". I know the card I used and I know that they should be able to find it. But of course it rings up to a fraction of what I just recently paid a couple weeks ago (ex they wanted to give me .49 cents for a shirt that I paid $14.99 for). And of course one employee says it will be an even exchange and I go and find the size I need. Getting back to the line, I am told it can be "evenly exchanged" at the no-receipt price. Two different stories from two different employees. Not to mention a loss of about $13. I understand that I did not bring in my receipt, but you should not say that you can look up purchases when you so clearly can't. I even left the store with out my original shirt that I bought because it was too big and I would have to pay an additional $10 to exchange it. So Old Navy on Foothill, congrats, you stole $13 from me, and even gained product back for free! You should be so proud of yourself. As for me, I will no longer be shopping at Old Navy, I don't agree with their business practices or the lackluster quality of clothing. read more

The store was really messy and things were exposed in multiple places making it nearly impossible to know if an item was on sale or not. The line was really long with only three cashiers making the wait over 15 minutes. Not surprising that nothing that was signed as sale actually was. Experienced the most terrible customer service ever. My sister and I were in the store for 3 hours and not even one member asked if we needed assistance, as a matter of fact I had no clue who was working there, maybe navy t's with your logo should be enforced and should really consider hiring more members to avoid turn arounds. I actually approached a customer wearing black ear phones thinking that she worked there and did not, that is all I had to go on to "identify a member". Once we finally check out the cashier was having 3 conversations, one with us, the second with another member and the third with another customer. It got to the point when Michael (cashier) began to ignore us. We, as a customers had to ask him that we wanted to apply for an Old Navy Card, we shouldn't be doing his job.
