The Galbitang had good flavor in the broth - nice and aromatic, definitely feels like a home cooked meal in terms of flavor. Unfortunately, I don't think you will get very full from just eating the soup, it definitely needs to be paired with the rice. I just wish there was a bit more meat as it there was much more broth than any other ingredients in the bowl. There are plenty of options to try out here, and the food feels solid. Our hotel is right across the street. It was day 4 and we were packing for our return flight. I decided to have dinner around our hotel and Dallas BBQ just showed up first thing on my search. Here is the deal. for less than $60 buck, we got 2 decent trays of BBQ. This is NYC time square prime location. I just paid $19 dollars for a simple regular chipotle bowl + a bottle soda. Somehow, Dallas BBQ can sell banging meals for decent price. I think that this is even cheaper than some SoCal BBQ places for the amount of food we receive.
