Curtesy Server even gave my friend and I a pot of coffee to share. I have always had good service at this restaurant.i would definitely recommend this restaurant. This place does get really busy and it was on a Sunday at 4pm we wanted to have dinner. We waited for 30 minutes and then got our table. We did the all you can eat salad and $5 dollar takeout. I haven't been here in years but it did not disappoint. Earnest T was the best server ever! Definitely made my visit a delightful one! In short I will be coming back. No lie, the whole experience took all of 45m , food came out in about 20m and my drink even sooner. Super pleased with the service and attentiveness , also brought my check out with having to ask for it. This service was probably the best I've had in a while. Thursday's seem to be more quiet; I tend to eat by myself a lot for lunch so this was a pleasant surprise. Definitely would be good for a lunch date, work outing, quick lunch break. What can I say? It's an Olive Garden. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could. They do have a few new dishes which are pretty good, hubby got the balsamic beef medallions which were very yummy with a gorgonzola pasta that you could actually taste the gorgonzola in. Yummy yummy! We had a really nice waitress, she was just a little ditzy and didn't pay much attention to us. She spent most of our dinner coo'ing over a baby a few tables over. Was the baby cute? Yes. Did I really really really want a water refill? Definitely, yes. I ordered some Pork Milanese which was surprisingly good for a chain and definitely tempted me to give them a fourth star. The lack of customer service though and the fact that I could probably get these dishes at another Olive Garden that would actually wait on the tables, keeps it at 3. This is the 3rd time I have ordered curbside Pickup during the pandemic from this restaurant. I keep thinking they will get it right. NOT!!! I do not understand why each time they mess up. First time my order was incorrect and no one told me. Had to call a manager to the car before I even found out why I was waiting 20 extra minutes and received cold food. This time my food was to be done at 4:54. I arrive at 5 PM. I called in and after hanging on forever they hang up. I call a second time at 5:03 and was told my order was on its way out. LIES!!! I call again at 5:15 to see if there is a problem. At 5:19 someone comes and ask my name as they went to every car. It is 5:30 and still no food!?!?! Can management not get them together and organize the pick up. I should not see people coming after me getting their food and leaving and I am still sitting here. I called again at 5:34 to get my food. When I get home my order was wrong. This is ridiculous and piss poor service! read more

Eating Italian food is supposed to feel like a celebration of life. Eating at Olive Garden I wished I was going to my own funeral instead. I had the lasagna and it was flavorless. You could almost taste all of the individual components but that was from memory of what actual lasagna taste like. My wife had the spaghetti & meatballs. There was a serious lack of sauce on the pasta and the meatballs tasted like they were frozen & reheated. Now for the service: Our 1st drinks we ordered came quickly and the waitress checked on us as they were almost empty. This was right before the food came out. Our 2nd round of drinks didn't show up until after we were finished eating about 20 minutes later. There is even an electronic menu system on the table that has an option to call the wait staff to the table. I pushed that button 10 minutes into our meal and watched several wait staff walk buy our table and look at the blinking red light on the top of this thing. No one ever came until after we were completed eating. This experience has reminded me why I have not eaten at an Olive Garden in over 15 years and tonight will be the last. read more

I am not a fan of chain restaurants but I met some friends here for lunch - their pick. The staff was friendly and we got seated right away. The waiter did a great job by offering a wine sample and trying to make a sale. He also explained the menu and answered questions very efficiently. He provided great service. The restaurant itself seems a bit dated and smelly - like a wet rag. Not sure if it was the dated, dirty carpet. Their weelchair ramp to the elevated dining area is also quite noisy (makes a hollow noise sound when walked on). Kids tend to love it though! read more

I appreciate how OG (lol) updated its title so it's easy to see they are open for business and have a very organized drive-up set up. Shortly after we ordered we headed over and before we got into the parking lot were greeted by some workers seated by a black pick up truck. They asked if we preordered or not and then told us which spot to park in. A moment later another gentleman came out and placed our order in the back seat as requested. Easy peasy- I'm not a huge "chain" lover but I've always appreciated that Olive Garden is consistent with its dishes. Although I couldn't get my favorite (mushroom ravioli) because they only offered a handful of items. We enjoyed a bogo deal (buy one get one) so it's a great way to get four meals for the price of two. Keep it up - just please stop putting so many of those massive crunchy, white leaves in my salad and you might get that last star someday ;) read more

I know that Olive Garden isn't the same as the real Italian food. But it still shouldn't taste nasty. I almost felt like I was eating plastic chicken pasta with Parmesan cheese and noodles. It all tasted reheated and not freshly made. I really didn't want it, but I also didn't want to disappoint my boyfriend birthday dinner. The bread sticks were stale. The fried lasagna & soup my boyfriend ordered was the only thing that was worth buying. The selection is big, but limited due to the price & quality of food. We went to this particular location on a weekend. Arrived around 11 o'clock hour in the morning and got seated right away. As we walked back to the dining room much like another reviewer noted, there was a strong smell of what I can only describe as cat pee. We mentioned to our server that there was a very strong smell and they gave me the most ridiculous response I've ever heard. They said that right when they start cooking all the cheeses and stuff make it smell. This is ridiculous! The carpets look dirty and frankly they just reeked of this odor. We got up and immediately left we didn't even get anything to drink. I would never go to this location ever again. Frankly they need to close it down and do a complete gutting and remodeling of this place. I was interviewing a potential safety manager for our company. We were seated in about ten minutes after arriving which was very reasonable. Our waitress was very nice and did an excellent job. I chose the Chicken Gnocchi and salad and the interviewee chose the Shrimp Scampi Pasta. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the peach tea as well. We did not have an appetizer nor dessert but they allowed up to stay for an additional 45 minutes after dining to complete the interview. The place looked fairly clean but could have used some vacuuming, minus 1 Star. Also, the corner in which we sat smelled musty almost like mildew or urine, minus 1 Star. It bothered me at first but eventually I didn't notice it, so perhaps my nostrils became sensitized. But despite those two very noticeable and easily correctable items we had great service and enjoyed some great food. read more

Mesquite has one of the older buildings that could definitely use some remodeling starting with get rid of that old stinky carpet. We was seated near the front window on the right side of the building if you are standing in front of it. It smelled like dirty carpet, almost like a faint pee smell.
