This trendy spot is as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. The address takes you to the wrong plaza, so hopefully, that will be fixed by the time you consider visiting. If not and you are struggling to find it, just drive to the plaza across the street. Once you find it, walk in and get ready to take pictures. They have a wall of pink flowers. Very Instagram-worthy. You can sit inside or outside by the water. Food I ordered coffee, a sandwich, a pastry, and a mini cake. I don't remember which one, but everyone I was with ordered something different and enjoyed it. My group was around 12 people. We each ordered a sandwich and a dessert. No one had anything negative to say. the food doesn't take very long to make either. You do have to order upfront, pay, and it's brought out to you. Location Very cute, very girly, very clean too. So off we went to try out this place! Turns out it was as cute as the pictures! They had chicha and Inka Cola in addition to their coffee varieties! We finally decided on one pan con chicharrón: excelent choice!! Bread delicious the chicharrón was a bit too lean to my taste, but the onion sauce added the necessary juice and the ají the needed hotness ans their bread: OH MY GOODNESS! Bread heaven! Then we also tried the Tamal de pollo which was flavorful and had a nice serving of chicken! Additionallly I also ordered one of their triple sandwiches: the one with artichokes egg salad and cheese- it was underwhelming when I saw it - I was already full of chicharrón-... but later when I took it home it was a good snack. I have to say that the "miga bread" was not as delicious as their French bread though. Then... oh yes we did... Desserts! They are all $6!! We could not decide! This is such an inviting little place! The decor is beautiful - artsy and soothing color palette, flowers, and cozy table arrangements. The food and dessert were all delicious and the coffee was the best I've had in years! The salad bowl was huge and full of fresh ingredients, the sandwiches were wholeheartedly enjoyed, and the dessert and coffee left pleasant memories to be savored until we can go back again! We were informed that all the pastries are made in-house. We will definitely be back! If you haven't tried this gem of a restaurant, hurry up and go! Best Peruvian Deserts in Broward. I live in Miami 1 hour drive to Weston. Do you have any stores in Miami?

This place is an amazing addition to central Boca. If you are not familiar with Peruvian food, the menu can difficult to navigate, but do not let that stop you from trying it. The wait staff are amazing and make recommendations if you are undecided or need assistance. We decided to try both the Causa de Pulpo and Pulpo a la Parrilla for appetizers. The causa de pulpo comes with mashed potatoes (we ordered ours fried) so basically it is a panko breaded mashed potato ball of yumminess! That specific dish is plated with olive aioli which you cannot get enough of, avocados, and octopus. My favorite so far! For our kids, who are 6, we ordered at the recommendation of our waitress, the Lomo saltado. It's stir fry style beef with tomatoes and onions (which are cut large for easy removal if someone is picky), this comes with rice and french fries. The sauce from the beef was delicious! Our kids proclaimed they loved it! My husband chose the Tacu Seco, which is stew beef coated in an amazing cilantro base sauce. The beef was so tender and juicy. It's served with rice mixed with white beans smashed together. I chose to order the Arroz con Pollo. This has pieces of chicken mixed into cilantro rice (which is the star of this dish), with peas and carrots. Honestly the flavor of this rice makes it difficult to stop eating it. Both of our entrees were served with an amazing relish. I can't describe the flavor effectively but it's tangy and delicious. Our glutenous adventure did not end there, we decided to enjoy dessert as well. We tried a chocolate muffin, Suspiro, and Flan. My son loved the chocolate muffin. The suspiro is a "caramel" based dessert with a thick meringue on top, very decadent and sweet! The flan is one of the best versions I have had around south Florida. All portion sizes are generous, making the prices seem more reasonable. I was able to make 2 meals from my dish. The flavors are amazing, the decor is super cute, the staff is ultra friendly. I took a chance on this place for lunch during the weekend and was super surprised by the high food quality and friendly as family service. Menu is somewhat limited but what they do offer has top notch taste and ingredients. I had the quinoa salad. The real spotlight is the desserts without a doubt. I had the passion fruit cheesecake. They are professionally displayed for your viewing pleasure. They will modify most food items on request. It's a rather small restaurant but has enough seating to keep up with the demand. Stopped in for 2 cups of coffee on the go when this rude customer pushes in past me and places her order. They saw this and quickly attended to her, took their time to take my order after her, and while they were attending to me, stopped to take care of another customer before finishing with me. I've been to Olenka on multiple occasions and keep coming back for the empanadas! Great flavor, decadent, and they always bake it twice for me. It comes with sugar but for preference I like it without and they give you limoncito and don't forget to ask for their sauces. Lunch is great as well I highly recommend their Italian sub with fries wow!!! In addition when the sweet tooth kicks in I've had both their chocolate tres leches and regular 3 leches desert and both are equally wonderful! One of the top places to have breakfast and lunch at! For several years I was a regular customer at Olenka. But today, I felt that the customer service was lacking. We ordered a kid's pasta Alfredo. We did not read the fine print that it came with ham. We do not eat pork. The title just said pasta Alfredo. In any event, when we asked to get it replaced or to fix the problem, the manager through the server pretty much focused on letting us know that we made the mistake and would be charged for it. Instead, of fixing the problem and making sure my child received a new plate and was fed. It wasn't until I suggested replacing the food, did that occur. I would have expected them to be focused more on finding a solution than focusing on me making the mistake. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I'll be going there with my family and colleagues. read more

I really love this place. Have gone there many times. Now yesterday we went there with a large party of about 30 people and sadly, it was a complete disaster. We were attended by Karina, which I believe was the biggest reason we had a horrible experience. From the beginning I saw that she was going to have a very hard time to attend all of us seeing the way she started managing everything. The restaurant was pretty much empty beside us, is not a huge place anyways, and it took about 2 hours or even more for everyone to get what they ordered. And this was because we had to start complaining with the owner directly about the situation, which after that things finally started coming out (I'm guessing the server missed to put the order in properly). But the biggest thing was, Karina, our server, never either acknowledged the issue nor apologized to any of us, instead, she had kind of a mix attitude between friendly but very cocky at the same time, giving unconsidered answers many times to our friends as well. And to the worst part, food was definitely not great as usual. At least the owner tried to make something to compensate the issue, which she gave us a complete "dulce de leche" cake for all to have, but that still took about 20min after I saw the cake already out and the owner explaining the server to bring it over and to bring everyone a plate to enjoy. read more

This is great find and I can't wait to go back. When you walk in you are struck by how nicely it's decorated. Then you are greeted by friendly staff who know their menu and help you order. A lot of their food is displayed in the cases when you walk in - pastries, some sandwiches, quiches and desserts. Some items - baguette sandwiches, salads and drinks are prepared to order. It's a good mix because if you need something quick to grab and go there are delicious options. Since we decided to take out we were given the option to take food cold or they would heat it for us. I'm glad they offered that option as we warmed it when we got home and it was perfect. We tried the chicken salad baguette and it had a lot of meat, not too much mayo, crisp lettuce and the bread was soft on the inside but had a nice bite and crispy crust. The beef empanada was one of the best I've ever had. The meat was well seasoned, a little saucy, but not so much that it was soggy. They also included two pepper sauces that are traditionally Peruvian on the side, a red one that was spicy and a milder yellow one and both were delicious. Our experience was fair. Beautiful ambiance- clean facility. Pretty desserts in case- quickly helped. We took home several desserts plus a larger cake. The male cashier was prepping our food and kept making out with a younger lady that was hanging around drinking coffee when no one was looking. This doesn't go well with preparing food imo- kind of made me lose my appetite. The smaller desserts were a big hit at home- the creme brûlée being the highlight. We also bought a large heart shaped cake- the exterior of the cake was dry and stale(?) the inner portions had more of the flavor and freshness that was probably meant to be outside the cake as well- it must've been several days old I'm guessing.
