The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! My day started out ho hum, but with the amazing friendly service and great food, it made my day I left with my tummy and heart happy. i've visited this spot twice, and unfortunately, both experiences left a lot to be desired. on my first visit, i ordered the asada fries since they advertised mexican food on the menu. what I received was a basic combination of fries, beans, steak, cilantro, cheese, and large chunks of onion (not even diced). the presentation and flavor were both disappointing. i decided to give them a second chance and ordered a burger. it was okay, nothing special, but what really caught my attention (and not in a good way) was the imagery displayed above the counter on the glass. there were photos comparing charlie kirk to martin luther king jr......and another placing charlie kirk next to jesus in a heavenly scene. this made the environment feel politically charged and very uncomfortable, especially in a dining setting. had i not already paid, i would have left & taken my money somewhere else. between the underwhelming food and the atmosphere, i won't be returning. read more

I am shocked by the way I was just treated. I left shaking because of how awful Monica was to me in front of my daughter. I came through the drive through. The conversation went like this: Me: May I have a Jr. Cheeseburger combo with no onions and a side of ranch please? Monica: Okay, anything else? Me: For the drink can I have a Dr.Pepper? Monica: We don't have Dr.Pepper. You want a small drink with your order? Me: Yes, I would like the combo please. Do you have Coke then? Or Pepsi? Monica: You can read the menu, the drink choices are listed. Me: ...Umm there is 100 items on the menu, sorry I can't find the drink choices. I'll take a coke or Pepsi, whatever you have is fine. Monica: Okay, do you want fries? Me: Yes, I want the combo. I get to the window and pay. She hands me my food, no ranch. I said, oh, there's no ranch. Monica says, "Did you order ranch?" I asked her why she was being so rude to me. I began going over how she treated me and she had the nerve to point to the car behind me, like I was holding up the line. She did not care at all that she upset me. I will never return. I have been coming here forever. My family and I come every Saturday morning. I have never in my life been treated like that anywhere. My neighbor would always talk about this place having THE BEST BURGERS ever. I mean, all the time. And I've driven by a hundred times and hear her voice saying, "best burgers ever!" and yet I'd pass by thinking, it doesn't look all that. Well.. A total salt and fat gut bomb, but mmm, that's what makes a good pastrami. The fries were REALLY good. Crispy. Yum. (And I'm not a fry person). Now, (I know you're waiting on the burger.. I know, I'm building suspense ) the burger, huge bun, decent glob of chili, and then... Waa waaa! This barely there patty, with ZERO SALT or seasoning. Was I missing something? What makes this amazing? What makes this the BEST BURGER EVER?!?! You got me. I mean, it was palatable. But basic at best. The fries were really the highlight. I tried to get mustard, but the cashier got so busy, I just gave up. She saw me standing like I just needed something, but continued on with the line. So, I returned to my flavorless burger. A local's favorite! This restaurant is well-known in the area, and it's been around since 1985! It's a very popular spot in the morning for breakfast, so just a heads up on parking and wait time. It can get pretty crowded! Get there early. I personally love how everything is made fresh to order. Depending on the time you get there, the service can be exceptional or slow. I gave this place two chances in a matter of a week. 1st was breakfast. I ordered 4 breakfast burritos with sausage. Good sized burrito, the salsa it came with was ok. The sausage tasted unusual, but it wasn't bad. All in all my bill was around $35 Today I ordered the 4 burger family meal deal. The fries were bland. The burger had that flame broiled taste which was cool. It doesn't come with cheese so add another $.55 for that. This was blah meal too. $46.00. Not worth it at all. I also didn't like the fact that their prices for the family meal aren't clearly posted. Itsnkindbif embarrassing asking thendrive thru person for prices constantly. Lastly, if you use credit or debit, you'll pay another $.40. Like what? Your prices are already not that cheap guys, stop nickel and diming. Also, a positive note. I have been a customer of Old Time for many years. Old Time has good food, extensive menu and large portions. Sadly, I still won't return. The customer service is terrible! I refuse to accept the way the employees treat customers. If you read previous reviews, it's a pattern of unacceptable behavior. This last visit was the last straw. I was waiting for my order while both cashiers were just bashing a customer after he left. I couldn't believe the way these ladies were talking. During these challenging times, with so many businesses struggling to stay afloat. It's a shame to see customer service like this. If that wasn't enough. I paid for an extra side of 1000 island and noticed when I got to my car it was missing. I went back inside and told the cashier the 1000 island wasn't in the bag. As a regular at this establishment, I don't appreciate owners/management ghosting me and not giving my refund and stealing money from me. the front young lady at the front cash register charged me twice and was rude to me that day as if I was a problem but she was not paying attention and trying to rush me and she always kind of has a attitude and rushes you so she can talk to other employees and to be honest I don't care I never even pay no mind to people like that. she also swore she didn't charge me twice but she did.. the second charge was for a greater amount and they've been giving me the run around on my 34$ refund for months trying to say they didn't see the transaction and they also told me I would have to wait for a bank statement proving I was charged twice because the double charge on my recent transaction and a statement of my bank telling me I was charged twice wasn't enough for some reason. I was advised to reach out to Voula and was given her number. she asked for the bank statement so I gave her one and still told me she had to look at transactions again on that date even though they did that on the day after I came in to ask for my refund... after that days go by I've been very lenient and respectful and I tried reaching out a week later and got no response and now it's been months .
