I just left this place and ordered once from here and the food was goof decided to come Back as we ordered I ordered a chicken gyro sandwich And also a steak sandwich as We get home I realize that I missing a sandwich which is my sandwich so they only give my boyfriend his sandwich I called the phone number listed on Yelp and some girl answer the phone as soon as I said that I was missing a sandwich she clicked on me I call back maybe five more times and the same thing happens someone keeps hanging up on me So for the last time that I called they stay quiet and so I made it clear that my boyfriend recording these phone calls and that why do they keep on hanging up on me as soon as I said that the girl responded and said oh I'm sorry our phones not working after I told her that I was recording the phone calls of her hanging up on me she then said I'm sorry I'm not hanging up on u our phone doesn't work are you serious after five attempts it took for me to tell you that I'm recording these phone calls you guys keep on hanging up on me and I clearly can hear this is happening you guys messed up my order and gave gave us a really bad customer service so when I asked to speak to a manager she said that she was in there and they can check the cameras that she didn't hang up on me keep in mind that while I'm speaking to her all this time after I told her that I was recording the phone call and the recordings of them hanging up on me for some magical reason the phone didn't click on me this time so how convenient that your phone just decided to work when I told you that I was going to bring this to your managers attention I'm so disappointed with the service I've worked in customer service and I would never hang up on a paying customer we pay your paycheck you get paid for our services I would never come here again because of the bad customer service I received We're not getting this food for free we're paying for it i'm not so mad of somebody missing a sandwich I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated how can people get away working at a place and hanging up on their customers and treating them the way they do that's not cool I would stop referring people to this place and I wouldn't come back ever! I use to go to Old Time Drive often when it was affordable The Prices are way overpriced for what it is that I just cancelled my order that last time i went this week. I ordered a BLT combo and they wanted to charge me $13 or $15 dollars and I just was so shocked how expressive it was just for a BLT combo that i just told them forget it and cancel my order I'm not paying $13 to $15 dollars for a BLT combo with fries and a soda which I can go to a family restaurant and pay $15 dollars for a dinner meal. They really need to change their prices back to being affordable, plus i would eat their weekly instead of losing customers because its way over priced food for the quality. read more

I've been going to this place since I was a kid, and they never fail me!! Their food is so delicious. Customer service is always great. There are a couple reviews here that talk bad about workers but honestly, I've never had that problem. Nobody is rude, so don't be discouraged. This place doesn't have higher stars because there's a bunch of haters in the reviews. The vibes are real family. Sometimes if you go to the drive thru it might take a few mins to get your food because this isn't your regular shmegular McDonald's or in n out; they cook their food so it can be as tasty and fresh as it can be for when you take that first bite. They do add like 40 cents if you pay with card. You can even get your burgers lettuce wrapped! The chili cheese fries (make sure to say cheese) are full of melted goodness. Zucchini fries are so crisp! Bacon burgers are amazing! If you're in the valley, you definitely should stop by here!! Ps. 10/28/2017 I still don't know why I keep going back. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm a masochist? Probably because it's the only close place to get food. I placed a phone order for two simple carne asada burritos, add avocado to both. Easy enough right? I get my burritos home and no avocado, even though I was charged extra for adding avocado to both burritos. Not only was there no avocado, but it was missing the beans. It only had meat and rice. I called to complain and the girl that answered asked if I wanted to talk to the manager, who I think she said his name in George. I hear George in the background yelling "what does he want?" The manager is not wanting to get on the phone. I tell the girl to get him on the phone. He finally gets on the phone and is talking in a aggressive, irritated, impatient, "what do you want" attitude. I'm trying to explain my problem to him and he keeps interrupting me. (Perhaps some customer skills classes would be good for this gentleman) I told him about my burritos. He says he put guacamole sauce in my burritos. I said I didn't ask for guac sauce, I asked for avocado. I told him either way there was no avocado or guac sauce. On top of that they forgot the beans, which is a standard ingredient of their burritos. He starts arguing with me saying he made those burritos himself and he put beans in them. I told him "then the beans must have fallen out of the burritos on the trip home. Then he said "well maybe I forgot the beans". Then he said what do you want to do about it? I said "nothing now, but how about better quality control on orders?" He said "okay" and hung up. 9/9/2017 Yet another update... Just when I thought this place was doing great again. Today was again a big disappointment! I placed a phone order to save time and have my order ready when I get there. Today it was only the "new" girls there. No senior, more experienced employees. I keep telling this business that they need to have an experienced lead person there at all times. Today it all went out the window, including my order... literally! When I arrived to pick up my order, they couldn't find it. They asked the cooks and the cooks said they made my order. It turns out that my order was given out the window to a drive through customer. So some poor customer is going to get all the way home with the wrong order (mine), and I end up with nothing. And I have to wait anyway for my order to be re-made. Two customers affected by one boo boo. Not cool!! I've been coming here for years and normally the have a great experience, but today, I don't know what happened. It was terrible from the moment I walked in. It looks like they have a new crew of people working here that are going to put this place out of business with how bad they are. The old crew was friendly, cheerful, attentive. I walked up to place my order and instead of being greeted cordially, I got a "YES?". I said "no hello, no greeting, just Yes?" She got red and apologized and said "hello, can I help you?" I told her that was much better. I place my order and she said she would bring my coffee right out. I coffee never came, I went back up to the counter and said can I please just get my cup of coffee, I will take it myself to the table. She said no, I will take it out. The coffee finally came out. I got my food but no utensils, by the time I got those, the food was cold. My English muffin came to me cold, untoasted, no butter. I kept waiting for a refill on my coffee that never came. When I finished my meal, I finally walked back up to the counter with my empty cup and asked them to please pour me more coffee, which they did. On top of all this, the place is filthy, the floors are full of dropped food, dirty napkins, etc (see picture). I've never seen this place like this and the service so bad. I don't think I will be coming back for a long time. It's time to find a new favorite place. 10/22/2016 @ 11am I decided to try coming here one more time today. Don't know what's happening to the customers, the place was almost empty. Maybe I do know what's happening... The service and attitude of the girls suck. I frequently have a craving for a bacon/sausage egg and cheese sandwich some mornings, and this has been my go to. I was very disappointed because I had heard this place had good burgers. Let me start of by saying the lady took my order and I went to pay with a card. Then she told me it was two dollars more for onion rings I said okay, then she said 40 cents more to use my card. After I asked for thousand island she said I already charged your card because If you want sauce it's 50 cents more. I gave her cash for the sauce. My house is about two minutes away from the place. I came home. I see they didn't put any sauce and my burger was so soggy like all wet because there was so much lettuce. After charging a person 50 cents for one sauce wouldn't you make sure she gets her sauce. The small bag was so full with the burger, onion rings, ketchup, and napkin that I could not check until I got home. I though they probably put it at the bottom. This place is DISGUSTING. If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. The clientele is super shady; they all looked like they were coming off a two-month long bender with whatever substance they were able to conjure up in a basement/garage lab. They obviously don't have any sanitation standards as there was a barefoot man inside, walking around a filthy floor. I was afraid to touch the table; everything seemed to have a permanent layer of Gross on it (sticky, crumbs, stains, etc.). I do realize that the establishment can't pick their customers, but they can at least discourage such clientele by instating a "no shoes/shirt = no service" policy...not sure how many people would actually end up making it inside, though. The chili dog I ordered was decent enough. Meaning it was edible & didn't immediately make me retch. Placing an order by phone is a waste of time, right away you receive a "hello", followed by "please hold" are you serious?! If you decide to hold, much luck to you. Sunday football, thought I would splurge on some greasy, salty, cheesy food. Grabbed a patty melt and some o-rings at this dive. Severely under seasoned. Just like fries, you need to season onion rings. But they were just bland, with a previously frozen flavor. The patty melt looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Onions were barely grilled, the thin, lifeless patty had ZERO seasoning on it. And instead of cutting the melt down the center, they cut it to 3/4 and 1/4. Maybe they thought I was going to share the 1/4 side with my dogs. Not even I would submit them to that. All that, and paid $12+ for a combo. My husband and I, childless for the weekend, decided to grab a bunch of food to go to try while enjoying a movie at home. They use a pre-made Taco Bell style shell, put it in a piece of tin foil with an overkill of beef seasoned with oregano and nothing else, and too big chunks of tomato.
