On each of the other tables of the buffet, you will find all of the cards identifying everything on the table on both sides of the table, so you need to be on only one side of the table. But the sauce table is an exception to the rule. Only half of the prepared sauces on the table are identified on each side of the table, so you will have to look on both sides of the table to find out about all of the available sauces. I did not recognize that fact until after I had finished my dinner and returned to the sauce table to look at it again. The sauce that I had wanted, but could not find, was identified only on the other side of the table. Oh well, next time I will know. The dinner price is higher than the lunch price, with the transition taking place at 4 pm. The reason is that the dinner buffet includes some seafood items not on the buffet for lunch, and the dinner price includes a soup or salad.
