I came here in Mother's day, which is peak busyness for this place. I understand that major holidays are stressful, and I'm sympathetic towards all the workers and that are trying their best amidst the chaos. But I called ahead the day prior asking if they accept reservations for large parties--they say no, but to call ahead as soon as they open the next day (10:00 am). So I did, I call at 10 the next morning and let the staff know I'll have a large party coming at 2pm. I'm aware that call aheads aren't reservations but just a small shoe-in on the waitlist, which is fine. My problem lies in the fact that my party arrives at 2, checks in, and has to wait an HOUR before being seated. An additional large 12-top comes in after we've been waiting for 30 min and they get seated within 15 minutes. Not only that but the large table sat before us had all their plates, salad, and breadsticks. We had to request more seats, silverware, and we had to ask for breadsticks well after being seated. The food is fine the service is tolerable, but please be more courteous to those who at try to be communicative with their plans and make an effort to be more organized. It felt incredibly unfair. read more

I'm sure most of us have ate at Olive Garden and most of them look the same. Well this one doesn't. On the inside it looks like a little village out of Italy with balcony's that I thought was an authentic look and kind of wished most olive gardens had the same look. The hostess and our waitress were so super friendly and great service. This was my quick bite before leaving Denver all I got was soup and salad and of course got my zuppa tuscana which is a potato based soup with kale. Absolutely to die for. read more

Ordered to go, extra entre of speghetti for $6. There was about a tablespoon of sauce at best, basically plain speghetti. Won't be back

I love their Stuffed Chicken Marsala with extra sauce on the mashed potato's that come w the meal. It SO yummy! Give it a try...you won't be disappointed.. read more

My wife ordered the soup salad and breadsticks. She had finished three bowls of soup and her salad 15 minutes before my pasta came out. Server was great and apologized for the slow service, but that's a small consolation. read more

Olive Garden is easy to like. Does anybody on the planet have better salads? I had never ordered Olive Garden To-Go before, and found it to be easy. My wife raved (as usual) about her chicken-and-gnocchi soup. The breadsticks were good, as always. Next time I'll order something besides the all-vegetable minestrone soup. I must rail against the all-too-common tip-before-service setup. Tipping is supposed to be a reward for good service, not a hostage situation where you gotta wonder what the effect will be if you don't do it. read more

The chicken Alfredo pasta dinner was great. unfortunately, the steak pasta, the kids pizza, and the meatball in the meatball pasta were terrible. The steak tasted very old and was stiff. When we got there around 4:40, we were told it would only be a couple minutes before we were seated so we sat down and waited. After about 30 minutes of waiting and numerous people walking in and being seated (without reservations) we finally said something and got seated. To put it nicely, the hostess (Mexican, black hair, blue and white striped sweater) had no idea what she was doing and none of her other coworkers went off of the waitlist. There was no communication or system whatsoever. After waiting another 15 minutes for our waiter, one of the other waitresses, Lida, checked in, let us know that the waiter for that area wasn't even there yet, and took it upon herself to take care of us. She was extremely pleasant, very attentive, and overall just a sweet human being. She offered to get the manager and apologized multiple times for the inconveniences. We declined but in hindsight, probably should've talked to the manager. That was by far the worst hostess experience I've ever had at a restaurant. read more

The soup was wonderful, the lunch- portion lasagna was decent, salad was wilted, brown and soggy. The bread was rock-hard on one end on every breadstick. Too expensive for that kind of quality. A wall of booths was unusable as there were no cushions on them. Sat us at a table right on the wall of the fireplace and it got uncomfortably warm. This Olive Garden is located in the Greeley Mall (Southeast corner of 23rd Ave and Hwy 34). It opens at 11am, unsure of when it closes as I never have been there even close to closing time. I have met/taken my family here many times over the year. The parking lot is rather big, which is helpful. There are several handicap spots as well. It has a nice open entryway when you enter. Restrooms are off the the left corner from the hostess station. As you walk into the dining area there are win bottles on the counter stacked. I enjoy the small arrangement of 2 chairs and a small table up on the ledge. It is for decoration. My last visit here was okay. We had agreed to eat for lunch after my grandfather's service. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't great. Let's start with that when we all ordered soup, it took them a while to bring ALL soups/salads. This should be brought out BEFORE the entrees/main course. We also had to ask for breadsticks when low, any host/hostess/server knows to be watching for this. Some of the dishes came to us dirty (my brother noticed but he just laughed and took care of it, I however was aghast). My sister-in-law also asked for coffee and she commented it tasted 'old'. I am not a coffee drinker, but I believe her. Lastly, though we met for lunch (11:30am), they did not have the Gnocchi soup. Early in the day and no soup ready? I am glad I have had a few other good experiences here, because the last one was not pleasant at all. Perhaps they will see this review and be more prepared with food and make sure they don't serve/use dishes that haven't been thoroughly cleaned. read more

Food is ok, Service is hit or miss, but system diffently needs a different program of something's different the servers have no idea if you made a reservation since you must wait anyway and the digital menu freezes or goes black on several occasions. Food is good enough and gets the job done. read more

Food is good most of the time but the hostess is awful. About my last visit I recommend not to go when they are changing the staff from morning to night staff, they make you wait outside in our case more than 40 min, and they told me that I was going to recibe a massage that I never did, plus the hostess refused to sit us in the table we wanted and she give it to the next costumer, our waitress was friendly but I couldn't had a nice time after all maybe because my toddler was so hungry and crying, I really don't know way I waited for so long in the cold weather, I think I was craving for pasta to much. read more

We went to Olive garden for my birthday lunch today. Everything was great and our server Holly was a doll and attentive. Everything came out, but my minestrone was gonna be a while, since it ran out, but it is the best soup after all . She did let me know and we weren't in any hurry. The manager was great as well and she was so funny, She did take care of us and made up for the wait. We will be back again and again and again... lol . Still my favorite restaurant since forever. The highs: We got there and they seated us far faster than expected for a busy Sunday after church. The food was just as good as the last time I've been there, really good and consistent across the table. The Lows: The food took forever to get out, literally 3 tables came and went while we were there. Maybe they missed putting order in? Waiter could have been better a easing our hunger, next time offer more breadsticks maybe? Or bring another salad we sat there with empty plates and glasses it's was kinda sad. However, James came by to take care of us. Good customer service and we felt he made it right. I just want wanna say that the waiters that are wearing there masks shouldn't be walking around serving the customers and constantly touching there masks with there hands. That is pretty disturbing to see and then handling food and drinks. I know it is pretty annoying wearing them. But please let your employees know that this is uncalled for. This was yummy. I do like their soups and entrees. The servers, while busy, were extremely friendly and helpful. Service was correct and efficient. We truly had a great dining experience here. It is a bit spendy. But I have to admit we included a bottle of wine with our meal, and it was fairly priced, considering typical restaurant mark-up. All in all, we go to Olive Garden restaurants probably 2-4 times per year, and we've not had a truly 'bad' experience at any of them. I'm not always a big fan of chain restaurants, but they are a fact of life in our society, and Olive Garden is a good choice. read more

Our friend took us here last weekend as a late Christmas gift. The wait was about 20 minutes and the host was really awesome and told us we could wait in the car because I can't stand for that long due to my health issues and there were no open seats to wait in; our pager didn't go off and they even came out to get us. Service was very prompt and friendly. Everyone we encountered was really nice. We all got make our own pasta dishes and friend and I both got soup, while my spouse got the salad. It was fantastic. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is the prices just aren't affordable to do super regularly. However, I hope we can go back soon. read more

Went for lunch. Ordered salad, Zuppa Toscana soup, and calamari. Salad was enough for a child's appetite at best. Also missing half the usual ingredients. Soup had no sausage or kale. Calamari was ordered first, came out almost 10 minutes after our soup and breadsticks. It's just not very good anymore, and the service was awkward at best. read more

We usually love Olive Garden, it is our go to restaurant when we are in Greeley. We ordered on line, because we were running out of time and we live a hour away. The food was done on time, and we left for home. We ordered 4 entrees 2 with salads and 2 with soup. When we got home, we did not receive the soups, I called the restaurant, talked to the manager on duty. I explained what happened, and he offered me some coupons. I said ok, but I was disappointed because that the soup was the best part. I love the soup. The manager responded "If this is what we are going to do, it will not go well." I was taken back by the attitude. He said that he would email me the coupon, but he has failed to do so. I waited several days before I wrote this. read more

I was told in order to have breadsticks with my half gallon soup && appetizer I will have to buy them by the order!! Ive eaten the same thing from Olive Garden since my early 20's && have never had to pay for breadsticks with my soup, salad or meal!! I cancelled my order, && I'm just done with Olive Garden!! it was bad. very bad. bad service, bad food. filthy bathrooms (both men's and women's), unclean everything, literally saw stains and dirt on the curtains. no padding on the booth benches. appetizers brought to table, without cutlery, plates, napkins. after ten minutes of staring at food going cold and trying to wave someone down, finally informed a hostess of the issue. she disappeared for a few minutes and then reappeared with plates.. dirty plates. actual food still on the plates. i don't know what is happening at this restaurant. it was probably a decent eating experience 25 years ago.. but i don't know if anything's been replaced or deep cleaned since then. first time here, last time here. we would have walked out if there weren't hungry kids in the mix. olive garden corporate needs to conduct a random spot check on this place.. it's not even hitting average marks. the best thing i can say about it is that the juniper trees out front looked nice. read more

We decided to go to Olive Garden for my husband's 69th birthday dinner despite the negative reviews we saw on here. I must say we had an exceptional experience. The staff from the hostess to the waiter was very accommodating. Our drinks never got lower than a 1/2 glass. We had 2 baskets of rolls and ended up bringing the last home with us. We decided to order the Tour of Italy and it was great. So Olive Garden y'all were spot on and we most definitely will be back. read more
