The entertainment never disappoints! We will always come back. The turkey club is awesome and a group favorite. The menu is not as good as it used to be. Lots of items discontinued. Drinks are marginal which is typical of these type establishments. We go for the music and atmosphere. read more

The atmosphere was amazing! We sat at a table in the bar and watched people walk by the window, while listening to some nice music in the background. The bartender was fairly busy, but you couldn't tell that by the amount of attention she showed us! She was fantastic (I just wish I could remember her name... we were there 12/2 around 4:00pm). We ordered a cheeseburger, homemade tots and a salad! The salad was fresh and crisp. We didn't really care for the flavor in the burger or the tots, but my husband loved his drink and the service was amazing, so we decided to give it 5 stars! read more

So I realized I never took pictures of my food. I was so caught up in the band that I forgot. So let's start with the food. I got the wings by the pound and it came with 12 fat wings that were smoked. Now these wings made me change my opening of smoked wings. They were still crispy on the outside. I had them mix the garlic parm and ole red sauce together. 10/10 for sauce. My sister got the kiss my grilled chicken sammach. The chicken was so big that it was well out of the bum( not complaining) the homemade tator tots were delicious but think ranch should come with them. Now for the atmosphere, whelp what can I say when you are basically sitting stage side for free while you eat listening to country music. Does it get any better than that? They played original songs, as well as covers that we all know and love. I did not feel like I was being rushed to leave once you could see we were done eating and just listening to the music. I think that had to do more with the waitress not really attentive to our table. I felt that she could have been a little bit more available compared to other waitresses I was watching. Another great spot on the strip to sing, dance and listen to some good ole country music. read more

Stopped into Ole Red for a quick bite to eat. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge. My wife got the barn and grill burger and I had the hillbilly bone pig wings (deep fried baby back ribs), definitely can't go wrong with either. The music was excellent! The ambience is OK! But all downhill from there! First of all our waiter was sick and he got me sick! The food was disgusting! I got the fried chicken salad and the chicken was OK but the salad was gross! It said on the menu it was Romaine mixed with iceberg, but there was no Romain and the iceberg was wilted like it was in the freezer. My two friends got the pulled pork sandwich. They said it wasn't good at all! It was so dry they had to keep asking for more barbecue sauce! My other friend got the taco salad. It was a bunch of not so good meat thrown on top of a gross wilted salad! We were surprised that there was no taco shell!!! We definitely won't be going back! Decided to pop in for a light lunch on Friday while in the area. The place wasn't crazy busy for a Friday at 2 so we got seated really quick just to the side of the stage. There was live music so it was kind of loud right next to the stage but not so loud you couldn't hold a conversation. The guy singing and playing wasnt to bad either. Waiter was at the table to get drink orders quickly and then ten minutes later came with the drinks. Ordered the redneck nachos and then we waited again for probably 20 minutes to get food. The nachos weren't bad but it was mostly just chips and queso. All the other ingredients were minimal and by the time it got to the table wasn't very warm. The few pickled onions and jalapeños we had were really tasty just not very many of them to enjoy. Finished eating and then finally had to hunt down a manager because our waiter had disappeared. Once the food was delivered he never came back to the table to check on us or anything. read more

Was very excited to try this large place on the strip. Couldn't give them a five star because they were out of many things we wanted to order. They did not have any chicken wings. How do you not have chicken? The fried ribs were just OK and definitely not something I would want to have again. The hamburger was pretty good. The country fried steak was pretty decent and I liked the sides that it came with. The mashed potatoes, green beens and corn were the best things we ate. Their portion sizes aren't very large either. Our server wasn't really that friendly, which is another reason why I gave them a four. I don't know if it was because he was busy or he just wasn't interested. The location was nice, right on the strip. It's also a really large place with two floors. They had live music so that was nice as well. Overall, with so many other places to try on the strip, I don't know if I will return here. read more

The food was absolutely delicious, we had nachos and fried chicken salads. Had the the special holiday Christmas drinks and the were terrific, even got to bring home the mason jar glasses they were served in. Rosemary gave some of the best service that I've ever had anywhere and was an absolute sweetheart. The restaurant has a friendly down home feel. We loved the live music, even bought 2 cd's from the artist. We will definitely be coming back! read more

LaRue was fantastic! We were here on a birthday weekend, great food and music. LaRue was fun and helpful.

The service was so slow! I was waiting for my husband and son to finish at the car museum and sat at the bar. No one would acknowledge me. No eye contact, no greeting and it was not busy at the bar. In fact one bartender stood with his back to me and scrolled through his phone while I sat there. I left without ordering anything. I should have let that scare me away completely, but I was hungry and wanted the nachos. I came back with my husband and son and we were sat at a table. We finally had to get up and check with the host to see if there was a server assigned to our table. He finally came by and apologized. He had been talking about music. He was very nice but we continued to experience a very long wait time for a kids meal, an appetizer and a small salad. When my son's Mac and cheese came out it looked like soup, really gross. We finally saw the server again and he brought some chicken fingers to replace the gross Mac and cheese. He never came back, never looked our way, so I cornered another server who was kind enough to print our ticket and get our server. We finally paid and got out of there. The nachos were just ok, the salad was good but I thought it was weird that the salad was served on paper over the plate. The paper got wet and was shredding under the salad. The chicken fingers were premade frozen, not homemade. Overall was sorry we stopped here. read more

We ordered the Stay Country BBQ board for dinner. The board sounded nice in theory but the execution left little to be desired. The cornbread was very crumbly, the rolls were rock hard, sides were unseasoned, and the corn was anything but grilled. It was over-boiled to the point of inedible. The meat itself was ok but needed the bbq sauce for flavor. Best part was the pickles unfortunately. Maybe there are other redemptive qualities to this place but it isn't worth it to find out. read more

The atmosphere and gift shop were great. The food and service were some of the worst I have experienced. On a night with no wait for a table it took nearly 2 hours to get our food. Party of 7 and we only got 1 drink because our server never came back to ask for refills or more rounds. When the food did show up it was cold, dried out, and some were missing proteins. Had they have just said hey guys our kitchen is backed up it's going to be a bit for food orders and then the food had actually been edible when it arrived this would be a different review. When we asked for the manager she argued with us about the quality of our service. Our server was Kaejonae and she was awful. No sugar coating it. Husband ordered a beer never got it. Our food was brought out, we told that person we were still waiting on a beer, she said she was at the bar probably getting it. Nope. Kaejonae came to check on us 10 minutes later and my husband said he never got his beer. Blank look from Kaejonae and then it clicked she forgot it. We're done eating, my son and I left to go check on something, came back 10 minutes later and my husband was still sitting waiting for the check. I had to go up to her and the bar to ask for the check. Horrible service. The food was good. We had the smash burger and grilled cheese. The musician was great.
